Beckham family feud ramps up as Cruz blasts Brooklyn as a 'fraud' and calls Nicola Peltz's parents a foul-mouthed slur

Daily Mail7 days ago
Cruz Beckham has taken aim at older brother Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz in a series of foul-mouthed social media messages, DailyMail.com can reveal.
The youngest Beckham brother, 20, escalated the ongoing Beckham-Peltz feud this week after sharing a string of cryptic jabs on Instagram notes, referring to 'a fraud' and a family of 'c**ts'.
Insiders exclusively told DailyMail.com the not-so-subtle digs were directed at his big brother and his sister-in-law - further fueling the bitter family rift that has pitted Brooklyn, 26, and his wife Nicola Peltz, 31, against the rest of the Beckham clan.
Along with labeling Nicola's billionaire relatives 'a whole family o' c***s', an outraged Cruz took jabs at his brother, saying: 'ur a d**k now', according to the posts obtained by DailyMail.com.
He also raged: 'Instant karma gonna get you' and 'Ur dead to me now', in additional posts.
In another message, he seemed to accuse his brother of having 'Stockholm Syndrome', echoing mom Victoria's reported claims that her daughter-in-law has too much control over her eldest son.

'Brooklyn and Nicola have been on the receiving end of a relentless barrage of criticism and Cruz's posts have just made things worse,' a source close to the family told DailyMail.com.
'The tension in the family has been building up since the wedding and now it's out of hand.
'When people react in the way Cruz has with these vitriolic messages, it just makes things much worse.'
Cruz has a history of making thinly veiled social media slights about Brooklyn.
Recently, he responded to a comment left on a TikTok video showing Brooklyn performing his latest single that asked if he 'was going to become a racing car driver next or something?'
In a snarky reference to Brooklyn's attempts at various careers - including stints as a chef, a photographer, and a publicly stated desire to become an F1 driver - Cruz quipped: 'Wrong brother mate'.
The source of the strained family ties appears to be long-standing tensions between Brooklyn's mother and his wife - who had seemed to have a friendly relationship up until the couple's April 2022 wedding.
But rumors began to swirl after Nicola picked a custom Valentino gown for her and Brooklyn's $3.5million lavish ceremony at the Palm Beach home of her parents.
The controversial choice allegedly infuriated fashion designer mother-in-law Victoria, 51, who expected to be the one to design the wedding dress. Nicola later explained the decision was made because Victoria's atelier couldn't make the dress in time.
Additional reports claimed Nicola was also enraged when the former Spice Girl 'hijacked' the newlyweds' first dance at the wedding reception to take the floor with her son.
Following the wedding, things became even frostier between Nicola and Victoria who – despite denying reports about troubled waters between them – were notably absent from each other's social media accounts.

'As much as the Beckhams claim to love Brooklyn, they are acting like they want to damage Nicola,' the source added.
'Nicola tried to ingratiate herself with Victoria but seems like there is no satisfying that family.'
Adding fuel to the fire has been Nicola's decision to avoid most Beckham family gatherings – leaving Brooklyn to attend alone.
Until December, the feud was relatively low key but that all changed when Romeo, 22, reportedly began dating London-based DJ Kim Turnbull - Brooklyn's reported ex-girlfriend.
But Turnbull, who has since distanced herself from Romeo, last month angrily denied ever having a romance with his older brother.
Speculation reached a fever pitch earlier this year when fans began to notice Brooklyn and Nicola's silence and absence from major family events.
Soaking up the sunshine on their £16 million vessel, David and Victoria were seen making the most of the picturesque French weather off the coast of St Tropez
The eldest Beckham sibling was unusually quiet on social media for his mom's 51st birthday in April, after missing out on her Paris Fashion Week debut in March.
The feud then spilled into the open the following month when Brooklyn and Nicola turned down an invitation to dad David's lavish 50th birthday party. Brooklyn chose to avoid coming face-to face with Turnbull.
This was after he had already missed his dad's pre-birthday fishing trip with his brothers in Scotland.
Still, the couple stayed in London for seven days hoping to have a more intimate birthday celebration with David and Victoria. That was not to be.
The pair were again silent when David was handed a knighthood in the King's birthday honor in June.
Brooklyn didn't publicly pay tribute to his dad on Father's Day last month, however, he did wish little sister Harper a happy 14th birthday on July 10 while studiously ignoring the rest.
Earlier this month, DailyMail.com reported that Brooklyn also conspicuously unfollowed Cruz and Romeo although he is still following his parents' accounts and sister Harper's.
'Anyone can relate to what the Beckhams are going through,' says the insider.
'Every family has its grievances and squabbles, and they are no exception. Except that they are The Beckhams and it's played out in public.
'Reacting to the dispute with such negativity in these mean-spirited slurs makes it harder for everyone.
'It's time to calm things down. Nicola and Brooklyn are real people and it's terribly hurtful.'
Victoria and David did not respond to DailyMail.com's request for comment.
When contacted, reps for Cruz replied: 'No comment.'
Despite the division, the Beckhams were spotted enjoying their annual summer getaway on their $21million yacht last weekend off the coast of St Tropez.
While second son Romeo, 22, enjoyed jet ski ride in the sunshine, David and Victoria opted for some downtime on the vessel with daughter Harper, photos show.
The couple traded in their $6.7million yacht for the much bigger vessel last year, and had been pictured on it sailing around Miami.

