Chester boss Calum puts his trust in Blues' players

Chester begin their National League North season at home to Peterborough Sports on August 9 and, before then, there is one more pre-season friendly to be played at the Deva Stadium.
That takes place tomorrow when the Blues host Mark Hughes' Carlisle United, relegated from the Football League last season.
Chester made it all the way to the National League play-off final last season and bonding the players into a collective effort is what boss McIntyre has been trying to achieve.
He told Chester FC TV: 'We've just challenged the players. We've done... a lot of stuff behind closed doors that we're not going to talk War and Peace about, but we've challenged the players.
'We've done things differently than we normally do when we go away and we go overnight. Different types of accommodation and we've done everything together.
'It's been a big message for the group of everything we've done, arranging from the way we've trained to where we've slept, to like activities that have been put on, where we've eaten, has been done totally as a group, because that is our thing.
'That's who we want to be, absolute commitment, absolute togetherness for what's going to be a challenging season ahead.'
Former Wales boss Hughes, meanwhile, has suggested that Carlisle won't take a financial hit to allow players to leave the club.
The head coach says that any members of the squad who want to move on are free to look at other avenues.
Asked by the News & Star if there was a prospect of anyone leaving soon, he said: 'Possibly. But it's difficult on occasions.
'Players sometimes feel the need to go elsewhere. But the club can't supplement that happening.
'If they want to leave, then they can leave. But, at this point in time, they won't be compensated for leaving.'
