THEY battled their way to Euros glory in a dramatic penalty shootout - and now England's brilliant Lionesses are set to strike it rich off the pitch.
Following their history-making victory against Spain, the likes of captain Leah Williamson and Chloe Kelly are now the nation's most in-demand stars, with the talented squad tipped to enjoy a deserved £80million windfall this year in money-spinning brand and TV deals.

Brand and culture expert Nick Ede thinks that success on the football field for England's women means they could be even more in demand than the men off it.
Super sub Kelly, who coolly slotted home the crucial penalty in Sunday night's European championship final, has already said she'd love to appear on I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
While winger Lauren James and Williamson are now in the same league as Lionel Messi, having starred in a Walkers crisps advert with the Argentinian superstar.
Fashion brands, sportswear companies and glossy magazines are all desperate to be associated with the glamorous team who love to party.
Nick tells The Sun: 'In many ways the Lionesses should be in more demand than the men, because they are winners. They have won the Euros twice.
'Their currency is going to be much much higher now.
'The advantage they have over the men is that they have an appeal across the genders. Men like them and women want to be them.
'They could make between £50million and £80million."
But as with the men's footballers, not all of the first team will become TV stars like Gary Lineker or commercial powerhouses like David Beckham.
Nick says: 'Collectively as Lionesses they can be making a lot of money, this is their time to shine.

'They could be the next Alex Scott, who is now a bona fide presenter on the One Show, or Jill Scott who was on I'm a Celebrity. But with every team you only get a few stand out stars.'
Here we look at which Lionesses will be the big winners off the pitch.
Chloe Kelly

With her hop and skip run-up penalty technique and iconic goal celebrations, Chloe knows how to make an impression.
The 27-year-old forward, who scored the winner in the 2023 final for England, always plays with a smile on her face.
And she wants to bring that bubbly attitude to television as well by following former England midfielder Jill Scott onto ITV's I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
Chloe said: "I don't think I would do well like Jill. I think Jill is so bubbly and the challenges just didn't phase her. But I think I'd enjoy it - probably more so.''
The Arsenal player is already worth an estimated £2.5million, having signed a £1.5million deal with Land Rover.
Nick says: 'I am sure Strictly Come Dancing and all the major reality shows will be eyeing Chloe. Out of all of them she seems to be the most famous.'
She has modelled for Calvin Klein and worn Prada and Versace for photoshoots.
Chloe has overcome adversity this year, having been frozen out of the Manchester City first team following an injury.
She said her 'mental well-being' had suffered due to a 'character assassination' and switched to Arsenal on loan.
Leah Williamson

The England captain is believed to be the highest earning Lioness, having raked in £4million so far.
The defender is being compared to the men's 1966 World Cup-winning captain Bobby Moore.
Fashion house Gucci took note of her glamorous appearance, making Leah a brand ambassador, while Calvin Klein asked the star to model their underwear.
The 28-year-old Arsenal legend has also struck deals with Walkers crisps, Nike, Pepsi and Aston Martin.
But she is a self-confessed 'introvert' who spent much of her free time at tournaments sleeping rather than socialising.
That means it is unlikely we'll be seeing Leah on reality TV.
Nick says: 'The big bucks are in longevity, getting a regular presenting show.'
Lucy Bronze

The veteran defender revealed that she played the whole of this summer's Euros with a leg fracture.
That keep calm and carry on spirit is sure to make her a hit on challenge TV shows.
Nick says: 'The injured leg story will push her to the forefront. Her heroics will propel her to get more jobs and more success.
'She is such a go-getter she'd be great for challenge shows like I'm a Celebrity and SAS: Who Dares Wins.'
Lucy, 33, whose middle name is Tough, said: 'I've been in a lot of pain. If that's what it takes to play for England, that's what I'll do.'
She earned an estimated £200,000 a year while playing at Spanish giants Barcelona and is worth around £3.5million.
The Chelsea player led Sports Direct's Legacy Starts Here TV ads and has endorsed VISA, Spotify, and Rexona.
Hannah Hampton

