Do's
Morning Rituals
Wake up early in the morning and take a holy bath before starting puja rituals.
Wear yellow clothes and then you need to set up an altar, where you can place an idol of Lord Vishnu if you do not have any idol or image of Guru. Light a diya with desi cow ghee and offer prayers.
Mantra and Meditation
The second thing you must follow is chanting the Guru Mantra. If you ever have taken deeksha then chant your Guru Mantra otherwise chant the following mantra: "Om Gram Greem Grom Saha Guruve Namah" 108 times sitting on a kusha aasana. You must have pure feelings and devotion for your Guru and seek blessings.

Visit Temple
After completing the puja, you need to visit the temple with the offerings which you should offer to the priest or Guru and these offerings are: yellow kurta and dhoti set, yellow sweets, one or two dozen bananas or as per your pocket, along with dakshina at least 101 rupees or according to your financial condition.
Charity
You must feed poor people, animals specially elephant, cows and monkeys and distribute fruits to the elderly people. Provide stationary things or books to the unprivileged children.
Auspicious work
During this time period any auspicious work can be done such as wearing yellow sapphire, purchasing gold, starting new business venture, griha pravesh and any other sacred work.
Worship Banana Tree
You should visit the temple where there is banana tree and offer water in the tree, make swastik with turmeric, offer jaggery and chana daal along with a coin of one rupee and offer yellow marigold flower.
After completing the rituals and puja, circumambulate the tree seven times and tie red sacred thread.
Don'ts
Don's disrespect Parents
Your first Guru's are your parents so you should not shout at them and do nott think to disrespect them otherwise your Guru will not support you and give malefic impacts.
Don't disobey your Guru or mentors
If your Guru's are guiding you for your betterment then you must follow their instructions and don't disobey them with intentions.
Do not discard elderly poor people
Elderly poor people represent Guru or Jupiter so if you avoid them or discard them then it also make Guru upset so if you really want growth in life then you must take a note that whenever you encounter elderly poor people then help them financially or provide them food and clothes.
Avoid touching books with feet
Books represent Guru so never touch books with your feet intentionally otherwise you might face bad effects o Jupiter. Books are the source of knowledge and if they are disrespected then it will create a blockage in your success.

No OCs to building owners for illegal disposal of debris
Hyderabad: Building owners may be denied occupancy certificates (OCs) if they fail to properly dispose of construction and demolition (C&D) waste as Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is set to implement stricter regulations to tackle the issue soon. In this regard, the state govt has decided to introduce mandatory requirements for building owners to submit their C&D waste disposal certificate while applying for occupancy certificates with GHMC. The authorities are expected to issue a GO on these regulations within the next few weeks. Officials emphasise that the move would help reduce illegal dumping on roads, vacant plots, and water bodies, which has become a major environmental concern. As per the estimates, Hyderabad generates approximately 2,000 metric tonnes of C&D waste per day. There are four C&D waste processing plants in the city at Jeedimetla, Fathullaguda, Shamshabad, and Thumukunta, where citizens could deposit their waste. At present, a fine amounting to 5,000 is imposed on individual households, while a penalty of 25,000 is enforced on bulk waste producers, including builders, work contractors, institutions, and commercial establishments, for each violation where C&D waste is transported or disposed of in an unauthorised or hazardous condition. GHMC would also conduct regular monitoring and impose penalties on violators found disposing of debris improperly. Building owners who fail to comply with the new norms would face delays or rejection of their occupancy certificates. Meanwhile, under a comprehensive challan management system (CCMS), GHMC has issued nearly 4,000 penalties worth 70 lakh to residents and commercial establishments for various littering offences.

CM launches drive to plant 50cr trees in 5 years
Jhunjhunu/Jaipur: Chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma Sunday launched a massive statewide green drive, declaring the goal to plant 50 crore trees in five years under the Mission Hariyalo Rajasthan. Addressing a large public gathering at the district-level Van Mahotsav held at Mandawara village in Sikar, the chief minister reiterated his govt's commitment to turning Rajasthan into a greener and more prosperous state. The campaign takes inspiration from Prime Minister Narendra Modi's initiative 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam', launched last year on World Environment Day, and is now gaining momentum across the state. Sharma said that 10 crore saplings will be planted this year alone through public participation. He added that a record 2.5 crore saplings will be planted in a single day on the occasion of Hariyali Teej. "Last year, we planted over seven crore saplings. CET wraps up with display of teamwork, compassion
1 2 Times News Network Panchkula: The Common Eligibility Test (CET)-2025, conducted in four phases on Saturday and Sunday, concluded peacefully in Panchkula. Tight security arrangements were in place for the test, with 525 police personnel deployed to ensure safety. Panchkula DCP Srishti Gupta said that no cases of cheating or irregularities were reported during the two-day examination. She emphasised that robust security arrangements had been made at every centre, and personnel remained fully alert throughout. Special transport support for disabled candidates Haryana government provided free transportation facility for 53 differently-abled candidates in Panchkula district to help them reach their respective exam centres, most of which were located in Chandigarh. Deputy commissioner Monika Gupta informed that candidates were contacted individually and offered the service. All the 53 beneficiaries were picked up from their homes and dropped back after the exam. Parents of the candidates expressed deep gratitude towards the government.
