Pakistan's devious plan to pit India against Iran EXPOSED! Tehran foils Islamabad's conspiracy on social media, says...
India-Iran relations: Barring Turkey and Azerbaijan, a majority of Muslim countries, including Iran, did not support Pakistan during the recent India-Pakistan conflict. This apparently irked Islamabad, and its now spreading fake propaganda on social media platforms in an effort to spoil India-Iran relations and pit the two friendly countries against each other. Why Pakistan is trying to spoil India-Iran relations?
A distorted map of Kashmir and Taiwan was shared on X (former Twitter) by an account called Daily Iran News, which shows the two regions as part of Pakistan and China, respectively. 'Taiwan is part of #China & Kashmir is part of #Pakistan. Do you agree?,' reads the caption on the X post.
Notably, the account carries an image of the Iranian national flag as its profile picture, and also has a blue checkmark, which means its a verified account. Additionally, there are scores of other accounts carrying pictures of the Iranian flag, its Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei, or other Iranian leaders and military officers as their profile pictures– that spread anti-India propaganda and spew venom against the country.
All these are believed to be fake accounts being operated by Pakistan with an aim to drive a wedge between India and Iran. How Tehran exposed Pakistani conspiracy?
Sharing the controversial post on its official X handle, the Iranian embassy in India stated that the account calling itself 'Daily Iran News', does not belong to Iran, noting that 'some fake channels, under the name of Iran, are attempting to damage Iran-India relations.'
The Iranian Embassy in New Delhi also shared screenshots of similar fake accounts which often criticize the Indian government and make derogatory comments against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Hindu community, and show Kashmir as part of Pakistan. The embassy strongly stressed that these handles are not Iranian, and their sole aim to damage India-Iran relations.
'We want to make it clear that these accounts do not belong to Iran,' it said. What is Pakistan's agenda?
Post Operation Sindoor, Pakistan has accelerated its smear campaign against India on social media in an effort to spoil New Delhi's ties with other nations. During the recent Israel-Iran war, Pakistan-based social media handles spread the propaganda that India had betrayed Tehran, and was supporting Israel.
However, in a proverbial egg on the face moment, Tehran has debunked and exposed all these conspiracies, calling them fake and malicious.

Cong, AAP, Patidar leaders slam Raj Thackeray for remarks on Sardar Patel
The Congress, AAP and Patidar leaders in Gujarat have criticised Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray over his comments about Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and former Prime Minister Morarji Desai. They have also demanded a ban on Thackeray's entry to Gujarat and an FIR against him. Addressing a rally in Maharashtra's Thane district on Friday, the MNS chief said when migrants from Bihar were "beaten up and driven away" in Gujarat, it did not become an issue, but a minor incident in Maharashtra became a national issue. He also referred to Morarji Desai and Sardar Patel's alleged anti-Marathi stand after independence. Over the past few weeks, MNS workers have been aggressively demanding that those living in Maharashtra learn Marathi. They have also assaulted a few shopkeepers for failing to respond in Marathi. Gujarat Congress' newly appointed president Amit Chavda on Sunday said making a statement against Sardar Saheb was akin to throwing dust in front of the sun. If you do politics on the soil of Gujarat, you will get an answer, he added. Aam Aadmi Party's state president Isudan Gadhvi said Gujaratis will never tolerate Thackeray's remarks. Your politics is not working, so you are insulting not only the Gujarati people but also the leader of the entire country, Sardar Patel, he said. Gadhvi appealed to Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and state BJP president CR Paatil to get an FIR registered against Thackeray. Sardar Patel united 565 princely states and created a united India. When Sardar Patel passed away, he had only Rs 261 in his account. Yet, some Maharashtra leaders are trying to further their political agenda by using derogatory language for such a great personality, he said. Patidar leader Manoj Panara submitted a petition to the police in Morbi city, demanding a sedition case against Thackeray and a ban on his entry to Gujarat. We strongly condemn the comments he made about Sardar Saheb and former PM Morarji Desai. In the coming days, we will knock on the doors of courts and offices and take legal action against him, he said. Patidar leader Alpesh Kathiria said Thackeray has no right to insult national icons. Sardar Patel Group president Lalji Patel and Patidar Yuva Sangh led by Manoj Panara have also condemned Thackeray's statements. Panara has demanded that the MNS chief, whose mentality he termed narrow, be banned from entering Gujarat. Lalji Patel alleged Thackeray has always been anti-Gujarati. He will never become a national leader unless he changes his stance against people from other states, Lalji Patel added. Parliament's Monsoon session begins today; Opposition to raise critical issues including Op Sindoor
Indi alliance strategy planing amid monsoon parliament session 2025 New Delhi: The Monsoon Session of the Parliament begins on Monday marking the first sitting since Operation Sindoor, India's precision airstrikes on terror camps in Pakistan. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address the session before it officially begins. This Monsoon Session, the first since Operation Sindoor, India's precision airstrikes on terror camps in Pakistan following the deadly Pahalgam terror attack, will span from July 21 to August 21, encompassing 21 sittings over 32 days. Both Houses of Parliament will be adjourned from August 12 to August 17 to facilitate Independence Day celebrations, and will reconvene on August 18. The Opposition demands answers and accountability on various fronts. Chief among the issues to be debated is Operation Sindoor, following the April 22 terror attack that claimed 26 lives, mostly tourists. The Opposition has pressed for a statement from Prime Minister Modi on the matter, and also wants a response to US President Donald Trump's repeated claims of mediating peace between India and Pakistan. Another contentious issue expected to take centre stage is the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar. Opposition parties have raised concerns over the transparency and timing of the exercise, accusing the government of attempting to influence the upcoming state elections. The government, meanwhile, is set to introduce several key bills during the session. These include proposed legislation on GST reforms, taxation laws, public trust regulation, sports governance, ports and minerals, and the preservation of geo-heritage sites. A parliamentary panel report on the new Income Tax Bill, 2025, is also slated to be presented in the Lok Sabha. Additionally, Parliament is expected to debate a proposal for the removal of a judge, further adding to the weighty agenda. 'We are very open to a discussion on important issues like Operation Sindoor. These are issues of great national importance. The government is not shying away and will never shy away, but is open to discussions within rules, conventions.' Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju told reporters after the all-party meeting held on Sunday. He emphasised that, for the government, rules and conventions are important.
