Mumbai-based Repono, a specialist in warehousing and logistics for the oil and petrochemical sectors will open its Rs 26.68 crore IPO for public subscription on Monday.
The issue, entirely a fresh equity offer of 27.79 lakh shares, will close on Wednesday with a tentative listing scheduled on the BSE SME platform for August 4.

Price Band and GMP
The IPO is priced in a band of Rs 91 to Rs 96 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. Retail investors must apply for a minimum of two lots (2,400 shares), amounting to Rs 2.30 lakh at the upper band. For HNIs, the minimum application is three lots (3,600 shares) at Rs 3.45 lakh.
According to market sources, the grey market premium (GMP) for the
Repono IPO
stood at Rs 21, indicating a 22% listing premium over the upper band price.
Business Overview
Incorporated in 2017, Repono operates across consulting, EPC, transportation, and warehouse operations, catering primarily to clients in the oil & gas, petrochemical, ethanol, and lube oil segments. The company was recently named among the top 10 3PL logistics providers in India by Industry Outlook magazine.
Its core strength lies in delivering end-to-end solutions across the hydrocarbon value chain — from warehouse and terminal design to transport and project execution. The company had 381 employees on its rolls as of October 2024.
Financial Highlights
Repono posted FY25 revenue of Rs 51.59 crore, a 51% jump YoY, while PAT rose 23% to Rs 5.15 crore. The company boasts a healthy ROE of 44.22%, EBITDA margin of 15.91%, and a low debt/equity ratio of 0.43.
At the upper price band, the IPO is valued at a P/E of 19.16x (post-issue EPS), and a Price-to-Book of 5.06x, signaling a moderate-to-premium valuation given its sectoral niche.
Use of ProceedsRepono will deploy IPO proceeds towards equipment purchases, setting up a warehouse racking system, developing warehouse software, and working capital needs.
Wealth Mine Networks is the lead manager, while Cameo Corporate Services is the registrar and JSK Securities is the market maker.

Remove Ads India's largest airline IndiGo reported a sharp 20% fall in profit as air travel was impacted due to a conflict between India and Pakistan followed by weak travel sentiment after the crash of an Air India aircraft in airline, which has 60% share of India's domestic market, posted a profit of Rs 2,176.3 crore for the April–June period, down 20% from Rs 2,728.8 crore a year ago despite revenue being up by 4.73% at Rs 20,496.30 briefly restricting flights from 32 airports in airports on the north and western border in May amid border skirmishes with Pakistan following a terrorist attack in April.'The June quarter was shaped by significant external challenges that created headwinds for the entire aviation sector. Despite these industry wide disruptions, we reported a net profit margin of around 11% for the quarter ended June 2025,' Pieter Elbers, CEO of indigo a metric for profitability for airlines also dropped by 5% as the airline had to reduce fares to fill aircraft which dropped by a little over 2%.The airline though gave optimistic note and outlined plans for expansion. Elbers said the airline has begun long-haul services to Europe, launching flights to Amsterdam and Manchester in early July. Given strong demand, IndiGo will double its frequency to Amsterdam and add a fourth weekly flight to Manchester. A reciprocal codeshare with KLM will also expand the airline's reach across Europe.'We remain firm on our full year capacity guidance of early double digit capacity addition. While we have taken a number of proactive steps as part of our plan to align capacity with the demand, we are using the downtime to conduct structural inspections on some aircrafts and implementing fleet upgrades, ensuring the fleet is fully prepared for the seasonally strong third quarter,' Chief Financial Officer Gaurav Negi said in a post-results call with debuting on the Delhi–Mumbai route late last year, IndiGo's business class product (called Stretch) has now been extended to flights to Bangkok and will soon launch on routes to Singapore and Dubai. Elbers said the market response has been encouraging, with load factors improving the domestic front, IndiGo recently began operations from Hindon airport in Delhi and is looking to expand its network further.

Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025 reported 8% fall in consolidated net profit at 1,369 crore. The company's revenue during the quarter also dropped 5.36% to Rs.16,413 crore from Rs.17,344 crore a year ago. The company witnessed accelerated exports growth and volumes increased 13% on YoY basis, while domestic growth remained subdued, amid macro challenges, the company said in a filing. Unsoo Kim, Managing Director, HMIL said, 'We continued our stated strategy of 'Quality of Growth' in the first quarter of FY26 with balance between domestic & exports, market share and profitability.' 'This strategy helped us to sustain strong EBITDA margin of 13.3% during the quarter, despite tough macro-economic environment,' he said. 'Moving forward, we anticipate gradual recovery in domestic demand sentiments, driven by onset of monsoon & festive season coupled with government policy measures, while on the exports front, we are confident to maintain a positive momentum, in line with our growth commitments,' he added.

Advt By , ETInfra Goa-based shipbuilder Chowgule and Company Pvt Ltd has begun construction on India's first indigenously built Air Cushion Vehicle (ACV) with a girder laying ceremony at its Rassaim Yard, marking a significant milestone for Indian shipbuilding and coastal is the first in a series of six Air Cushion Vehicles ordered by the Ministry of Defence for the Indian Coast Guard valued at ₹387.44 crore, the first hovercrafts ever to be built in India. The project reflects a significant stride towards strengthening India's coastal security infrastructure and self-reliant defence manufacturing ecosystem, Chowgule and Company girder laying ceremony for the vessel was held in the presence of Inspector General Sudhir Sahni, TM, Dy Director General (Material & Maintenance), Indian Coast Guard, along with other senior Chowgule, Executive Director, Chowgule and Company and senior officials from the Chowgule Group were also present to commemorate the hovercrafts are designed by Griffon Hoverwork (UK) and are being constructed entirely with Indian expertise, showcasing the growing capabilities of domestic industry in high-technology defence platforms.'This marks not just the start of construction, but the beginning of a new era in indigenous hovercraft manufacturing. These vessels will redefine rapid maritime response and coastal surveillance capabilities,' said Arjun Chowgule, Executive Director, Chowgule and construction is being undertaken at a fully equipped aluminium facility, reinforcing Chowgule's commitment to technological advancement and precision initiative is fully aligned with the government's Aatmanirbhar Bharat and Make in India initiatives, underscoring India's growing leadership in defence production and maritime innovation.'The demand for hovercraft in India is growing, and if they are made locally, the cost will be less and operational availability will be more besides promoting Make in India,' said a shipbuilding industry official.
