Sami Sheen cryptically blasted ‘toxic' relationships one day before mum Denise Richards' divorce announcement

Sky News AU3 days ago
Sami Sheen gave advice on 'toxic' relationships just one day before her stepdad, Aaron Phypers, shockingly filed for divorce from her mom, Denise Richards.
On Sunday, the OnlyFans creator posted a TikTok video of how she determines whether she should cut off an unhealthy relationship. Perhaps not-so subtly, she discussed how she would handle a 'toxic' relationship if she was a mother.
'You need to ask yourself, if you had a daughter and she was dating a man like this, what would you tell her?' she asked. 'And then boom, you're like, OK, I would tell her to break up with him, I would tell her to block him, move on, he's a piece of s***, he treats her like s***, and that works for me.'
Sheen, 21, noted it can be easy to overlook signs of a bad relationship. She also shared that she was naturally a 'very motherly person' and that she definitely wanted to have children one day.
'Imagine your friend in this situation or your mom or your sibling. Picturing someone else in your exact situation and if they came to you being like, 'Hey, my boyfriend is doing X, Y and Z to me,' you need to tell them what to do then there's your answer,' she said.
'And I understand more than anyone, it's so hard and almost feels impossible sometimes to get out of a toxic relationship and the judgment from people when you keep going back to that person — it's a whole cycle,' she continued.
Sheen later replied to a comment on the post asking, 'What if you married one?'
'It's never too late to leave,' she responded.
Phypers, 52, filed for divorce from Richards, 54, in Los Angeles on Monday after nearly seven years of marriage. The actor listed July 4 as their separation date and cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for their split in court documents obtained by Page Six.
The split came as a shock as just months before, Richards vowed she would 'never' get divorced again.
'Even if we hate each other, I'm not gonna f****** get divorced,' the 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum said on a March episode of her Bravo series, 'Denise Richards & Her Wild Things.'
Phypers added, 'No, we'll just have different homes or something. … But we're not gonna hate each other.'
Richards was previously married to Charlie Sheen from 2002 to 2006. They're parents to Sami, as well as Lola Rose Sheen, 20.
The 'Wild Things' actress is also a mom to her adopted daughter, Eloise Joni, 14.

Kylie Jenner helped this gadget go viral. Now the firm's founder is a billionaire

In a 15-second TikTok clip that has racked up millions of views, Kylie Jenner glides a sleek device across her face, swearing by its ability to help skin absorb serums more effectively. Dubbed the Booster Pro, the gadget's video has gone viral – and with it, the fortunes of its maker, APR Corp, a once-obscure Seoul-based start-up now at the centre of the K-beauty boom. Behind the firm is 36-year-old Kim Byung Hoon, a tech entrepreneur-turned-beauty mogul whose company has made him South Korea's newest billionaire. His 31 per cent stake in APR is now worth about $US1.3 billion ($2 billion), according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, after the firm's shares soared 200 per cent this year. Kim started out dabbling in mobile apps – including a dating app – after studying in California as an exchange student more than a decade ago. It was there that he first witnessed the smartphone revolution and got hooked on entrepreneurship. His pivot to skincare came in 2014 when he launched APR, initially focused on cosmetics. In 2021, the business expanded into producing high-tech facial devices that promise spa-like treatments at home. It's a product line that Kim personally espouses – he uses APR's facial gadget for 30 minutes every day, APR's chief financial officer, Shin Jae Ha, told Bloomberg News. After going public last year, APR is now the second-largest publicly traded beauty firm in South Korea, with a market capitalisation of more than $US4 billion. Endorsements from top-tier influencers reflect the growing mainstream appeal of K-beauty, the umbrella term for South Korea's booming beauty exports. Once the domain of Gen Z or Asian-American influencers, they have gone mainstream in the United States, where sales of Korean beauty products jumped 56 per cent to $US1.9 billion last year. With global interest rising alongside K-pop music and Korean dramas, celebrities began spotlighting products from APR's flagship brand, Medicube, in their routines. Hailey Bieber first posted about its gel mask in late 2023, unprompted, the company said. That organic buzz paved the way for APR's global campaigns in 2024 featuring Kylie and Kendall Jenner, and Khloe Kardashian. 'Now it feels that K-beauty has reached the stage where it's spreading from early adopters to mass-market consumers,' said APR's CFO Shin, a former M&A banker at HSBC Holdings, who joined Kim in 2016 after being drawn to his vision.

Sami Sheen changes mind about breast implants removal

Sami Sheen is having second thoughts about getting her breast implants removed. Although the 21-year-old Only Fans model previously revealed she plans to find a surgeon to reverse the procedure because she believes the implants are making her sick, she is backtracking on her decision as she really wants to dress up as former Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson for Halloween. She said on TikTok: 'I'm all for putting your health first, but maybe I should wait until after Halloween to get my knockers removed because I've always wanted to dress up as Pamela Anderson. Now, I finally have the blonde hair and the big t*** combo, and I've never been able to dress up like her before. So, is it actually insane to wait to get them removed just so I can be her for Halloween? I don't know you guys. I don't want to get rid of them." Sami got the implants in 2022 but admitted recently she had been battling with the "weirdest symptoms" for the last few years. She wrote on her Instagram Story: "I've been experiencing health issues for nearly 2 years now with the weirdest symptoms and finally discovered that I have breast implant illness. "Idk how I haven't figured this out sooner but i'm so glad to finally have an answer. I'm hoping to get them removed ASAP so I can start feeling better. Pls lmk if you know of any good explant surgeons near LA.(sic)" The 21-year-old model - who is the daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen – previously admitted she will find it "physically and mentally hard" to go back to her old body shape but said it is the right thing to do for her health. Alongside a photo of herself in a bikini pre-surgery, she wrote: "It's definitely going to be hard going back to this size, not only physically but mentally. I don't want to at all but I know i'll feel so much better once they are out, so I guess it's worth it." Breast Implant Illness (BII) isn't recognised as an official condition, but symptoms include fatigue, brain fog, joint and muscle pains, weight fluctuations, depression, anxiety and hair loss, and Sami has been struggling with allergies, vertigo, rashes, mood swings, dry eyes, acne, headaches and temperature sensitivities. She added: "BII often mimics certain autoimmune diseases, but I'm certain it's my implants because these symptoms started almost immediately after getting them done.'
