Kajol has been basking in the glory of her latest released movie, Maa. Directed by Vishal Furia, the horror film stars the actress in the role of a mother who transforms into the goddess Kali to battle a demon's curse to protect her daughter. As Maa has been garnering mixed to positive responses from the viewers, the veteran star dropped a series of pictures from her latest photo session.
On Instagram, Kajol posted a series of glam-up moments from her recent photoshoot to mark the success of her movie Maa. For the photo op, her fashion stylist, Radhika Mehra picked a peach-hued organza saree adorned with golden frills and a shimmery border. She teamed it with a golden sleeveless blouse with a deep plunging neckline to serve pure fashion goals.

Sharing the photographs, the actress expressed her gratitude for the overwhelming response to her movie Maa. 'Thank you so much, guys. Loving all the love… waiting for you at the cinemas again!" read her note. She also hashtagged the post with words like 'In Cinemas Now", 'Maa", and 'Take your mom with you".
Soon, her fans began reacting to the post, flooding the comment section with praises for the diva. Bhumi Pednekar wrote, 'Stunning!" On the other hand, Mrunal Thakur mentioned, 'Ethereal beauty," followed by a series of red heart emojis.
One of her fans wrote, 'You look sensational! Love love love!" Another penned, 'Forever special." Someone said, 'Today I went for Maa with my ma..one thing I can say @kajol you were outstanding ..lots of love." 'My beautiful queen…" read a comment.
Credited as the second film in Ajay Devgan's Shaitaan universe, Maa is written by Ajit Jagtap, Aamil Keeyan Khan and Chaitanya Mohan. Besides Kajol, the film also stars Yaaneea Bharadwaj, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, and Roopkatha Chakraborty, among others, in key roles. After hitting the theatres on June 27, the horror-mythological drama has already earned over Rs 23 crore at the domestic box office, reported Sacnilk.
Looking ahead, Kajol will next be seen in Sarzameen, directed by Kayoze Irani. Produced by Karan Johar, she will star alongside Prithviraj Sukumaran and Ibrahim Ali Khan in the mystery thriller. Additionally, the actress will appear in the action film Maharagni: Queen of Queens, directed by Charan Tej Uppalapati in his directorial debut.

The duo, in the video shared by Modi himself, is seen singing and grooving to the song at a lavish party hosted by the ex-IPL commissioner who has been declared a fugitive by India. Lalit Modi said that his party included 310 people, including friends and family who travelled to London to join him. 'I did it #myway - a few memories from my annual summer party past Sunday at my house in london. Had an amazing night with 310 friends and family a lot who travelled specially for this event thank you to one and all who attended this evening and made it one of the most special night for me,' Modi wrote in the caption of the video. Gayle played for the IPL team Royal Challengers Bengaluru, which was once owned by Vijay Mallya. The video quickly went viral on social media, sparking a buzz given the legal controversies associated with both Vijay Mallya and Lalit Modi. Modi, too, acknowledged the controversial nature of the video, saying that's what he does 'the best'. 'Hope this video does not break the internet. Controversial for sure. But that what I do best. Have a beautiful summer to u all [sic].' Lalit Modi has been living in a self-imposed exile after he was suspended by the BCCI. He has been accused of crimes including bid-rigging, money laundering, and violating the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA). On the other hand, Vijay Mallya is wanted in India for non-payment of loans worth ₹ 9,000 crore and has been charged with fraud and money laundering.

Jurassic World Rebirth is making waves online as sci-fi action adventure film hit the silver screen in India on July 4. Gareth Edwards directorial movie first released in theatres across US and overseas on July 2, on the occasion of 250th US Independence Day. A standalone sequel to Jurassic World Dominion (2022), the movie was made on a budget of ₹ 1,550 crore ($180 million). Eying over $250 million global opening over the five-day weekend, this Hollywood movie is the fourth Jurassic World film and the seventh instalment overall in the Jurassic Park franchise. As per Deadline prediction, the film might earn around $120 and $130 million in the US during its first five days. Mixed reactions poured online on Jurassic World Rebirth review, a user remarked, 'When I watched Rebirth today a kid behind me (that was silent and well behaved the entire time) screamed 'Spinosaurus!' Because he was so excited to see them on the big screen.' Another user commented, 'One thing I do like a lot is that (for the most part) the dinos/creatures actually act more like animals. In the US, it dead a business of $30.5 million on Wednesday, taking the Day 1 global to $56.5 million. Mumbai : Actor Aparshakti Khurana on Thursday announced his first Tamil film. Excited to explore the industry down south with the film 'ROOT - Running Out of Time', Aparshakti took to Instagram and wrote, "Super Thrilled to announce my first Tamil Film! A Sci-Fi thriller called 'ROOT' with the extremely passionate." The film is touted to be a sci-fi crime thriller. In 'ROOT - Running Out of Time', Aparshakti Khurana will be seen sharing the screen with Gautham Karthik, an actor renowned for his choice of unique, performance-driven roles in films like Devarattam and Vai Raja Vai. The film is being shot in Chennai. He also shared several pictures from the film's launch in Tamil Nadu. "I am absolutely thrilled to be making my debut in Tamil cinema with 'ROOT - Running Out of Time'. It's a challenging and unique script, and I'm excited to explore this new territory. The opportunity to work with such a talented team and to connect with a new audience is something I'm truly looking forward to," Aparshakti said in a press note. His Instagram post is filled with best wishes. Reacting to the post, Aparshakti's brother and actor Ayushmann Khurrana dropped a red heart emoji. His wife Aakriti Ahuja dropped fire emojis in the comment section. The film is the latest project from Verus Productions and is directed by Sooriyaprathap S. Sooriyaprathap is recognized for his creative vision, having previously garnered acclaim for Naalaiya Iyakkunar - Season 1 and for his contribution as an Associate Director on the Superstar Rajinikanth-starrer Kochadaiiyaan.
