Property documents show the three-bed, four-bath home went up for sale last week with a price tag of $2,950,000.
It was first purchased in 2017 for $1,600,000 and was on and off the market until the divorce went through and Kanye was able to keep it.
The Brutalist-inspired residence by Belgian architect and designer Vincent Van Duysen is on brand for the rapper, who often favors a minimalist look.
The property, part of Kanye's crumbling real estate empire, is located within the private gates of the Calabasas Avanti enclave, just minutes from the Kardashians' main properties.
It has wide-plank European oak floors and custom plaster walls that "dissolve the boundaries between art and architecture," according to an online bio.
There is a semi-private elevator that takes guests into a foyer that opens to the central living space.
It offers open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas with top-of-the-range appliances, and every element is bespoke, from the decor to the windows and lighting designed by Duysen's studio.
"Three en-suite bedrooms provide restful sanctuaries, two of which open onto private terraces that extend the living experience outdoors," the description adds.
BEHIND ON TAXES
The main suite occupies its own wing and features a spa-inspired bath with a soaking tub, sculptural vanities, and curated hardware.
Residents in the building have access to communal areas, including a pool, spa, gym, and outdoor entertainment spaces.
The U.S. Sun obtained documents that show Kanye has not paid taxes on the home since 2023, and owes more than $60,000, with the property currently listed as "delinquent."
It is one of three homes in the area that Kanye acquired after his divorce, but he doesn't live in any of them.
He owns multiple other homes but has barely paid any property taxes in recent years, racking up a bill of more than $300,000 with added monthly penalties.
Kanye's owes the most on his derelict $6.7 million Yeezy HQ in West Hollywood, which remains empty after he had the roof torn off for reconstruction before abandoning it.
The U.S. Sun has made attempts to reach Kanye for comment regarding his unpaid property taxes.
His most recent purchase is his $35 million abode in Beverly Hills that he bought late last year with his second wife, Bianca Censori.
The 20,000-square-foot property has an outdoor pool and tennis court and sits on a seven-acre plot of land.
Kanye's mansion also includes an entertainment pavilion connected to the main house, plus a pool house and a gazebo.
HOTEL LIFE
Kanye's latest real estate purchase comes after he finally officially sold his crumbling Malibu mansion.
Before finding a buyer last summer, the property sat on the market for around six months.
Ye bought the home in 2021, after which he infamously gutted and abandoned it.
The mansion was first listed for sale in December 2023 for $53 million, but he was forced to drop the price to $39 million.
Despite the wildfires destroying many homes in Malibu, Kanye's former home was untouched.
Kanye owns homes in both Los Angeles and Wyoming, but he prefers to spend time living in luxury hotels.
They have had long stints in the likes of the Chateau Marmont and the Four Seasons Hotels in recent months.
It's harder to keep up with Kanye than his ex-wife and her family, as he barely stays in one place".
He has also been spending a significant amount of time in Japan since tying the knot with Bianca, amid arguments over seeing his four children with Kim.
The former couple has joint legal custody and share North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6.

American Idol boss and husband were shot with their own gun as it's revealed 911 call came from killer's cellphone
The alleged killer of American Idol boss Robin Kaye and her husband used the couple's own gun to cut them down in cold blood at their home, it has emerged. Authorities also believe Raymond Boodarian, 22, called 911 from his cell phone during a violent break-in at the couple's Encino, California, property on July 10. The bodies of Kaye, a music supervisor on the hit show, and Thomas Deluca, both 70, were not discovered by officers from the Los Angeles Police Department until four days later on July 14 after worried relatives requested a welfare check. They were found in different rooms and pronounced dead at the scene after being shot multiple times, including to the head. The DA's office told the Daily Mail: 'The District Attorney's Office can confirm that the suspect placed a 911 call and that the firearm involved in the homicide was registered to the victim.' Investigators believe Boodarian allegedly scaled a wall to get onto the property and entered the home through an unlocked door 30 minutes after the pair arrived home from grocery shopping. New details about the brutal slayings were revealed by Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman during a local public safety meeting on Monday evening and on Tuesday by LAPD. Hundreds of worried residents in the wealthy neighborhood where the murders occurred attended the event. It follows a number of burglaries in the area where celebrities including Machine Gun Kelly, Michael B. Jordan and Matt LeBlanc have homes. Hochman said a firearm recovered from Boodarian's rented residence in nearby Reseda came from the victims' home. 'It was a gun that he had recovered from the actual house,' he told the audience, according to ABC News. 'It was Robin and Tom's gun. It wasn't his gun. Which is exceptionally tragic.' Hochman added: 'The government owes you one thing and that's safety. 'Robin and Tom didn't experience safety that night. Safety failed them.' Boodarian was arrested the day after the murders were discovered. He has been charged with two counts of murder and a count of residential burglary, with the special circumstance allegation of multiple murders and murder during the commission of a burglary. He has not yet entered a plea and is currently being held at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in downtown Los Angeles without bail. His next court appearance is scheduled for August 20. 'Mr. Boodarian got caught because he used his cellphone to contact police concerning this situation,' explained Hochman during Monday's meeting. 'Police were able to ping the cellphone, find out where he lived, go to his residence and arrest him.' Police had previously said they received two separate 911 calls on the day of the break-in. According to the Los Angeles Times, a neighbor called 911 at 4pm on July 10 to report that a man was attempting to break into Kaye and Deluca's $4.5 million gated mansion on White Oak Avenue. About 40 minutes later, a call was placed to emergency services from inside the couple's property and the dispatcher was told that someone had broken in and the they could here the caller say: 'Please don't shoot me!' The caller then told the operator that a police response was not required. Follow-up attempts to reach the caller by phone were unsuccessful. Shocking details are contained in a search warrant affidavit filed by the the San Fernando Valley homicide unit, reported the Times. The warrant does not specify if the caller was Boodarian pretending to be one of the victims or actually from Kaye or her husband. Police sent officers to inspect the property on the day of the murders, aided by a helicopter, but they left after failing to gain access. 