EXCLUSIVE The shocking new mystery after Virginia Giuffre's death - as disturbing details of a fresh family rift are revealed

Daily Mail26-05-2025
Mystery surrounds the final resting place of Virginia Giuffre four weeks after she was found dead in her home.
Giuffre took her own life on April 25 at her farmhouse in Neergabby, north of Perth, after the 'toll... became unbearable', according to her family.
Her body was transferred to the state mortuary for a post-mortem examination to determine the official cause of death.
It's understood her body was released to her estranged husband Robert Giuffre and her ashes are 'pending collection' at Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park in Perth.
Now distraught loved ones have broken their silence claiming they were shunned from her funeral and unable to pay their final respects.
'It's absolutely devastating,' a close source told Daily Mail Australia.
'We are disgusted, no funeral, no notice to anyone. It's so disrespectful to Virginia that her life wasn't even worth a funeral.
'He is so selfish that he wouldn't let anyone else hold one either.

'Her family in the US wanted to attend as would so many other people who loved her, but nobody was told what is going on.
'Legally Robert is her next-of-kin but it's not as simple as that. Not in any way.'
Giuffre was a victim of Jeffery Epstein and his girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell, who she accused of sex trafficking her to Prince Andrew when she was just 17.
Prince Andrew has always denied the allegations but reportedly paid Giuffre millions to settle a lawsuit over her claims against him.
Her death came just weeks after she said on social media she only had four days to live following a car crash, which police later described as a minor collision.
She had already split with Mr Giuffree, her husband of 22 years, and had admitted her heartbreak at being estranged from her three teenage children.
It is not known how her estate will be divided or if she even had a will.
While she was separated from her husband, the pair were not officially divorced.
Giuffre escaped Epstein's clutches after meeting her husband-to-be while on a massage training course in Thailand that Epstein had paid for.
It's now understood her ashes are 'pending collection' at Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park in Perth
She had a whirlwind romance with the martial arts instructor and they married within a week in 2002 before moving to the NSW Central Coast and setting up home together.
They lived there for 11 years before moving to the US, until they returned to Australia and bought a $1.7million six-bedroom beachside mansion in Perth in 2020.
The marriage is believed to have broken down last year, with Giuffre moving into their weekend getaway farmhouse, while her husband remained in Perth with their children
Giuffre's brothers Sky and Danny Wilson had been staying with her at her $1.3million farmhouse after she claimed to be on her deathbed.
They have since launched a public fundraiser in her memory, because they expect it will take years to divide up her estate.
They are seeking to raise $15,000 to build a memorial in her memory that will be open for the public to visit.
'It is our intention with this fund that we create a public memorial not just for family but for survivors and supporters from all over to visit and share space with Virginia.
'She deserves to have a permanent mark in this world that demonstrates her lasting impact.'
While the coroner had released Giuffre's body it is understood that the outcome of the investigation and official cause of death could take more than a year to finalise.

Pam Bondi on the brink: Epstein fallout gets nasty as Trump insiders reveal humiliating things colleagues are saying behind her back

Attorney General Pam Bondi is causing 'unnecessary embarrassment' for Donald Trump as the Jeffrey Epstein 'cover-up' claims overshadow his presidency, angry administration insiders say. A DOJ source told the Daily Mail that Bondi's 'communications failure' when it comes to the Epstein files has fueled a 'truckload of misinformation' surrounding the case.

Peter Mandelson ‘called Jeffrey Epstein my best pal in birthday book message'

