Robert Irwin gushes over getting the chance to work with Prince William: 'He's a great guy...'
The 21-year-old conservationist - who is the is the son of late 'Crocodile Hunter' star Steve Irwin - recently teamed up with the heir to the British throne after he was was named a Global Ambassador for the Prince of Wales' Earthshot Prize and thinks that is a " great privilege" to be given such a "fantastic platform" to spread his message.
He told UsWeekly: "I think Prince William has been such an amazing person to work with, and there is such an incredible synergy between what he does and who he is and who we are.
"It's all about conservation.
"'I think it's wonderful that someone so influential — that has such a fantastic platform — is using that to really better our environment. He is a true environmental hero, and so working with him has been a great privilege."
The 'Crikey! It's The Irwins' star insisted that everyone in the world needs to "prioritize" the environment as he insisted that William , 42, is "at the forefront" of that movement.
He said: "We've definitely compared a lot of notes in the conservation space.
"It doesn't matter where you're from — whether internationally in Australia, here in America, wherever you are — we need to prioritize taking care of our natural world. And he's really at the forefront of that.
"And plus, he's just a great guy. When you have a conversation with him, he's the most lovely, intelligent person to talk to and is just so easygoing, so much fun. And I love working with him. He's a really, really, really good guy.'
The 'Dancing with the Stars' contestant had previously participated in The Earthshot Prize ceremony in Singapore, and at the time, he gushed about how the initiative was so important when it comes to having "hope" for the environment.
He said: "The Earthshot Prize is a beacon of hope for all of us who care about the environment and about our ability to ensure a livable future for ourselves and future generations.
"Healthy oceans, ecosystems, and species equal a healthy planet, and The Earthshot Prize recognizes the importance of investing in and helping grow solutions that protect these critical resources.'."

Blake Lively accused of harassment and intimidation
Blake Lively has been accused of trying to "harass and intimidate" a YouTuber. Content creator Lauren Neidigh, who posts under the username LethalLauren904 has sought a protective order against the former Gossip Girl star after the 37-year-old actress attempted to subpoena her as part of her legal battle with It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni, who she is suing for sexual harassment and retaliation. Lauren slammed the subpoenas that Blake's team had sent to Google and X in an attempt to gain information, even though the one against her had been dropped, Us Weekly reports. The YouTuber claimed she had tried to speak to Blake's lawyers but they were "largely unresponsive" and could not explain why her banking information was relevant to the case. She wrote in a letter to the judge: '[Lively's] Subpoena targeted creators who have expressed unfavourable opinions about her online. The Subpoena was not supported by any evidence. "It served to intimidate, harass, chill constitutionally protected free speech, and threaten the safety and privacy of non-parties who are not involved in this litigation." And though the Another Simple Favor star had dropped the subpoena, she left it open-ended, meaning it could still be reissued in the future, which Lauren argued placed 'an undue burden on [her] and [served] to harass and intimidate [her] for her lawful expression of her unfavorable opinions of [Lively] online." The content creator requested a protective order prohibiting Blake from issuing any further subpoenas for her information due to the "ongoing threat" of "further abusive discovery requests" down the line, which she argued were designed to "intimidate" her for her "lawful expression". She also asked for sanctions. The subpoenas had sought information on the accounts of several content creators, including financial detail on some of them, with Lauren, Kassidy O'Connell and others opposing the legal demands, insisting Blake had no authority to obtain their private information. At the time, the actress' representative insisted the requests were not 'accusations of wrongdoing' but simply 'tools for gathering admissible evidence in federal court.' The spokesperson added: 'There is no silencing of content creators, they are obviously making their views known. This is a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit against Justin Baldoni and a number of other Wayfarer defendants and we are simply seeking information to aid in our fact gathering. 'Remember [Baldoni's crisis PR rep's] own words: to shield Justin Baldoni from the possibility that Blake Lively might publicly reveal he sexually harassed her and others, [Baldoni's rep] planned an 'untraceable' media campaign designed to 'bury' Ms. Lively. "The subpoenas to social media companies are one piece of the puzzle to connect the evidentiary dots of a campaign that was designed to leave no fingerprints.' Days later, the investigation into Lauren, Kassidy, and a third social media star was dropped but Blake is still in the process of gathering information on other content creators who had spoken about her and Justin, who she has alleged arranged a smear campaign in retailiation for her complaining about his conduct on the set of It Ends With Us. Justin has denied the allegations against him.

