The 41-year-old reality star - who has seven-year-old daughter True and two-year-old son Tatum with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson - commented on a video from a doctor breaking down her "transformation" over the years and while she took it as a "compliment" that he had listed a number of different treatments, she insisted the speculation was inaccurate but confirmed she had undergone a nose job, fillers, and other cosmetic work.

The doctor, Jonny Betteridge, shared a video on his clinic's Instagram account in which he compared photos from her attendance at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's wedding to some taken "many years ago' to 'appreciate just how much she's changed over the years.'
Noting his thoughts were "purely speculative and based on my professional opinion", Jonny captioned the post: 'Based on recent photos, I believe she may have had the following work done.
'A temporal brow lift to elevate the outer brow area, Upper blepharoplasty to smooth the upper eyelids, Rhinoplasty for a more sculpted nose, Lip filler to enhance volume and shape, A face and neck lift for overall tightness and definition, [and] A chin implant for lower face projection.
'She looks dramatically different from a few years ago, and whether you see it as glow up or glam makeover, there's no denying she's created a bold new look for herself (sic)"
Shortly afterwards, the Good American founder herself commented on the post.
She wrote: 'I take this as a great compliment.
'First off I think these photos are about 15 years apart, But here's a list of things that I have done. I've been very open in the past about what I have done so here we go."
According to Khloe, she has had a nose job performed by Dr. Raj Kanodia, 'laser Hair for the hairline and everywhere else' at Sev Laser Aesthetics, "soft wave laser for skin tightening" at Software Therapy, and 'collagen baby Threads' underneath her chin and neck from The Things We Do.
In addition, after having skin cancer removed from her face in 2023, Khloe noted she had also visited 70 Spa Laser + Aesthetic Center for "Botox and sculptra where my face tumor was removed in my cheek'.
The Kardashians star has had "filler in the past".
She added: 'But not any over the last few years (I hear it never goes away, so l'm sure it's still there but calmed down)."
Khloe also stressed the non-surgical changes she has made over the years, noting she had 'lost 80 pounds over the years (slow and steady)' with a coach named Joe Paris and also credits 'Salmon sperm facials/ regular facials, peptides, vitamins and daily skin care" for her complexion.

‘The betrayal is painful': Simphiwe Dana on people stealing from her
The singer recently celebrated 20 years since the release of her debut album. Singer and songwriter Simphiwe Dana has opened up about the betrayal she has suffered over the past few years. Taking to Instagram, Dana shared a cryptic message saying that people have stolen from her in the past five years. 'I'm actually getting madder by the moment. I know I bring genius things. For the past five years, I've been stolen from. And my people have been a part of it. I'm tired. The betrayal is painful,' she wrote. Dana hinted last month, while celebrating 20 years since the release of her debut album Zandisile, that she was navigating a turbulent time in her life. 'The celebration of Simphiwe Dana's 20-year career comes at the tail-end of a tumultuous era in my life, but it's still a nice thing to point at as something to celebrate. Fulfilment is not the right word, but it's the best word I can think of right now. I feel this really grounded sense of accomplishment,' she said in a press statement. Australia cancels Ye's visa over controversial song
Ye, formerly known as Kanye West. Image: Instagram via @yesblackballsy Australia has revoked the visa of American rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, following the release of his controversial song Heil Hitler, which promotes Nazism. ADVERTISEMENT The decision was announced by Australia's Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke on Wednesday. YE'S CONTROVERSIAL SONG Ye released the song in May, coinciding with the 80th anniversary of Nazi Germany's defeat in World War II. The track glorifies Adolf Hitler and has been widely condemned for its antisemitic content. Burke explained that although Ye had made offensive comments previously, it was the release of the Heil Hitler song that prompted officials to reassess his visa status. The rapper held a lower-level visa, but officials concluded that allowing someone promoting such ideology was unacceptable. ADVERTISEMENT 'We have enough problems in this country already without deliberately importing bigotry,' Burke told Australia's ABC broadcaster. AUSTRALIA AGAINST HATE SPEECH He emphasised that Australia does not need to import hatred, even from popular figures, according to Reuters. Ye has family ties in Australia through his wife, Bianca Censori, an Australian architect, and has been a frequent visitor to the country. Despite this, the government decided to cancel his visa to uphold national values and security. Burke noted that Australian citizens enjoy freedom of speech, but the government must carefully assess visa applications to prevent the importation of extremist views. BANNING CONTROVERSIAL FIGURES The cancellation aligns with Australia's recent stance on barring entry to other controversial figures. This includes US conservative pundit Candace Owens and Israeli-American influencer Hillel Fuld. This move reflects the country's firm approach to protecting its social fabric from divisive rhetoric. This move highlights the global responsibility of nations to reject hate speech and extremist propaganda. It serves as a reminder of the importance of vigilance against the spread of bigotry, especially in multicultural societies like South Africa. The country also grapples with issues of racial and religious tolerance. YE AND NAZISM Tony Burke said, 'You're going to have a song and promote that sort of Nazism, we don't need that in Australia.' He added, 'Importing bigotry is not sustainable for any country.' This firm stance underscores the principle that popularity does not exempt individuals from accountability when their actions threaten social harmony. THE SONG The song Heil Hitler has been banned on several platforms and in countries like Germany. It features a disturbing tribute to Hitler, including samples of his speeches. It has sparked protests and petitions against Ye's performances internationally. This visa cancellation sends a clear message that nations must act decisively against hate speech, irrespective of the individual's fame or influence. It also reflects the broader challenges democracies face in balancing freedom of expression with protection against hate and extremism.