Oasis ‘shocked and saddened' after fan dies in fall at Wembley concert

Oasis have said they are 'shocked and saddened' after a man fell to his death at Wembley Stadium during the band's Saturday concert. The man was understood to be sitting in the upper tier of the 90,000-seat stadium – the highest stands of which are 50 metres above the ground – as the Gallagher brothers performed as part of their reunion tour. A spokesperson for the Metropolitan police said officers on duty at Wembley for the Oasis concert responded to reports that a person had been injured at 10.19pm. 'A man – aged in his 40s – was found with injuries consistent with a fall. He was sadly pronounced dead at the scene,' the spokesperson said. 'The stadium was busy, and we believe it is likely a number of people witnessed the incident, or may knowingly or unknowingly have caught it on mobile phone video footage.' The Met has asked anyone who has information that could help to confirm what happened to contact the force. Oasis said in a statement: 'We are shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic death of a fan at the show last night. Oasis would like to extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the person involved.' The band dedicated the track Live Forever to 'all the people who can't be here tonight' during their Wembley Stadium gig on Sunday night. Liam Gallagher said: 'This one's for all the people who can't be here tonight, but who are here if you know what I mean, and aren't they looking lovely. Live Forever.' One fan, who was sitting in a lower tier, said on social media that she had witnessed paramedics trying to revive the man. 'I was directly underneath in section 211. At first glance I thought it was a coat falling from the above tier but then I looked and saw the bloke on the concrete. It was horrific to see,' she wrote. A Wembley Stadium spokesperson said: 'Last night, Wembley Stadium medics, the London ambulance service and the police attended to a concertgoer who was found with injuries consistent with a fall. 'Despite their efforts, the fan very sadly died. Our thoughts go out to his family, who have been informed and are being supported by specially trained police officers.' The Oasis reunion tour, with Liam and Noel Gallagher at the band's helm again for the first time in 16 years, includes seven shows at Wembley and five in the Gallaghers' home town of Manchester. They will then tour the US, Mexico, Japan, South Korea and Australia, before ending in South America in November.

Not your average Dad jokes: the comedian that all my mum friends fancy

George Lewis has been my maternity leave companion. The 37-year-old comedian from Stockport clocks up hundreds of thousands of views for his Instagram reels. Mums on maternity leave, he tells me, form a big bulk of his audience. I can see why. On the trials of parenting young children, he is brilliantly entertaining and instantly relatable — an antidote to all those social media accounts sharing visions of perfect parenting. And fellow mums admit to a bit of a crush on Lewis. With his very good hair and cheeky grin, he is a dad you might not mind bumping into at the school gate. He started posting comedy sketches on Instagram during the pandemic and it was the parenting ones that struck a chord. He has three children, aged two, five and seven, with his wife, Harriet, and 625,000 remarkably well-behaved Instagram followers. His series in which two toddlers chat to one another like adult friends is among his most popular content. The toddlers (both played by Lewis) discuss the devastation of dropping a piece of banana on the floor, adding 'character' to blank, freshly painted walls with a crayon, and the impact of dropping the daytime nap: 'Maybe it has affected me a little bit.' We've all been there.