A British woman who says that her straight boyfriend sleeps with men on camera has insisted that he's not gay and it's 'just work.' Terri and Ryan, from Cheshire in the UK, feature on a YouTube episode of 'Love Don't Judge,' where they share the secret moneymaking formula they've found in the world of adult entertainment. The pair both make spicy content for money and combine their skills to earn between $4,000 to $12,000 a month. While ex-convict Ryan stars in the X-rated scenes, his girlfriend Terri acts as director and camerawoman filming her boyfriend as he gets physical with other men. Terri started making content herself in 2021 and explains that through working in the adult entertainment industry she discovered that the most lucrative area of the industry was to focus on the LGBTQIA+ audience. 'When he was in prison, I was making content with other people in the industry and when I was talking to the lads about it they were saying they don't make much money from working with women, they make money from working with men,' she said. The couple insist that the sole reason they pursue making content where Ryan is intimate with other men is because it makes the most money. 'I don't feel any certain way about it, it's just work to both of us,' Terri said. Terri also makes content which involves her getting intimate with other women which she says gives her an understanding of what Ryan's doing for work. Despite its ability to bring in the cash, the couple's unconventional setup has shocked their family and left some viewers baffled. 'Friends wise, the ones I'm still mates with don't want to hear about it, they are not interested,' Ryan said. 'Family, the ones I speak to I think are alright about it but again, it doesn't really come up in conversation that much. 'I just say modelling, I'm doing modelling. People who do have a problem with it seem to do it online, not face to face anyways.' The episode also shows the couple sat down with Terri's mother, who questions their career path and the strength of their relationship. 'Aren't you worried that he'll leave you for a man?' she asks her daughter. Terri insists she trusts Ryan and that their relationship is rock solid, no matter what people say. As part of the episode the interviewer asks members of the public their thoughts on the couple's career choice and if they'd consider it. 'I guess I've got some old school traditions . . .I wouldn't like it,' one person said. 'I feel like I'd feel too awkward . . .it would kill the romance for me,' said another. Iron Maiden left 'deeply saddened' by death of former band member
Iron Maiden have been left "deeply saddened" by the death of the band's original lead singer, Paul Mario Day. The passing of the short-lived vocalist of the legendary heavy metal band - whose tenure lasted from 1975 to 1976 - was announced by his other former band, More, on Tuesday (29.07.25). The band wrote on social media: 'We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of the great MORE vocalist Paul Mario Day. Paul was a huge part of the [New Wave of British Heavy Metal] from his time in an early version of Iron Maiden and of course his fantastic performance on the 'Warhead' album.' The tribute continued: 'He was a well loved figure in British rock music and played many memorable shows not least the legendary 1981 Monsters of Rock show at Castle Donington with AC/DC, Whitesnake/David Coverdale as well as tours with Iron Maiden Def Leppard and many other legendary artists. Mike Freeland remembers him fondly as a 'bloody great vocalist!' It's an honour for us to continue to play his music and we will always think of him every time we hit the opening notes to 'Warhead'. We send our deepest condolences to Paul's family and friends and also the many fans around the world who love his music. (sic)" Iron Maiden - now fronted by Bruce Dickinson - have since paid their respects, hailing Paul, who was 69, "a lovely person and good mate". They penned on Instagram: "We are deeply saddened that Paul Mario Day, Iron Maiden's first ever vocalist back in 1975, has passed away. Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences go out to Paul's family and friends. "Paul was a lovely person and good mate. "Rest in peace Paul." Paul didn't have any recorded music for Maiden to his name, but he later claimed co-authorship of their song Strange World. Founding member and bassist Steve Harris said he lacked "energy or charisma on stage". He was replaced by Dennis Wilcock before Paul Di'Anno - who died in October 2024 - stepped up to frontman duties, appearing on the Fear of the Dark band's first two albums, 1980's Iron Maiden and 1981's Killers. Addressing Steve's critique, Paul once told Blabbermouth: "Steve was saying, 'You've got to get better. You've got to be more in the audience's face. You've got to be commanding. You've got to be a hero.' "And I agreed with him, but I didn't actually know how to make that happen. I got warning for maybe three months: 'Get it together. Get it together.' "And I wanted to, I just didn't know how to do it. So the funny thing is, the worst experience was the best lesson because when I got that notice and I felt so gutted, it changed me." As well as Maiden and More, Paul was in the groups Wildfire and glam rock outfit Sweet. The latter group posted the following tribute: "Paul Mario Day RIP "IN 1985 Mick Tucker and myself put together the first new line-up of Sweet after the hiatus of the original band. We needed a singer and when Paul arrived for the audition we looked no further. Our first dates were in Australia, total sell-outs which boded well for the future. Europe followed suit and 3 sold out nights at the Marquee in London produced a live album, video and DVD. 'Live at the Marquee' did well in various charts around the world and Paul's vocal performance has stood the test of time. "PMD was the original singer with Iron Maiden and had a stint with the band More before joining Sweet. "He passed away peacefully at his home in Australia. My deepest condolences to his wife Cecily and family and friends. A sad day for all Sweet fans. Andy x." Current frontman Bruce has been leading the Trooper rockers since 1981, first appearing on the LP The Number of the Beast.
