Judge Reportedly Claims 'Teen Mom 2' Alum Will Eventually 'Kill Someone'
Teen Mom 2 alum Nathan Griffith will serve up to four years in prison after allegedly strangling his ex-girlfriend, a violent act that violated his probation — which he was on for allegedly strangling his sister years earlier.
Jenelle Evans' ex — with whom she shares 10-year-old son Kaiser — will serve a "maximum of 48 [months] with a minimum parole eligibility of 14 months in the Nevada Department of Corrections," according to the sentence filing obtained by The Sun on Thursday, May 29. Griffith reportedly received 11 days already served.
According to an eyewitness in court, the judge told Griffith: "You are a danger to others and you're going to kill someone.'" Griffith allegedly sobbed as the sentence was handed down.
Per multiple outlets, the former Marine pleaded guilty to the felony charge of "Battery Constituting Domestic Violence- Strangulation" in the alleged April assault of Biddle, 21.
Per The Sun, Biddle was in court at Griffith's sentencing, as was his estranged, but still legal, wife, May Oyola — who recently shared an Instagram photo of a large bouquet of flowers from Griffith, signed "Your Husband." Griffith's sister, who accused him of strangling her in 2023, was also in court.
Though Evans was not present in the courtroom, she caught major heat from Teen Mom fans after defending Griffith on TikTok following the altercation with Biddle. At the time, she claimed that Griffith and Biddle were both at fault, and offered her ex stay at her house — specifically, in Kaiser's room. (Evans previously claimed that Griffith hadn't seen his son in two years.)
Evans' estranged husband, David Eason, has his own strangulation charge against him. He was charged with felony 'Assault by Strangulation" after allegedly strangling Evans' 15-year-old son Jace. Eason has denied the claims.
In addition to Jace and Nathan, Evans is also mom to 8-year-old daughter Ensley, whom she shares with Eason.

Manhattan bomb plot foiled as feds charge NY man with building, stashing IEDs across city
A New York man is facing federal charges after allegedly building and stashing homemade bombs across Manhattan, including on active subway tracks and residential rooftops. Michael Gann, 55, of Inwood, was charged Tuesday with manufacturing at least seven improvised explosive devices (IEDs) using chemicals he bought online, according to US Attorney for the Southern District of New York Jay Clayton. Advertisement 'The safety of New Yorkers is paramount,' said Clayton. 'As alleged, Michael Gann built explosive devices, stored them on a rooftop in SoHo, and threw one onto the subway tracks—putting countless lives at risk. Thanks to swift work by our law enforcement partners, no one was harmed. That vigilance assuredly prevented a tragedy in New York,' Clayton said in a statement. Authorities say Gann's alleged actions included throwing an IED onto the Williamsburg Bridge subway tracks and hoarding explosives, some with shotgun shells, above Manhattan apartment buildings. He was arrested June 5 with another device on him, officials said. On Instagram on the same day, Gann reportedly posted, 'Who wants me to go out to play like no tomorrow?' 4 Michael Gann, 55, of Inwood, was charged Tuesday with manufacturing at least seven improvised explosive devices (IEDs) using chemicals he bought online. Melina Frattolin, 9, mourned by upstate NY community where she was visiting when murdered: ‘She will be one of us'
TICONDEROGA, NY — Hundreds of locals from the close-knit upstate community where 9-year-old Melina Frattolin was allegedly murdered by her father mourned the little girl in a heartbreaking vigil Tuesday. 'If this is going to be the resting place where he left her, this is going to be her community now,' Bridgette Cruz, a mom and local business owner who organized a vigil in Ticonderoga told a crowd of a few hundred people. 'She will be one of us,' Cruz added. 7 Community members attend a vigil for Melina Frattolin at Percy Bicentennial Park in Ticonderoga, NY on July 22, 2025. Hans Pennink Little Melina, a Canadian tourist, was found in a shallow pond on the western end of Eagle Lake, about 10 miles away near the edge of town, where authorities allege her father, Luciuano Frattolin, drowned her before placing a bogus 911 call claiming she was kidnapped. 'As a mother, my heart has ached and stomach has churned since 1:30 that morning when that amber alert hit,' Cruz said. She's not alone. 'It really does kind of take the wind out of us, right? That's why we're so glad to be able to participate in something like this,' said Adam Dubuque, an army vet who moved to the area in 2011 to get away. 'My faith has been a big building block for my life post-service. It's really cool to see the area start to embrace it and have us do things like this, show unity amongst the community, especially when things are kind of divided right now,' Dubuque added. 7 Melina Frattolin and her alleged killer father Luciano Frattolin before her death in New York.