Kerry Katona reveals she developed alopecia after her stressful split from ex Ryan Mahoney and admits she still struggles with hair loss

Heartbroken Kerry Katona has revealed she developed alopecia during her stressful split from ex-fiance Ryan Mahoney. Kerry, 44, and personal trainer Ryan, 36, separated in November after six years together, citing a 'breach of trust'. Now, Kerry says she was left 'exhausted' by her heartache, which saw her hair fall out in clumps towards the back of her head while she performed a gruelling schedule on stage in Cheshire in a Cinderella pantomime. 'I was doing two to three shows a day, doing Christmas panto,' she told the Daily Mail of the gruelling pre-Christmas period. 'It was heartbreak, it was exhausting. I also got alopecia. It was really stressful.' Asked if her hair had started to regrow yet, the former Atomic Kitten star said: 'No, I'm still bald,' explaining she still has a bald patch where her hair has not grown back. Alopecia can be temporary or permanent, and can affect the entire body or just parts of the scalp. Kerry confirmed her hair loss was confined to the scalp, as other areas such as her eyebrows were not affected. However, she is handling the traumatic experience with typical resilience. 'It's only hair,' she said. 'It will grow back. I wear tape extensions because it all started falling out.' Showing the shortest areas, she joked: 'I look like a cross between the Tiger King and Garth from Wayne's World.' In 2021, Kerry described how her hair fell out due to the extensions she was wearing, which left her hair 'fine and wispy', though her most recent hair loss was due to stress. After her heartbreak, Kerry is back dating again, after meeting personal trainer Paolo Margaglione while filming the upcoming series of Celebs Go Dating in Ibiza earlier this year. While she and Ryan, who she credits with raising her youngest daughter DJ, are still 'good friends' and own businesses together, she said there is no chance of a reunion for the pair. 'I would never go back to him - not in a million years,' she said defiantly. 'I know my worth.' 'I don't want to slag any of my exes off. They all make you who you are for a reason,' she continued. 'But it was a slow burner. I hung on by the skin of my teeth. I was starved for conversation, emotional intelligence and emotional availability. 'I look at him like a little brother, I really do. He brought DJ up. And I can't live with resentment or regret or anger because that just makes me an unpleasant person. I want to be the best version I can be of me. 'I wake up every morning thinking: 'How lucky am I? I'm so blessed.' Kerry said she was devastated when Ryan broke her trust, explaining cryptically that 'he ended up somewhere he should have been'. But she joked that she was grateful for the 'heartbreak diet' that followed their break-up. Kerry first appeared in Celebs Go Dating in 2019, before she started dating Ryan, who she met on a dating app. Ryan proposed to mother-of-five Kerry during a family holiday to Spain in 2020. Kerry has previously been married three times, first to Brian McFadden from 2002 to 2006, who she shares daughters Molly, 23, and Lilly-Sue, 22, with. From 2007 to 2011, she was married to Mark Croft, who is father to her children Heidi, 18, and Max, 17. From 2014 to 2017 she was married to George Kay, who fathered her youngest daughter, 11-year-old Dylan-Jorge, known as DJ. George died in 2019 of a drug overdose. Viewers can see Kerry looking for love with the help of the Celebs Go Dating experts including Dr. Tara Suwinyattichaiporn next week. Kerry features alongside a star-studded cast including Christine McGuinness, 37, S Club 7's Jon Lee, 43, Love Islander Olivia Hawkins, 30, and Mark 'The Beast' Labbett, 59, from The Chase. The new series of Celebs Go Dating starts Monday, August 11, at 9pm on E4. WHAT IS ALOPECIA? Alopecia, which causes baldness, is thought to be an autoimmune disorder. The immune system - the body's defense system - turns on itself. What are the symptoms? 'Typically, one or more small bald patches, about the size of a 50p piece, appear on the scalp. The hair can start to regrow at one site, while another bald patch develops. Hair may also begin to thin all over the head,' says Marilyn Sherlock, chairman of the Institute of Trichologists. What causes it? 'For some reason, the body's immune system begins to attack its own hair follicles. Special white blood cells in the body, known as T-lymphocytes, cause the hair to stop growing,' she adds. Can worry make it worse? Stress has been shown to prolong the problem. Is it an inherited condition? There is strong evidence to suggest that alopecia, like other auto-immune diseases, runs in families. About 25 per cent of patients have a family history of the disorder. Who gets it? Alopecia areata usually affects teenagers and young adults, but it can affect people of any age. It is just as common among men as women. Is there a cure?
