Bakhtyar Irani Backs Sajid Khan, Slams Navina Bole: 'Stop Making Easy Targets'

Actor Bakhtyar Irani has slammed Navina Bole for her recent allegations against filmmaker Sajid Khan. In a recent interview, the Ishqbaaz actress accused Sajid Khan of asking her to remove her clothes in the name of an audition in 2006. After a video of Navina's interview went viral on social media, Bakhtyar reacted to it and questioned the actress. He asked her for being silent for years and bashed her, saying she should 'stop making easy targets".
'Sorry but why did you go home for a meeting? Meetings normally happen at offices or public places. Women of 1980s or women of 2025 then and now both always knew the basics…I am sorry but stop making easy targets now…when did this happen? Why didn't you come out then? With all due respect to all women, it is high time we stop giving interviews after 30 days of the incident…that much time is enough to get brains and courage," Bakhtyar wrote in the comments section of the video.
Navina also reacted to it and hit back at Bakhtyar. She asked him to listen to the full interview before making any statements. 'Firstly, it is saddening that you would question the authenticity of what I have said, considering we have been colleagues. The interview starts with me saying I went assuming it was his office, which turned out to be his residence. It happened in 2006. Watch the entire podcast to know the details. For the unversed, earlier this month, Navina Bole claimed that director Sajid Khan asked her to 'take off her clothes" during a meeting at his home. The Ishqbaaz actress described Sajid as a 'terrible man" and recalled how he, along with others in the industry, disrespected women.
'He said, 'why, you wore a bikini on stage, so what is the problem, it's all 'Tits and ass' in his language. You can just calm and sit here comfortably and just sit here, be yourself.' I did not know what to say, I said, 'Listen I really need to go home and get into a bikini if that is what you really want to see but I cannot be sitting here and strip right now.' Somehow I managed to get out of that place and he must have called me at least 50 times, asking me, why am I not coming, where have I reached," she told Filmygyan.
