Tirupati: Students of Kautilya Institution, M R Palli Circle, Tirupati, have secured admissions into prestigious law universities through the CLAT-2025.
A Madhurya Priyadarshini and Taligattu Subhash earned seats at Damodaram Sanjeevaiah National Law University (DSNLU), Visakhapatnam, while P Rishi Eshwar Prasad got admission into Ramaiah Law College, Bengaluru.
The students had undergone long-term CLAT coaching at Kautilya. Congratulating the achievers, Director Sridhar highlighted that many of their students have consistently secured ranks in national law universities over the past 8 years, urging students to consider legal careers beyond traditional options.

Hyderabad: The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has announced the admissions schedule for TG and TG PECET-2025. During a meeting held on Friday, which was chaired by TGCHE Chairman Prof. V. Balakista Reddy, along with Vice-Chairpersons Prof. E. Prushotham and Prof. S.K. Mahmood, and Council Secretary Prof. Sriram Venkatesh, the committee released the counseling schedules for both entrance tests. The official notification will be issued on July 14. The tentative start date for classes for TG is set for August 18, while classes for TG PECET-2025 will commence on August 11.

Visakhapatnam: State home minister V Anitha and women and child & tribal welfare minister Gummadi Sandhya Rani distributed plants and seeds—such as silver oak, coffee, jamun, and jackfruit—to tribal farmers previously engaged in ganja cultivation, offering them alternative livelihood options. Home minister Vangalapudi Anitha emphasised that tribals are synonymous with goodness and highlighted the uniqueness of the Paderu and Araku regions. She noted that since the formation of the NDA government, special attention has been given to eradicating cannabis cultivation. A large-scale anti-drug awareness programme titled Chaitanyam - 2025 was held on Friday at the Paderu Government Junior College grounds, aiming to build a cannabis-free society. The minister stated that awareness drives are being conducted statewide through the Eagle Team. tnn
