The update follows reports that the actress has secured a new six-figure contract, reports the Mirror. The former Corrie star, 38, is believed to be filming away from home and has offered a behind-the-scenes peek at her mystery project via Instagram.
Accompanying her on this work trip is her team, consisting of a makeup artist, hairstylist and fashion stylist. Michelle has posted several updates whilst on location on Friday morning.
Her updates included disclosing that the group had brought along a set of affirmation cards, designed by motivational speaker Roxie Nafousi. Michelle subsequently displayed the card that had been selected.
The actress, who was previously tipped to take over the female-led Bond role, initially posted an image of someone drawing a card from the pack. Michelle then revealed the message to fans, with her chosen card stating: "I am deserving of happiness and success."
She accompanied it with heart and star emojis. Roxie responded to the post on Michelle's Instagram and shared it with her own followers. Commenting on the use of her card deck in the celebrity's post, she wrote: "OMG [Michelle] using my affirmation cards."
Following Michelle's recent transition into becoming a mum for the first time, and a surge in her career achievements, the actress has been embracing new opportunities.
The star, who welcomed her four-month-old daughter Palma in March, wrapped up filming for the final season of Sky's hit series Brassic in May and is rumoured to have penned a new deal for an upcoming venture.
Michelle, who last year shot to fame for Netflix's Fool Me Once, becoming one of the streaming giant's most-watched original series globally, is reportedly set to become the fresh face of Sky. She is expected to shoot a promotional video with Idris Elba for the broadcaster.
"Michelle has really been enjoying maternity leave with Palma, but she'll be back to work soon to film these new adverts for Sky. She has signed a six-figure deal for the job and is thrilled to have been chosen to appear alongside Idris, who has been their 'face'," a source disclosed to The Sun.
The insider also mentioned that Michelle is eager to maintain her association with Sky post-Brassic, which debuted in 2019. They noted that featuring in its commercials is a significant step for the star, who is carving out her own niche as a "brand in her own right".
The source concluded by saying: "Everything she touches seems to turn to gold." Michelle took maternity leave after the arrival of her daughter Palma in March.

At no time were we (the children) able to leave the chapel; it was only possible at the time of the burial, such was the commotion. "At the funeral, there were presidents, coaches of the national team at the time, such as Luís Filipe Scolari, etc. I don't remember seeing any of them. And they certainly greeted me. The pain blinded me. "About pain/family and real support... You will never know what it means until you go through it. If someone sends me a message criticising anything my brother does, I will block it (completely ignore it), that is, they will only do it once. "It's getting tiring. The fanaticism. The criticism for nothing, I repeat nothing... Sick society... We all have families.