Until this summer, the 24-year-old goalkeeper was not a household name.
But Hannah's two saves in the penalty shootout against Spain in the Euros final has turned the Chelsea player into a hero of the nation.
Many people told Hannah she wouldn't make it as a goalie because she had an eye condition that affects depth perception, but she proved them wrong.
Hannah, who has over 300,000 Instagram followers, is yet to appear in any major adverts.
That, though, is sure to change.
She is likely to eclipse England's former number one Mary Earps, who won the BBC Sports Personality of the Year in 2023.
Nick says: 'Players like Hannah can be great role models and influence future generations.'
Alessia Russo

With Spain 1-0 ahead at half time in the final, England needed an equaliser and Alessia was the striker who scored the crucial goal.
The tenacious 26-year-old star plays with a smile on her face and that has made her popular with advertisers.
Her earnings in 2023, when she won the Euros with England, were believed to be £2million. Alessia has struck lucrative deals with Adidas, Gucci, PlayStation and Beats by Doctor Dre.
The outgoing player appeared at the BAFTA TV Awards in May, is a regular at London Fashion Week and has appeared on the cover of magazines.
She has a podcast with her England team mate Ella Toone called the Tooney & Russo show.
Being an engaging talker is important.
Nick says: 'There is a real trend for women being brand ambassadors. In tennis Emma Raducanu showed how much you can earn by being a winner.
'There are speaking opportunities that are lucrative, whether it is corporate or brand.'
Lauren James

An injury curtailed Lauren's final, but the attacking player scored one of the goals of the tournament in the group stages.
The 23-year-old Chelsea forward is eclipsing her brother Reece James, the defender who plays for England.
Lauren appeared with Leah in the Walkers crisp advert which was often on TV during the commercial breaks.
She has also made an advert for Pepsi, alongside David Beckham, worn Nike clothing and promoted Optimum Nutrition.
With nearly 900,000 followers on Instagram she is clearly building up a recognition under the name J10, which is similar to Cristiano Ronaldo's CR7.
It is only with off the field deals that Lauren will be able to overtake her brother financially.
Lauren earns £350,000 a year at Chelsea, while Reece earns £250,000 a week for the same side.
Nick says: 'They need to maximise on their success at the Euros because they are not as well paid as the men.'

