WATCH: Drones, multi-agency response help arrest suspect who fled on foot after pursuit through Wisconsin farm field
The Pleasant Prairie Police Department (PPPD) posted a video of the pursuit and arrest on its Facebook, saying that on February 28 officers were notified of a vehicle that had previously fled from both the Kenosha Police Department and PPPD.
The video shows the suspect vehicle cutting through a farm field during the pursuit. An officer can then be seen approaching the stopped vehicle, finding out it had been abandoned.
Four drivers arrested for OWI in one Wisconsin city over St. Patrick's Day weekend
Drones were then used to find the suspect in a nearby wooded area. Authorities and a K9 then tracked the suspect through the woods.
The video appears to show the suspect giving themselves up as law enforcement approached, leading to an arrest. Afterward, authorities searched the vehicle and found a firearm.

MONONA, Wis. (WFRV) – A 37-year-old Wisconsin man was arrested for a third Operating While Intoxicated offense on Friday morning after an officer clocked him at nearly 100 miles per hour. The Monona Police Department reported that an officer witnessed a vehicle speeding along U.S. 12 shortly before 1 a.m., clocking the driver at 99 miles per hour. Medina reportedly indicated that he would fight to prevent a blood draw, prompting additional officers to be requested as possible backup. Tesla passes several vehicles on Door County highway before crash, killing 1 and injuring 4
DOOR COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 71-year-old passenger of a Tesla truck was pronounced dead at the scene of a crash Friday night on State Highway 42 in Door County that also left four people hospitalized. Deputies with the Door County Sheriff's Office say they were notified of a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 42 around 9:55 p.m. on July 25. According to the Pleasant Prairie Police Department, officers tried to stop the vehicle for a sign violation on June 28, but the driver fled, leading officers on a 100+ mph pursuit that continued into Illinois.
