's Azaad, quickly becoming a fan favorite. As new faces, especially star kids, navigate the Hindi film industry, audience reception is key. Rasha had addressed social media comparisons to
Janhvi Kapoor
,
Suhana Khan
, and
Khushi Kapoor
, humbly stating that their greater experience means she has much to learn from them.
In a resurfaced throwback interview with Filmygyan, conducted just before her debut film Azaad was released, Rasha addressed social media comments from fans. In the clip, Rasha reacted to comparisons with other star kids like

The young actress went on to explain her reasoning, noting that her peers had already completed and released films, thus possessing more experience than her.

'Mujhe Daant Padi': Amitabh Bachchan Scolded Rajiv Rai For Making Kajol The Killer In Gupt
Director Rajiv Rai recalls Amitabh Bachchan scolding him for making Kajol the killer in Gupt. Director Rajiv Rai's 1997 thriller Gupt left a generation stunned with its shocking twist — Kajol, the film's beloved heroine, was revealed to be the murderer. The bold move to cast a female lead as the villain was considered groundbreaking in Hindi cinema at the time. But not everyone was on board with this twist — including none other than Amitabh Bachchan, who personally questioned Rai's decision ahead of the film's release. In a recent interview on the Ravi Buleiy Official YouTube channel, Rajiv Rai shared a fascinating anecdote about a trial screening of Gupt held in Chennai. Amitabh Bachchan had attended the show and called Rai the very next day. 'He said, 'Rajiv, are you convinced with what you have done in this film? You have made Kajol the killer, are you sure? How can you be so sure?' So in one way, as a senior, he scolded me," Rai said. 'Mere ko daant padi. He is a senior, he can obviously scold me." Rajiv went on to explain that despite Bachchan's doubts, he stood firm in his creative vision, 'He questioned me, 'How are you so confident that this will work?' I told him, 'Sir, I don't have an answer for your questions. It is Wednesday already, please wait for 2 days, you will get your answer.'" As history would have it, Gupt opened to critical and commercial success, and Kajol's performance earned her the Filmfare Award for Best Villain, becoming the first actress to win in that category. Rajiv Rai also recalled his early professional ties to Amitabh Bachchan, having worked as an assistant director on classic films like Trishul and Kaala Patthar, both of which starred the megastar. He revealed that during a challenging phase in Bachchan's career — between 1992 and 1994 — he developed a script with Anees Bazmee specifically for the legendary actor. Despite Rai's high hopes, Bachchan declined the project, 'He said that the phase that I am going through right now, I don't want to do any films. He was not going through a good phase then," Rai said. 'He was confused, and in that confusion, he said no. He is not a confused man but his circumstances were such." The rejection left Rai heartbroken, 'I was like, 'I worked so hard, I was angry with my destiny, not with Amitabh Bachchan. I thought if destiny does not want me to work with Amit ji, I will work with someone new, so I made Mohra with Suniel Shetty." That decision turned out to be career-defining. Mohra, released in 1994, was a major hit, and along with Gupt, cemented Rai's legacy as one of the most daring and successful directors of 1990s Bollywood. At 44, Shweta Tiwari's fit and ageless look comes down to this simple diet and workout routine
Television star Shweta Tiwari, known for her youthful appearance and fit physique at 44, has long been admired for how she manages to stay in shape while juggling a demanding career. In a recent chat with Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa on their YouTube channel Bharti TV, Tiwari opened up about the methods she relies on to stay healthy, revealing a simple yet consistent approach to fitness. She shared that her current routine revolves around Pilates, which she began practicing two months ago. Alongside that, she includes daily walks and light weight training. While she admits her current workouts are limited due to a packed schedule, she emphasized her intent to return to full-scale training soon. Explore courses from Top Institutes in Please select course: Select a Course Category Interestingly, Shweta chooses to stay away from yoga, not due to physical constraints but because of how her mind reacts during the practice. She candidly admitted that each time she attempts yoga and closes her eyes, her thoughts drift toward everyday chores like groceries and laundry. This constant mental chatter, she said with a laugh, makes yoga ineffective for her. Diet Discipline and Professional Support One of the key pillars of Shweta's fitness journey has been her disciplined eating habits. Her celebrity nutritionist, Dr. Kinita Kadakia Patel, spoke to News18 in 2021, highlighting Tiwari's commitment to her diet even during hectic shoot days. Patel shared that every meal was pre-planned and closely monitored. If a scene required Shweta to eat something on screen, she would consult with her dietitian first to ensure it aligned with her dietary goals. Patel also revealed that Shweta does not rely on trendy or restrictive diets. Instead, her meals include a balanced intake of staples like rice, dals, lean meats, fruits, and dry fruits. Processed foods, sweets, and desserts are eliminated entirely. Hydration is another focus, with plenty of water, coconut water, and fresh juices included in her daily routine. Earlier on Instagram, Shweta spoke about losing 10 kg after her second pregnancy. This transformation was largely due to dietary changes, as she didn't always have time to work out regularly. She also allowed herself a cheat day, a strategy that helped her stay consistent without feeling restricted. Occasionally, she included activities like swimming and yoga with her daughter on weekends for added fun and fitness. Shweta's story stands out not because of any dramatic overhaul but because of her practical and steady approach to health. About Shweta Tiwari Shweta Tiwari is a celebrated name in Hindi television, known for roles in hit shows like Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Parvarrish, and Mere Dad Ki Dulhan. Over the years, she has become one of the highest-paid and most admired actors in Indian television, both for her performances and her commitment to personal wellness.
