Made In Chelsea Thailand: When Does Series 30 Start And Why Are Some Fan Favourites Missing?
From our social media sleuthing, we can see that a few cast favourites were missing from the trip, and a few exes were looking quite cosy too. Here's what we know so far about series 30 of the hit E4 reality show, from potential start date to storylines and new cast members...
We don't know exactly when series 30 of Made in Chelsea will air, but following past scheduling patterns, it is likely to arrive at the beginning of September. Each series starts with a group holiday to a luxurious location, with past series seeing the cast fly to Mauritius, the Maldives, Australia, Ibiza and Bali, to name a few, and this summer they are all in Thailand.
They will then return to Chelsea for their usual antics and lavish social lives.
Fans can expect to see E4 mainstays like Tristan Phipps, Jules Pollard, David 'Temps' Temple, Jazz Saunders, Freddie Knatchbull and Yasmine Zweegers. It will also see the return of Freddie's ex, Beks Collins, as well as last season newbie Arman PK.
It looks like Sam Prince did not join the cast in Thailand, but he seems to have been filming with Reza Amiri-Garroussi back in London. Ruby Adler was also noticeably absent, instead posting photos of her trip to Greece on Instagram. Likewise newlyweds Sam Vanderpump and Alice Yaxley were nowhere to be seen on the holiday, but it's likely they will still be part of the show from home.
Of course, it wouldn't be a new season of Made in Chelsea without a few new faces. Most notably, former Love Island star Chuggs has made a bold return to the show, after briefly dipping in and out a few times over the years. He's been hanging out in Thailand with Jules and Tristan, so we are likely to see him join the fold for the rest of series 30 too.
Joining Yasmine and Beks' squad is 24-year-old Molly Paradice, who runs her own jewellery line and has joined the cast of the E4 show. They are also good friends with Olly Claxton Newman, who is also new to the show and joining the cast on their Thai getaway.
As for plot predictions, by the looks of Yasmine's rekindled friendships with Temps, and Jules and Tristan, it looks as though her will-they-won't-they with Sam Prince might be over.
Best friends Jazz and Jules are still very much joined at the hip, and Jazz has been sure to shout out her girlfriend Demi Simms from the beach in Thailand, honouring her with a post to celebrate London Pride by wearing a t-shirt that says 'I love my hot girlfriend'.
It's unclear whether there is anything romantic going on between Beks and Freddie again, but at least Tristan and Jules are still going strong too.

The 60-year-old had stepped away from hosting the BBC cooking competition last year after a number of historical complaints came to light. There have been fresh claims about the TV presenter from 50 more people to the corporation including allegations he groped one MasterChef worker and pulled his trousers down in front of another, BBC News said. A university student has claimed he reached under her skirt and pinched her bottom in a nightclub, and a junior worker alleged he dropped his trousers in front of her while he was not wearing any underwear. Gregg Wallace co-presented MasterChef until last year (Ian West/PA) Production firm Banijay previously said Wallace is 'committed to fully co-operating' with the external review while his lawyers have previously strongly denied 'he engages in behaviour of a sexually harassing nature', according to BBC News. Some of the more recent claims include a MasterChef worker who said she tried to complain about comments she alleged he made about her body in 2022, and a former policeman who said he tried to raise concerns after he allegedly witnessed Wallace making inappropriate sexual comments at a charity event in 2023. BBC News reported the majority of the 50 people had said he made inappropriate sexual comments, with 11 women accusing him of inappropriate sexual behaviour, such as groping and touching. BBC News also said it has not seen the final Banijay report but it is understood the presenter has been sacked. Earlier on Tuesday, the former greengrocer claimed he had been cleared of the 'most serious and sensational accusations' against him ahead of the report examining his alleged misconduct. In a statement posted on his Instagram account, he said: 'I will not go quietly. I will not be cancelled for convenience. I was tried by media and hung out to dry well before the facts were established. 'The full story of this incredible injustice must be told and it is very much a matter of public interest.' He also said he recognises that some of his humour and language was inappropriate 'at times' and apologised for this. Wallace started out as a greengrocer before he shot to fame fronting BBC shows including Inside The Factory, Supermarket Secrets, as well as MasterChef, Celebrity MasterChef and MasterChef: The Professionals. The most recent series of MasterChef: The Professionals continued to air last year amid allegations against Wallace, but two MasterChef celebrity Christmas specials were pulled from the BBC's schedule in December 2024. At the time, Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy said she would look to impose new standards in the creative industry amid the allegations. A BBC spokesperson said: 'Banijay UK instructed the law firm Lewis Silkin to run an investigation into allegations against Gregg Wallace. 'We are not going to comment until the investigation is complete and the findings are published.' Banijay UK declined to comment on Wallace's comments.

