Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness are officially divorced less than three weeks after she filed to end their marriage of nearly 30 years.
Online records show the former couple's divorce was finalised on June 12 in New York's Suffolk County Supreme Court. According to People , the documents, which were uploaded online Monday, now list the status of the case as 'disposed.'
The filing specified the terms of the divorce had been uncontested and would only need to be signed off by a judge.
Furness filed to end their marriage on May 27, roughly two years after the pair initially announced they'd broken up in the wake of speculation that Jackman was dating his Music Man co-star Sutton Foster.
In a statement to People late last month, Furness said her 'heart and compassion goes out to everyone who has traversed the traumatic journey of betrayal'.
'It's a profound wound that cuts deep, however I believe in a higher power and that God/the universe, whatever you relate to as your guidance, is always working FOR us,' she said.
Though rumours regarding Jackman and Foster had been swirling since 2022, the duo only confirmed their relationship earlier this year. Furness officially filed the divorce papers roughly five months later.
Jackman, 56, and Furness, 69, had been married since 1996 after meeting on the set of the Australian miniseries Correlli . Together, they share two adopted children: son Oscar, 25, and daughter Ava, 19.
Foster, meanwhile, filed for divorce from screenwriter Ted Griffin in October 2024, after 10 years of marriage. The exes share daughter Emily, whom they also welcomed via adoption. – New York Daily News/Tribune News Service

The American singer-songwriter was addressing the audience at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre while doing a hand heart, as seen in a clip shared by a fan account on X. 'Thank you for always being there for me, Australia! It means the world,' she said as tears rolled down her cheeks. She then shrugged it off and shouted, 'Now let's sing Firework !' In the middle of the show, Perry also experienced a prop malfunction after the large metal sphere where she was in tilted. Fortunately, the singer was able to hold on to the bar in the middle of the sphere to keep her balance until the stage crew members came to help her. 'Pretty Little Baby' singer Connie Francis, 87, hospitalised for 'extreme' pain

Connie Francis recently had her music go viral on TikTok as users use her 'Pretty Little Baby' for videos. Photo: TNS Recording star Connie Francis says she is on the mend after a recent trip to the hospital to address some "extreme pain." The Stupid Cupid singer, who rose to fame in the late 1950s and early '60s, informed fans on Facebook that she is receiving care after undergoing tests and exams. "Thank you all for your kind thoughts, words and prayers," she wrote Wednesday. Earlier Wednesday, the 87-year-old Pretty Little Baby singer wrote on Facebook that she went to the hospital to learn more about the cause of her pain, which she said prompted her to call off an upcoming Fourth of July performance, her latest cancellation in recent weeks. Francis' posts this week did not disclose much information about her condition, but a previous Facebook update provided some insight. A week prior to her hospitalisation, Francis announced on Facebook that she had been dealing with "pelvic pain on the right side" and underwent tests to determine "that this is due to a fracture." "It looks like I may have to rely on my wheelchair a little longer than anticipated," she wrote, adding that she had to pull out of a then-upcoming performance. Francis gave followers more information about her health in March, telling them in another Facebook post that she uses a wheelchair to avoid putting "undue pressure on a troublesome painful hip" and that she was awaiting stem cell therapy at the time. Francis has spoken openly about her personal afflictions over the course of her career. She told the Village Voice in 2011 that she had been committed to several mental institutions in the 1980s. She said she was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder after she was misdiagnosed with other mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder, ADD and ADHD. The singer recently had her music go viral on TikTok as users use her Pretty Little Baby for videos. "I'm still astounded by the popularity of Pretty Little Baby ," she said last week, thanking the A-listers who have used her hit in their social media videos. – Los Angeles Times/Tribune News Service

Pop star Katy Perry and actor Orlando Bloom split 6 years after getting engaged

FILE - Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have been romantically linked since 2016. Photo: AP Popstar Katy Perry and actor Orlando Bloom have split, multiple media outlets reported Thursday. Outlets including People and USA Today cited a statement that said the pair "have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting' and would continue to be seen in public with their daughter. The statement, attributed to representatives for both stars, said their priority would be raising their daughter with 'love, stability, and mutual respect.' The statement came a week after reports of the couple's breakup swirled ahead of the wedding of billionaire Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos, which Bloom attended alone. Perry has been on a world tour. Representatives for Perry and Bloom did not immediately respond to The Associated Press' request for comment. Perry, 40, and Bloom, 48, have been romantically linked since 2016. The pair split in 2017 but rekindled shortly thereafter, getting engaged on Valentine's Day in 2019, as Perry revealed during an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live . In 2020, the pair welcomed a daughter named Daisy Dove Bloom. Perry and Bloom got Unicef to announce the news on its Instagram account. Both are goodwill ambassadors for the United Nations agency that helps children. Bloom and his former wife, Australian model Miranda Kerr, have a son, Flynn, who was born in 2011. Daisy is Perry's only child. Perry, born Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, was previously married to comedian Russell Brand. Born and raised in California, the 13-time Grammy Award nominee helped usher in the sound of 2000s pop, quickly becoming one of the bestselling artistes of all time for her campy, big, belting anthems. She has released seven studio albums, most notably 2010's sugar-sweet Teenage Dream . The album produced five No.1s that tied a record set by Michael Jackson's 1987 album Bad . Bloom, who is from Canterbury, England, is best known for his roles as the elf Legolas in The Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit films as well as Will Turner in the Pirates Of The Caribbean series. – AP
