Max India share price: Shares of Max India gained 3.1 per cent in trade, logging an intraday high at ₹230.7 per share on the BSE. The stock advanced after the company's board approved the issuance of equity shares on a rights basis. The company intends to raise up to ₹125 crore through a rights issue.
At 12:56 PM, Max India shares were trading 1.07 per cent higher at ₹225.95 per share on the BSE. In comparison, the BSE Sensex was down 0.33 per cent at 79,853.68. The market capitalisation of the company stood at ₹984.90 crore. The 52-week high of the stock was at ₹337.6 per share and the 52-week low of the stock was at ₹170 per share.
Max India rights issue: opening and closing dates
The rights issue will open on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, and close on Thursday, May 22, 2025. The last date for on market renunciation is Friday, May 16, 2025.

Agency: New Delhi, Jul 30 (PTI) Shares of workplace solutions company Indiqube Spaces Ltd on Wednesday ended with a discount of 8 per cent against the issue price of Rs 237. On the BSE, the stock made its market debut at Rs 218.70, a decline of 7.72 per cent from the issue price. Intra-day, it tumbled 14.95 per cent to Rs 201.55. The stock finally ended at Rs 217.90, down 8 per cent. Shares of the firm listed at Rs 216, down 8.86 per cent on the NSE. The stock later ended at Rs 217.97, down 8 per cent. The company's market valuation stood at Rs 4,576.15 crore. The initial public offer of IndiQube Spaces Ltd got subscribed 12.33 times on the closing day of bidding on Friday last week. The Rs 700-crore initial public offer (IPO) of the Bengaluru-based firm had a price band of Rs 225-237 per share. The IPO had a fresh issue of Rs 650 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of Rs 50 crore. IndiQube Spaces proposes to utilise the fresh capital to the tune of Rs 462.6 crore towards funding capex for setting up new centres, Rs 93 crore for repayment and the rest for general corporate purposes. The company, which was incorporated in 2015, manages a portfolio of 8.40 million square feet across 115 properties in 15 cities with a total seating capacity of 1,86,719 as of March 2025. India's equity index options trading has plummeted by a third following the ban on U.S. high-frequency trading firm Jane Street by the Securities and Exchange Board of India. Remove Ads Auto maker Hyundai Motor India on Wednesday announced its results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting an 8% year-on-year (YoY) decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,369.23 crore, as against Rs 1,489.65 crore reported in the same quarter of the last financial the company's revenue slipped 5.5% YoY to Rs 16,179.61 crore, down from Rs 17,131.24 crore, reported in the year-ago announcing the results for the June quarter of FY25, the shares of Hyundai Motor India were trading nearly 1% lower at Rs 2,081.40 on the the company's PAT experienced a sharper decline, falling by 15.2% from Rs 16,14.34 crore in the March quarter of the fiscal year 2025. The revenue from operations also fell by 7.7% QoQ, down from Rs 17,527.25 crore as of March 31, a standalone basis, the auto maker's PAT dropped 7.7% YoY to Rs 1,335.75 crore for the said quarter, declining from Rs 1,447.81 crore a year ago, while falling by 15.6% Hyundai Motor India's total income also took a hit and was reported at Rs 16,627.67 crore, 5.35% lower from Rs 17,567.98 crore posted in the June quarter of the financial year 2025. However, the company was also able to cut down on its expenses, which were reported at Rs 14,780.47 crore, against Rs 15,564.60 crore in the year-ago Q1FY26, the EBITDA came in at Rs 2,185.20 crore. The EBITDA margin stood at 13.3%, driven by a favorable export mix and continued focus on cost optimization Motor India delivered a strong performance in the first quarter, led by a sharp uptick in exports and continued market leadership in the SUV segment. Export volumes rose 13% year-on-year, offsetting subdued domestic growth, which remained under pressure due to ongoing macroeconomic CRETA continued to dominate the SUV category, maintaining its leadership position while also marking ten years since its launch. The company also achieved a major milestone with the Brand i10, which surpassed 3 million cumulative sales across domestic and export markets, underscoring its popularity and sustained markets showed increasing importance in Hyundai's growth strategy, with rural contributions rising to 22.6% during the quarter, as the company expanded into untapped white space opportunities. The company also reported an enhanced CNG share of 15.6%, supported by the rollout of new dual-cylinder technology and fresh CNG variants, contributing to a broader fuel mix the operational front, Hyundai announced the commencement of engine production at its Pune manufacturing facility, reflecting the company's ongoing strategic scale-up and commitment to expanding local manufacturing on the outlook, Unsoo Kim, Managing Director of Hyundai Motor said, 'Moving forward, we anticipate a gradual recovery in domestic demand sentiments, driven by the onset of monsoon & festive season, coupled with government policy measures, while on the exports front, we are confident of maintaining a positive momentum, in line with our growth commitments.'