The bombshell claims emerged after a nine-month sexual misconduct investigation into the star, who denies any wrongdoing. And the claims come after Wallace, 60, stepped down as MasterChef presenter last November. He exited the show after 13 people accused him of making inappropriate sexual comments. Most allegations were said to centre on inappropriate sexual comments, though 11 women are said to have accused him of inappropriate sexual behaviour. During a dinner ahead of filming in 2002, 'Sophie' claimed Wallace put his hand under the table and onto her groin, saying: 'Do you like that?' Another woman is a university student who says she met Wallace in a nightclub with friends in 2013. She claims that - after she asked to take a photo with him - he reached under her skirt and grabbed and groped her bottom. The BBC reported that another woman alleged that Wallace put his hand up her dress at an industry ball in 2014 and groped her. And a junior worker claims that - in 2012 - Wallace dropped his trousers in front of her. A former male cop has also said he tried to raise concerns about Wallace's sexually inappropriate language to the BBC in 2023 but was stonewalled. And other recent claims include a 19-year-old MasterChef worker who says she tried to complain about Wallace's comments about her body in 2022. The BBC said many of the women were young freelancers who felt unable to complain about Wallace's behaviour at the time amid fears it would hamper their careers. But one - 'Alice' - said she voiced concerns to bosses but claims they were dismissed. She worked on MasterChef between 2011 and 2013 when she was in her 20s. At the time, the show was produced by Shine, a company now owned by Banijay. She alleged that Wallace once asked her into his dressing room, saying he needed help getting into a black-tie outfit. She claimed he pushed her down onto a sofa, pulled his trousers down and told her he wasn't wearing any underwear, the BBC said. She reported what had happened, she says, but was told by a senior production member: 'You're over 16, you're not being 'Jimmy Saviled'.' The Beeb reported her as saying: 'Is he saying it was OK to behave that way with younger women, like I was at the time?' Another MasterChef worker, Sophie, claims she was groped by the presenter at a wrap party at the end of the 2013 series. She described the incident - which she claims happened as she was talking to Wallace and then co-host John Torode - he was about as 'a full-handed squeeze'. She added: 'I turned around and it was Gregg.' There is no suggestion Mr Torode was aware of the incident. Again, the woman feared complaints would be ignored. She says she was shocked and made it clear she was not interested, telling him: 'That's not part of my job.' Esther claims he then says he climbed into her bed and fell asleep - prompting her to sleep at the edge of the bed, with her clothes on. She claims that - when he woke up - Wallace put his hand on her bottom and commented that she had a 'nice arse'. She ordered him to leave, and he did, it was reported. Esther did not complain at the time, but has contributed to the Banijay inquiry. Yesterday, Wallace said: 'I will not go quietly. I will not be cancelled for convenience. He also accused the BBC of 'peddling baseless and sensationalised gossip masquerading as properly corroborated stories'. On Instagram, he said: 'I recognise that some of my humour and language, at times, was inappropriate. For that, I apologise without reservation. But I was never the caricature now being sold for clicks.' The BBC News report also said some people had got in touch to insiated Walace's behaviour amounted to 'jokes' and 'banter'. But a cameraman, who worked on the BBC show Eat Well For Less in 2016, said he heard Wallace make inappropriate comments in front of the production team. This is alleged to have included asking a gay female director about her 'lesbian clothing'. He said: 'It's not banter, it's not how you should behave in a professional workplace,' the BBC reportded. A recent report into the BBC found that a small number of its stars and managers 'behave unacceptably' at work, and that bosses often fail to tackle them. In response, the broadcaster said it would introduce reforms, and its chairman Samir Shah said he would draw 'a line in the sand'. Banijay has said that it will not comment on the accusations until the report is published.
