Shanti Gold IPO Day 2 update: Subscription surpasses 3x, GMP at 19%

Shanti Gold International IPO subscription status: The initial public offering (IPO) of Shanti Gold International, which opened for public subscription on Friday, July 25, has received a favourable response from investors.
The NSE data suggests that the ₹360 crore offering of Shanti Gold International received bids for 3,92,51,625 shares, against 1,26,67,200 shares on offer, resulting in a subscription of 3.10 times as of 1:06 PM on Monday, July 28.
Among the investor categories, retail investors led the demand by oversubscribing the category reserved for them by 4.57 times. This was followed by non-institutional investors (NIIs), who bid for 3.77 times, and qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), for 0.02 times.
Shanti Gold International IPO details
The public offering is a book-built issue, which comprises an entirely fresh issue of 18.1 million equity shares worth ₹360.11 crore. Shanti Gold International IPO is available at a price band of ₹189-199 per share, and a lot size of 75 shares. Thus, investors can bid for a minimum of 75 shares of Shanti Gold International IPO and in multiples thereof.
To bid for one lot or 75 shares of Shanti Gold International IPO, a retail investor would require a minimum of ₹14,925, taking the upper end of the IPO price into consideration. A retail investor can bid for a maximum of 13 lots or 975 shares, amounting to ₹1,94,025.

The unlisted shares of Shanti Gold International were commanding a decent premium in the grey market on the second day of its subscription window. Sources tracking unofficial market activities revealed that Shanti Gold International shares were seen trading at around ₹237 per share, reflecting a grey market premium (GMP) of ₹38 or 19.10 per cent over the upper end of the issue price.

The three-day subscription window to bid for the public offering is set to conclude on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. Following the closure of the subscription window, the basis of allotment of Shanti Gold International IPO shares is likely to get finalised on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, with shares getting credited into demat accounts by Thursday, July 31, 2025.
Shares of Shanti Gold International are set to make their D-Street debut on Friday, August 1, 2025, by listing on the BSE and NSE.

The company intends to utilise the proceeds from the public issue towards funding capital expenditure requirements for setting up the proposed Jaipur facility, as well as funding the working capital requirements of the company. Private sector lender Indusind Bank on Monday reported a 72 per cent drop in its consolidated net profit for the June quarter at Rs 604 crore. Indusind Bank, which is reeling under a slew of issues stemming from alleged irregularities of the management in recognising bad loans and trading reverses, had reported a net profit of Rs 2,171 crore in the year-ago period. It had reported a loss of Rs 2,329 crore in the preceding March quarter, and the interim management, which has taken over operations of the business after the resignation of leadership including then chief executive Sumant Kathpalia, had said that all the possible impacts are recognised. Total income dropped to Rs 14,420.80 crore in the April-June quarter of FY26 compared to Rs 14,988.38 crore in the year-ago period. The lender's core net interest income also declined to Rs 4,640 crore during the reporting quarter against Rs 5,408 crore. Decline in fee and other income was relatively limited, with the overall number dropping to Rs 2,157 crore from Rs 2,442 crore in the year-ago period. The gross non-performing assets ratio for the lender increased to 3.64 per cent in June against 3.13 per cent in March, but the provisions declined on-quarter to Rs 1,760 crore from Rs 2,522 crore. IndusInd Bank Chairman Sunil Mehta said the bank has delivered "clean and profitable" results in the June quarter, marking a "robust recovery" from the March quarter. "The Committee of Executives has ensured seamless continuity and effective execution during this phase. The Bank has taken decisive action on legacy issues, strengthened governance, and enhanced operational controls," he said. The overall capital adequacy of the lender stood at 16.63 per cent as of June 30, and included a core buffer of 15.48 per cent. Indusind Bank shares closed 2.62 per cent down at Rs 802.15 on BSE ahead of the results announcement, as against a 0.70 per cent correction on the benchmark Sensex.

New Delhi, Jul 28 (PTI) Shares of Savy Infra and Logistics on Monday ended with a premium of nearly 20 per cent against the issue price of Rs 120 per share on the NSE's SME platform Emerge. The shares were listed at Rs 136.50 per share on the NSE SME index, at a premium of 13.75 per cent. Later, it closed at Rs 143.30 apiece, a premium of 19.42 per cent on the bourse. The market capitalisation of the company stood at Rs 298.19 crore on the NSE SME. In volume terms, 32.29 lakh equity shares were traded on the exchange during the day. The Rs 70-crore initial public offering (IPO) of Savy Infra and Logistics garnered a stellar response from the investors by subscribing 114.50 times on the closing day of bidding on Wednesday last week. The initial share sale had a price band at Rs 114-120 per share. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 58.32 lakh shares. Gandhinagar-based EPC player Savy Infra & Logistics is engaged in the business of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and logistics, with a focus on infrastructure projects. The company also offers logistics services through an asset-light model by renting trucks and drivers. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 283.39 crore and profit after tax of Rs 23.88 crore in FY25.
