AMA viewers are left baffled as Heidi Klum tries to pull Benson Boone's trousers down on the red carpet before tripping over her own dress
The supermodel, 51, and the singer, 22, bumped into each other on the red carpet and Heidi then playfully pulled at Benson's trousers as he laughed.
Heidi then suffered her own wardrobe mishap as she tripped over the train of her dress while turning away from Benson.
The star, who attended the event with her son Henry Samuel, 19, hopped over her train as a man on the red carpet helped move the train from her.
Some viewers were left confused as to why Heidi tried to pull Benson's trousers.

They wrote: 'Heidi Klum tripping over her own dress while running away from Benson Boone, this is pop culture.'
'But why did she try to pull off his pants?'
Heidi's playful jibe at Benson is likely a reference to his performance at this year's Grammy Awards.
Benson began his performance in a black suit but, while walking through the audience, Heidi and comedian Nikki Glaser joined in by ripping off his suit to reveal a light blue jumpsuit.
This year's AMAs were branded a 'hot mess' and the 'worst show ever' after most major stars snubbed this year's ceremony.
Disappointed fans took to social media to complain about the lack of big names at the annual show, which was held at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas on Monday.
Nominees including Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Billie Eilish and Sabrina Carpenter were all absent from the event, and the guest list instead featured a slew of social media influencers.
The event was hosted by Jennifer Lopez, 55, who did her best to single-handedly bring the star power by performing a six-minute medley of 23 hits by the evening's nominees.
But the 55-year-old instead sparked criticism over a cringe-worthy make-out session with male and female dancers, with viewers calling the display 'desperate.'
Meanwhile singer Kehlani, 30, made waves with controversial remarks on the Israel-Palestine conflict, stating 'free Palestine' during a red carpet interview.
And Swift, 35, in particular also caused a melt down among her fans when she snubbed the show, despite being nominated in six categories.
After the AMA's concluded, furious fans took online to blast the show as a 'flop.'
Many also complained that not all categories were shown during the broadcast.
'AMAs were a FLOP. No a-list celebs, no tay wins, and it felt soooooo conservative and weird this year..... never watching that s*** again lol.'
'I'm sorry what??? That was a hot mess.'
'What in the world did I just watch? They didn't even announce some of the biggest awards! Hot mess.'
'American music awards but like…. Where were the musicians? All I saw were influencers and twitch streamers?' one fan wrote.
'American Music Awards? More like FLOP.'
'That was the worst absolute worst,' someone else chimed in.
'So yall decided not to announce on live tv the category that most than likely received the most votes of the entire night and the category that gave yall the most ratings?? See this is why I don't watch award shows anymore!'
'WHERE IS THE REST OF THE CATEGORIES???'
'you didn't give out awards to 95% of the nominated categories.'
'guys that sucked why so many performances and no awards??'
'Ummmmm so do you know you're an awards show and meant to give out awards? We are confused.'
Janet Jackson received the Icon Award during the festivities, while Rod Stewart was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
A number of stars presented the big wins, including comedians Nikki Glaser and Tiffany Haddish, actor Wayne Brady, model Cara Delevingne, pop star Ciara, streamer Kai Cenat, and singers Megan Moroney and Shaboozey.
This year marks the first time the awards show was shown on CBS, after being aired on ABC since 1974.

Billy Joel says Christie Brinkley ‘was a muse' for his music
The HBO documentary Billy Joel: And So It Goes delves into the relationship between Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley, from their 1983 meeting to their 1994 divorce. Joel described Brinkley as his muse, stating she inspired many of his songs and made him feel like a teenager experiencing romance again. Brinkley initially found their romance 'just so much fun' but noted a turning point in 1989 with Joel's 'I Go to Extremes' single, which reflected his internal conflict as a family man and 'tortured artist'. A significant $90 million fraud lawsuit filed by Joel against his former manager in 1989 further strained their marriage, as it necessitated extensive touring that kept him away from his family. Despite their separation, the former couple maintain a close relationship, with Brinkley considering Joel a 'soulmate' and naming her memoir after his hit song 'Uptown Girl,' partly inspired by her.

Katie Holmes cozies up to ex Joshua Jackson as they push a baby stroller through NYC during shoot for new film
and her ex-boyfriend Joshua Jackson put on a loved-up display while filming their upcoming trilogy Happy Hours. Taking to the streets of New York City on Friday, the former Dawson's Creek co-stars beamed at each other as they reunited. Katie, 46, flashed her megawatt smile while Joshua, 47, lovingly wrapped an arm around her neck while pushing a stroller. Dressed in character, the brunette beauty — who dated Joshua early during the filming of Dawson's Creek between 1998 and 1999 — wore a pair of black slacks, floral patterned sleeveless white blouse, and black ballet flats. She tied a light blue denim shirt around her hips and toted a black purse over her shoulder. For his part, the Doctor Odyssey star sported a button-up chambray shirt and dark trousers. The duo, who starred as Joey Potter (Katie) and Pacey Witter (Joshua) on Dawson's Creek more than two decades ago, sent fans into a frenzy on Monday as they reunited in Manhattan to begin shooting. It came after Katie gushed about her friendship with Joshua in an Instagram post, writing: 'I am so very grateful to be working again with so many of my wonderful friends on this film HAPPY HOURS. And working with Josh after so many years is a testament to friendship.' The pair portrayed former lovers who cross paths years later and rekindle their romance in the popular American teen soap, which ended in 2003 after six seasons. They also struck up a romance off-camera, with Katie and Joshua dating during the early years of the show. Katie told Rolling Stone in 1998: 'I'm just going to say that I met somebody last year, I fell in love, I had my first love, and it was something so incredible and indescribable. 'I feel so fortunate because he's now one of my best friends. It's weird, it's almost like a Dawson-and-Joey type thing now.' 'He's been in the business so long, and he's really helped me. I respect him as a friend and as a professional.' After their split, Jackson later married actress Jodie Turner-Smith in 2019. They divorced in 2023. Meanwhile Holmes was married to Tom Cruise from 2006 to 2012. After the pair reunited this week, fans and celebrity friends alike took to Instagram to express their delight. Katie and Joshua lovingly held hands while the latter pushed a stroller One scene saw Katie tie up her hair with an added baseball cap while Joshua took a seat on a park bench Katie previously gushed about her friendship with Joshua in an Instagram post, writing: 'Working with Josh after so many years is a testament to friendship' Busy Philipps — who featured on Dawson's Creek as Pacey's girlfriend, Audrey Liddle — showed her excitement for the upcoming film, commenting: 'We are seated.' Other fans wrote: 'Joey and Pacey forever!' In addition to starring in the movie, Katie also wrote the screenplay and is serving as director. Mary-Louise Parker, Constance Wu, Joe Tippett, John McGinty, Donald Webber Jr., Nathan Darrow, Johnna Dias-Watson and Jack Martin will also appear in the project.