'Officers arrived on scene and conducted a check of the surrounding area and attempted to visually check the residence through the security gate, LAPD spokesperson Jennifer Forkish said in a statement. 'They attempted entry at two access points but both were locked and secured. The home was secured with surrounding walls.' Forkish added that the police helicopter 'visually checked the location and advised there was no visible activity or evidence of break in. 'After taking additional steps to contact the persons reporting and residents at the location, officers cleared from the scene.' According to LAPD Deputy Chief Marla Ciuffetelli, also at Monday's meeting, the department is conducting an assessment of its response to the murders. 'We're always striving to try to respond better, Ciuffetelli said. 'We're taking a very close look at the response. I'm not saying that there was any mistakes made, but we're making sure that in similar circumstances, that we respond appropriately. LAPD Capt. Michael Bland said that patrols in Encino are being increased. This is not something we take lightly,' he said. Court records show that Boodarian was jailed last year on suspicion of threat, weapons, and battery charges. But in December a judge dismissed the cases following a mental health evaluation. Court records show he was placed in a conservatorship, which puts another adult in charge of major decisions in a person's life if they've been diagnosed with a severe mental disorder. A neighbor, who did not want to be named, told the Daily Mail she would occasionally see Boodarian roaming the complex 'looking really, really disturbed.' Otherwise, she kept her distance. She described how he would sometimes have an 'episode' and appear 'ready to break the walls.' 'It feels like he's gonna break right through the wall and is coming into my place.' She added: 'The cops have been here in the past. The mother's called and said "I can't control him."' The neighbor claimed that on at least one occasion, Boodarian had to be strapped to a stretcher and removed from the property. Sick of And Just Like That? Try Sex and the City: The Movie instead
It's a rite of passage. Some stole late-night glimpses when they snuck into the lounge room while their mother watched it. Others gobbled it up on a laptop in bed. For gen Z, many first encountered Sex and the City via meme pages dedicated to digitally archiving the best outfits, best quotes or most problematic storylines from the HBO series that followed the misadventures of Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Samantha (Kim Cattrall), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte (Kristin Davis). Then, when the series landed internationally on Netflix last year, gen Z got properly acquainted – and much to the surprise of their millennial elders, they didn't hate it. The original show remains timeless. And rather than suffer through the increasingly deranged overtures of its revival And Just Like That, newer fans may do well to revisit an earlier sequel – Sex and the City: The Movie. Released in 2008, it aligned perfectly with a cinema boom for millennial women, where moviegoing was done in groups, usually supplemented by themed drinks and food. It was also panned viciously by critics, who called it shallow and bloated – though this Sex and the City diehard thinks it deserves a reappraisal. It picks up where the series finale left off, providing a very neat synopsis of the intervening years. Carrie is still dating her on-again, off-again beau, Big. Charlotte and her husband Harry have adopted their daughter Lily. Samantha has moved to LA to manage her movie star boyfriend Smith's career. And Miranda has moved to – quelle horreur – Brooklyn. Granted, there are a lot of things wrong with this film. Like its 142-minute run time, which is at least 90 minutes too long. Or its farcical series of events: a near-wedding, a breakup, a pregnancy, a tragically horny dog, some questionable product placement, a trip to Mexico that leads to a faecal incident, and then an actual wedding. Or that every character's life seems to revolve around Carrie in a far more egregious way than the series. Or that they fat-shame Samantha for putting on a couple of kilos. If the series was barely concealed lifestyle porn for millennial women, the movie makes no attempt at justifying the absurdity of these people's lives. The clothes are even flashier, the real estate is more lavish, and their personal problems are always solved by money. But beneath the excess, Sex and the City: The Movie works when it zeroes in on the ways that its central quartet continually show up for each other. Samantha feeds Carrie yoghurt after she hasn't left her bed for two days. Miranda opens her door on New Year's Eve to a breathless Carrie, who's run across the city to get there before midnight to tell her, 'You're not alone.' When Charlotte runs into the man who's betrayed her friend, her face cracks open in feral rage. 'I curse the day you were born!' she screams. The movie, like the show, only makes sense when it's exploring the inexplicable bonds among these four women and what it means to be a true friend. One of the most emotionally brutal scenes in the movie is when Miranda and Carrie go out for dinner on Valentine's Day – sans suitors. Carrie is heartbroken; Miranda has a guilty secret to confess. When it all spills over into a fight in the middle of the restaurant, it feels genuinely tragic: a failure of communication so familiar it stings. It's one of the most believable moments in the movie; Parker and Nixon capture the agony of friendship so naturally it almost feels improvised. Crucially, the film can stand on its own. You don't need to have an encyclopaedic knowledge of Carrie's past boyfriends. You don't need to know that Samantha once dated a lesbian artist, or that Charlotte and Harry met because of her divorce, or that Miranda once yelled at a man, 'I'm no Mena Suvari but I'm great in bed!' You can get through Sex and the City: The Movie without knowing what any of those things mean and still understand what this movie is about: four women who help each other as they constantly renegotiate their relationships with men. It's a perfect paean to imperfect friendships. Sex and the City: The Movie is available to stream on Binge and Prime Video in Australia, Netflix in the UK and HBO Max in the US.