'Worst show on TV' is ending and its biggest critics are full of regret
And Just Like That… Sex and The City fans will no longer be tormented by its divisive revival. Creator Michael Patrick King has confirmed that And Just Like That, which has regularly been branded 'the worst show on TV',is coming to an end after its third and current season. In a statement shared on Instagram, King wrote: 'And just like that… the ongoing storytelling of the Sex and the City universe is coming to an end. 'While I was writing the last episode of And Just Like That… season 3, it became clear to me that this might be a wonderful place to stop. 'Along with Sarah Jessica Parker, Casey Bloys and Sarah Aubrey, we decided to end the popular series this year with a two-part finale and extended the original series order from 10 episodes to 12. 'SJP and I held off announcing the news until now because we didn't want the word 'final' to overshadow the fun of watching the season. 'It's with great gratitude we thank all the viewers who have let these characters into their homes and their hearts over these many years.' Despite the relentless backlash and calls for it to be over, viewers who have spent three seasons 'hate-watching' are still absolutely crushed. And Just Like That hater Tom Zohar wrote on X: 'PLEASE I DIDN'T MEAN ALL THE THINGS I SAID ABOUT YOU I LOVE YOU PLEASE DON'T LEAVE.' Another fan who loved to hate-watch, Felipe, tweeted: 'conflicted because the show is objectively terrible but i'd still watch 10 seasons of it.' Pop Culture Instagram account Deuxmoi commented: 'See what happens when you complain!!!!!' Others said they 'felt sick' and were 'devastated' but there was also a large sector of the And Just Like That audience who breathed a sigh of relief. Sex and The City was an instant movement when it launched in 1998, making Carrie Bradshaw (Parker), Miranda Hobbes, (Cynthia Nixon), Charlotte Yorke (Kristin Davis) and Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall) four of the most loved women of the decade. Their influence has hardly faltered almost 30 years later. In 2021 the girls were back – well, without Samantha due to Cattrall's fall out with the rest of the cast – in And Just Like That, the reboot so many longed for but never thought would happen. The excitement was unrivalled but soon fizzled out when Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte were criticised for being unrecognisable to the women fans adored and watching Che Diaz (Sara Ramirez) felt like a punishment when we'd all been so patient. The latest series was praised for getting back on track but it also came with bizarre misfires. In one episode, Lisa Todd Wexley's (Nicole Ari Parker) dad died from a stroke. Fans noted that she claimed he'd already died back in season one. Producers did explain the issue, insisting the father mentioned in season one was her stepfather but fans weren't satisfied with the response. Parker shared a series of iconic Carrie moments and said the columnist with the wardrobe worth millions 'dominated my professional heartbeat for 27 years. I think I have loved her most of all.' Davis, who starred as Charlotte for 27 years, wrote: 'I am profoundly sad. I love our whole beautiful cast and crew. 400 artisans working so hard on our show with deep love. 'And to our loyal fans, we love you forever and ever.' And Just Like That is available to stream on NOW. Got a story? PSG star Achraf Hakimi facing rape charge after ‘inviting woman he met on Instagram back to family home'
The Moroccan ace could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted 'RAPE' PROBE PSG star Achraf Hakimi facing rape charge after 'inviting woman he met on Instagram back to family home' Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) PSG star Achraf Hakimi is reportedly facing trial for rape after allegedly inviting a woman over to his home near Paris. Prosecutors have signed a final indictment requesting the 26-year-old to be charged in criminal court. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 2 Achraf Hakimi is reportedly facing trial for rape Credit: AFP 2 Hakimi has denied the allegations and claims it's a plot against him Credit: AFP If convicted, the Moroccan national faces up to 15 years in prison. The case stems from an alleged incident on February 25, 2023. According to Le Parisien, a 24-year-old woman told police she met Hakimi on Instagram in January of that year. After a month of exchanges, he reportedly ordered her an Uber to his home in Boulogne-Billancourt while his wife and children were away on holiday. Once inside, the woman claims Hakimi kissed her mouth and breasts through her clothes, despite her protests. She alleged he then assaulted her without consent. According to her account, she managed to push him away with her foot before fleeing and texting a friend to pick her up. She went to a police station the same day to 'make a statement of rape,' though she initially declined to file a formal complaint. Messages she later provided to investigators reportedly showed her distress following the encounter. Achraf Hakimi shows what he is made of at PSG training On March 3, 2023, Hakimi was charged with rape by an investigating judge and placed under judicial supervision after being held in custody. He has consistently denied the allegations. The footballer, currently holidaying in Puerto Rico with former teammate Kylian Mbappé, previously claimed the case was a plot against him. 'The truth is that when you are successful and things are going well, you become an easy target for certain people and that taught me that you can't trust many people around you,' Hakimi said this January in a interview. 'They wanted to blackmail me and that's why we filed a complaint and it's going well. The justice system handled things rather well.' His lawyer, Fanny Colin, slammed the prosecution's latest move. 'These requisitions are incomprehensible and senseless in light of the evidence in the case,' she told Le Parisien. 'It establishes the plaintiff's lies, particularly through the psychological assessments conducted on her. 'Achraf Hakimi and I remain as calm as when the proceedings began. 'If these requests were to be followed, we would obviously pursue all avenues of appeal.'