The UK's ambassador to Washington, Peter Mandelson, reportedly called Jeffrey Epstein 'my best pal' in a book of messages collated for the notorious paedophile's birthday. The Labour party grandee was reportedly included in a section titled 'friends', alongside current US President Donald Trump and former president Bill Clinton. A letter from Lord Mandelson included photographs of whisky and a tropical island, and called Epstein 'my best pal', according to the Wall Street Journal (WSJ). The leather-bound album was put together in 2003, before Epstein was first arrested in 2006. A spokesman for Mandelson declined to comment to the paper. Two years ago, Lord Mandelson said he 'very much regrets ever having been introduced to Epstein'. Earlier this year, he reacted with a foul-mouthed rant when pressed about his friendship with the disgraced financier. He also accused others of having an 'obsession' with his relationship with the convicted sex trafficker who died six years ago. He said: 'I regret ever meeting him or being introduced to him by his partner, Ghislaine Maxwell. I regret even more the hurt he caused to many young women.' He went on to add: 'I'm not going to go into this. It's an… obsession and frankly you can all f*** off. OK?' Maxwell is serving a 20-year jail sentence for recruiting and trafficking underage girls for Epstein. Mr Epstein was found dead in his prison cell in 2019, but the circumstances surrounding his death and his activities continue to make headlines. President Trump has faced anger from some of his Make America Great Again (MAGA) supporters over his campaign promise to release the FBI files on the Epstein case. Conspiracy theorists have long demanded the release of a so-called 'client list' of celebrities, politicians, and other prominent associates, that some claim Epstein blackmailed over their alleged involvement in his trafficking ring. Earlier this week, the WSJ reported that Trump had sent a 50th birthday greeting in 2003, which was described as including a sexually suggestive drawing and a reference to 'secrets' both men shared. Trump has denied penning the letter or drawing and has never been accused of wrongdoing in connection with the Epstein case. He is suing the WSJ, its parent company and owner Rupert Murdoch for $10 billion. The messages were put together into a professionally bound birthday book. According to the WSJ, Clinton handwrote a single paragraph in the album, which read: 'It's reassuring isn't it, to have lasted as long, across all the years of learning and knowing, adventures and [illegible word], and also to have your childlike curiosity, the drive to make a difference and the solace of friends.'

‘I never went to that island,' Trump says of Epstein's underage getaway and tells reporters to talk about Bill Clinton

President Donald Trump on Friday angrily demanded that news outlets give their attention years-old allegations about one of his predecessors rather than continue covering his connections to dead pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Trump was addressing reporters as he departed the White House for a visit to Scotland, where he owns a trio of golf courses, when he was asked whether he'd consider a pardon for Epstein's convicted sex trafficker associates, Ghislane Maxwell. Maxwell, who is currently serving a prison sentence in Florida, has been meeting with Todd Blanche, the president's ex-criminal defense attorney who now serves as the Deputy Attorney General, as Blanche has sought to diffuse anger among Trump's supporters over the failure to release documents from Epstein's case by interviewing his associate. After Trump replied that he did not know much about Maxwell's talks with Blanche and stated that he's not currently considering a pardon, he was asked if the convicted criminal — who is alleged to have lied under oath on numerous occasions — could be trusted. He told reporters that he trusts Blanche as a 'professional lawyer' and quickly began ranting about what he believes the press should focus on instead of him and Epstein. 'You know, you should focus on Clinton. You should focus on the president of Harvard, the former president of Harvard. He should focus on some of the hedge fund guys — I'll give you a list,' Trump said. Press further on what he hopes Blanche will get from meeting with Maxwell, Trump again attempted to deflect with talk of former presidents and the same former higher education officials. 'People should really focus on how well the country is doing, or they should focus on the fact that Barack Hussein Obama led a coup. Or they should focus on the fact that Larry Summers from Harvard, that Bill Clinton, who you know very well, and lots of other friends, really close friends, of ... Jeffrey Epstein should be spoken about and they should speak about them, because they don't talk about them. They talk about me. I have nothing to do with the guy,' he said. 'Todd is a great attorney, but you want to be speaking about Larry Summers. You ought to be speaking about some of his friends that are hedge fund guys. They're all over the place. You ought to be speaking about Bill Clinton, who went to the island 28 times. I never went to the island. I don't even know what they're talking about.' The case of Epstein, a former math teacher turned financier who was arrested for alleged sex trafficking by federal authorities in 2019, has been a longtime fixation for many of Trump's Maga supporters who believe they contain damaging information on prominent Democrats and other liberal celebrities. For years, the president's supporters have pushed for release of what they believe was a list of powerful people to whom Epstein is alleged to have trafficked young girls, as well as other information they believe would reflect negatively on members of the Democratic Party, various Hollywood celebrities, and other purported elites who they believe to be part of a sinister cabal controlling world events. Trump has winked and nodded at such beliefs and had indicated during his 2024 campaign that his administration would release the documents in question if he were victorious in last year's presidential election. The president was once closely associated with and spoke highly of the disgraced financier and his proclivity for surrounding himself with young women, while Epstein at one point described himself as Trump's 'best friend,' leading to speculation that the president has been trying to prevent release of the files despite a campaign promise to do so because their content would reflect poorly on him.
