Lady Gaga could be coming to Hong Kong in 2026 for ‘The Mayhem Ball' Tour
Back in March, Mother Monster announced her upcoming eighth concert tour 'The Mayhem Ball' which is set to commence on July 16. The plan was for the concert to travel across North American, European, and Australian cities, but on June 10, Lady Gaga also announced five dates for Japan, running from January 21 to 29 in Osaka and Tokyo.
The plot twist here is that the Lady Gaga news fan account @MayhemBallTour on X had previously already proclaimed on April 9 that the artist will have Tokyo dates. When asked for hints on the whole Asia leg of the tour, they posted emoji flags of Japan, South Korea, and Hong Kong – so we're keeping our fingers crossed that we'll actually get Gaga in Kai Tak Stadium or AsiaWorld-Expo come 2026!
Interestingly, Hong Kong singer Joey Yung went to Lady Gaga's recent 'The Art of Personal Chaos' concert in Singapore recently and posted on Instagram in Chinese that she 'hopes she'll be able to enjoy it again in Kai Tak'. These industry insiders know something we don't… If the online rumours are anything to go by, Lady Gaga might be putting on three Hong Kong shows in February 2026.

The Herds animal puppet spectacle comes to the North West
70 life-sized safari animal puppets know as 'The Herds' are to make several appearances in the region. The huge artwork depicts the animals travelling north to 'flee the climate disaster' and is part of Manchester International Festival. Tonight they will be at the Cathedral Gardens in Manchester where they will interrupt a performance by the Manchester Camerata On Friday 4 July they will be in Heywood in Rochdale in the evening. The Herds feature elephants, giraffes, antelope, and lions made from upscaled or recyclable cardboard and plywood. The animals began their 20,000km journey in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in April before making their way through European cities and then arriving in the UK. Councillor Sue Smith, cabinet member for communities and co-operation at Rochdale Borough Council said: 'Seeing The Herds in Heywood is a once in a lifetime opportunity, a combination of dance-theatre, awe-inspiring life-size puppets creating something very powerful and moving. "It's very exciting, The Herds are capturing the imagination of everyone who sees them and I hope through these creatures we will spark thoughts and raise awareness about everything that is happening to our environment worldwide too." The Herds will appear in the residential area around Aspinall Street in Heywood from 7pm on Friday 4 July on a mission to find a way back to nature, before they move to the lake at nearby Queen's Park to find a tranquil oasis. For the final stop on their Greater Manchester journey, The Herds find a fleeting refuge in the wild beauty of Pennington Flash Country Park on Saturday, July 5.

Netflix viewers have been binging a 'brilliant' ITV detective drama after the six-parter arrived on Netflix after originally airing on the terrestrial channel back in January While the heatwave may be raging on in the UK, it hasn't stopped TV fans from binging Netflix 's latest releases - including one particular show that was made by ITV. Netflix viewers can't get enough of ITV drama North Shore, which has finally arrived on the streamer after making its debut on Paramount+ back in 2023. The six-part detective drama stars Game of Thrones' John Bradley as Max Drummond - a British detective sent over to Australia to investigate the murder of trade minister Abigail Crawford's (Joanne Froggatt) daughter. After the body of Abigail's daughter Sophie is discovered in Sydney Harbour, Max is forced to work with Australian detective Meg Driscoll (Kirsty Sturgess) to discover the truth behind the complex case. The mystery crime thriller arrived on ITVX at the end of last year in the UK and premiered on Network 10 the year before in Australia. However, many new fans are binging their way through North Shore, written by Cold Feet writer Michael J. Bullen. "#northshore on @netflix is brilliant! When is the next series please??" one fan wrote on X. Another said: "Have you seen North Shore on Netflix? Aussie crime series. Just starting ep 2 but like it very much so far." A third wrote: "North shore on Netflix well worth a watch!!" The series is making its way up the Netflix Top 10 streaming charts in the UK, placing at number nine. Meanwhile, some even compared the series to Netflix hit Dept Q - recommending that fans of the Matthew Goode series give North Shore a watch. Additionally, he commended the doctor's "miracle pill" for giving him the strength to push through the second round difficulties.