Jimmy Thelin confirms key Aberdeen duo will miss Europa League playoff as he opens up on Pape Gueye exit
The Dons will discover who stands between them and the league phase of the competition on Monday Jimmy Thelin has confirmed Krister Tobers and Emmanuel Gyamfi will miss Aberdeen's Europa League playoff. The Latvian international and new signing are both out injured and will be out until next month or could even be pushed back to September. The Dons will find out their play-off opponents on Monday with the games scheduled for August 21st and 28th and so Thelin has written their chances off. 'Kristers Tobers and Emmanuel Gyamfi are both still out,' Thelin admitted. 'I think it's going to be late August, early September, before they're available to play. 'They are set to miss the European games. 'No, right now it seems like they are not going to be ready for that one. Thelin is likely to have to leave senior players out of his European squad and the defenders won't be registered for that first tie. Central defender Tobers has been struggling since he hurt himself away on international duty with Latvia. It is a blow because he was a key player last season. Thelin confirmed: 'Tobers suffered the injury when he was away with the national team.' Gyamfi arrived from Schalke but picked up an injury over the summer. It has meant that Thelin has still to see his new signing in action. The Dons manager acknowledged it was a testing time for the 21-year-old. 'He's a good guy and he gets a lot of support,' the Swede added. 'But of course if you sign for a new club, a new adventure and then you arrive injured it is hard. 'He's got positive energy and he's doing really well with the rehab and as I said he gets a lot of support. 'I also tell him that we trust him. 'He has to keep doing his thing and his time will come. 'Yes, he is frustrated but he handles it quite well.' Thelin has admitted his main transfer focus is to try and bring in a replacement for Scottish Cup hero Pape Gueye, The Dons sold the big striker to Turkish side Kasimpasa in a deal that is in excess of £850,000. It sees Aberdeen make a decent profit although it leaves the Dons down in strikers, with youngster Alfie Bavidge also going back out on-loan to Inverness. Thelin explained: 'I think in this window we always have ideas and plans, but it's an open market and you're not alone in the market. 'This has to be the right one, not just someone. 'We have a good squad already, we trust the players who are here, but we're always trying to improve either through recruitment or training and developing players. 'It's both parts and try to do the right things, not just things. 'We are focused on the squad we have, but we're always trying to see what we can do.' Aberdeen are in talks with AC Milan over a deal for Marko Lazetic but this is proving difficult as the Italian look to try and claw as much of the £3.5 million they paid for him, via a transfer fee and add-ons. Thelin refused to go into detail about Lazetic. He said: 'I don't want to comment on players that aren't ours. 'It's not respectful." The Swede admitted that the time was right for Gueye to go. It was a deal that suited all parties. The move is also part of the club's policy to sell players. Thelin explained: 'Yes, he's a big personality and a good player for us, but this is a normal process in a football club. 'Sometimes it's time to take another step in another direction with his career. 'This time the time was right. 'It was right for both clubs and him. 'So this happened and we are so thankful for the time he was here, but it was the right time and we keep working with our things.' Gueye's time at Aberdeen looked up after he was sent out on loan to Kristiansund but Thelin came in and revived his career. 'He's done well,' his manager stated. 'Pape did really well when he came back and then he got this injury and came back and did well again. 'The injury was tough for him, but it was a good year in total. 'He did a lot of important things on the pitch also and also in the final. 'But sometimes as a manager you know that you can't keep every player forever and it's a normal process that's happening. 'Sometimes players go on and both parties are happy.' Aberdeen begin their Premiership campaign away to Hearts on Monday evening. It will see former Aberdeen boss Derek McInnes go up against Thelin. Hearts have stormed through their Premier Sports Cup group with a 100% record and will go in confident of extending their impressive home record against the Red. Thelin acknowledged: 'First of all, hearts are prepared well. 'They're doing well in the games they've played so far. 'They look stable and clear. 'It's a challenge for us, but we also think that we have been a little bit better and focus on the things we have to do. 'Hopefully, we can prove that on Monday and then keep going from there.' The away form cost Aberdeen in the league and their boss wants to see them dig out more results. He said: 'I think it's a different reason. 'Again, there's consistency and finding a way. (Like we did in the semi-final and the final, sometimes when the game is not perfect, you stay in the game and give yourself a chance to win a game. 'That was a good experience for us in the semi-final and the final in that way. 'Even if it's not always fluent and everything is perfect, you can still win football games."
