Manhunt as schoolgirl, 15, raped in underpass near London shopping centre

Police are investigating the rape of a 15-year-old schoolgirl in an underpass close to an east London shopping centre.
The youngster was attacked in St Edwards Way, Romford, around 11.35pm on Sunday.
She is now being supported by specialist officers and the Metropolitan Police has stepped up patrols near The Brewery shops and leisure district.
Forensic teams have cordoned off the underpass, including the entrances on London Road and High Street.
Havering Councillor David Taylor said he has written to senior police and called for an urgent public meeting.
He added: 'I am devastated by the news, which will leave many women feeling afraid to walk alone in our town and I pray for justice for the woman assaulted.'
No arrests have been made.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: 'On Sunday, June 22 at 11.36pm police were called to St Edwards Way, Romford to reports a girl had been raped.
'Officers attended and assisted the victim, a 15-year-old girl.
'She is currently being treated by specialist officers. A crime scene currently remains in place.
'We understand the concern this has caused in the community and people can expect to see an increased police presence in the area.'

They were later bailed by police pending further inquiries. In a statement, police said: "Investigators are appealing for dashcam footage and witnesses as they continue enquiries into a disorder on Parkfield Road, Wolverhampton, in the early hours of last Sunday morning. "A week on from the violence, one man in his 20s who suffered life-threatening head injuries, remains in a serious condition in hospital. "A second man who also needed hospital treatment has since been discharged. "Nine men have been arrested and questioned following the disorder involving weapons which happened at just after midnight early last Sunday morning (27 July). "They have been released on police bail with strict conditions as the investigation continue." Detective Inspector Adam Keen from Wolverhampton CID, said: "We're moving ahead with our enquiries to establish exactly what happened and we're appealing for anyone who was driving in the area that night to check their dashcam. "Parkfield Road is a busy road even at night, so if you were there between 11.50pm on the Saturday night through to 12.15am early on the Sunday morning we'd ask you to take a look at your footage as it may have vital information that can assist us. Second arrest after man stabbed to death in New Cross

A second person has been arrested after a man was stabbed to death in New Cross last night. Emergency services were called to Monson Road in New Cross yesterday (August 2) at around 7:26pm where a man had been stabbed at a home in the area. Paramedics treated 26-year-old Ayowale Aledejana of South Norwood, Croydon who died at the scene from his injuries. His family has been informed. A second person, a 23-year-old woman, has been arrested on suspicion of murder, along with a 23-year-old man who was arrested earlier today. Both remain in police custody. Detective Chief Inspector Lucie Card, who is leading the investigation, said: 'Our thoughts are with Ayowale's family and friends at this difficult time. "I understand this incident will be concerning and we are carrying out a fast-paced and thorough investigation to establish the circumstances. I would encourage anyone who has not yet spoken to us."
