Multiple people sought over missing 22-year-old woman last seen near suspension bridge
CCTV images revealed that Gwenno walked alone in the direction of the Menai Bridge late on that Monday evening, between the hours of 10.20pm and 11.10pm. Personal items, believed to belong to Gwenno, were subsequently found on the Menai Suspension Bridge on Tuesday morning.
A major sea search has been carried out in the area, with an HM Coastguard search and rescue helicopter, multiple rescue teams and RNLI lifeboats deployed in the search, but Gwenno has not been located. In an appeal for information issued on Thursday, July 31, North Wales Police confirmed Gwenno was wearing grey jogging bottoms, a grey hoodie, and black trainers on the night she went missing.
The appeal stated: "Our enquiries to date lead us to believe that Gwenno may have entered the waters of the Menai Strait."
Police released further CCTV images on Tuesday (August 4) and confirmed they now wanted talk to a female pedestrian crossing the bridge at a similar time to Gwenno to see if they could assist with the investigation.
They also want to speak to a cyclist and the drivers and any passengers in three vehicles who were also travelling across the bridge around the time they believe Gwenno may have reached the crossing over the Menai Strait.
The vehicles are a Silver Audi TT, a black Skoda Octavia, and a grey BMW 116.
Chief Inspector Stephen Pawson said: "Extensive searches remain underway in the Menai Strait area, and we continue to provide support to Gwenno's family during this extremely difficult time.
'Having analysed CCTV footage, we are confident that Gwenno reached the Menai Suspension Bridge shortly before 11:10pm.
"This footage also captures a female pedestrian crossing on the opposite side of the bridge at that time. We're appealing for this individual to come forward and assist with the investigation.
'We're also keen to speak with a cyclist and the drivers of three cars who were all seen travelling across the bridge at around the same time.
'These vehicles included a Silver Audi TT, a black Skoda Octavia, and a grey BMW 116.
"We are grateful to all who have responded to our prior requests for information, and to those who have assisted in our investigation to date."

Suspected gang arrested in Manchester after horror drive-by shooting at garage leaves three men injured
Four suspects were arrested in Manchester after a horror drive-by shooting at a garage left three men injured, police have confirmed. Detectives are continuing to investigate the firearms discharge at the S Autos Garage on Bulay Road in Huddersfield on July 22. Three men were rushed to hospital following the incident at around 3pm where they remain to receive treatment. A 30-year-old man received a foot injury, a 36-year-old was injured in a knee and a 20-year-old man, meanwhile, was injured in his arm and stomach after they were 'struck by projectiles'. Their injuries are non-life-threatening. Investigations suggested a Nissan Juke, with false registration plates, was driven by the garage as the shots were fired. The car had turned left from Nelson Street onto Bulay Road just before the shooting, and then made off, turning right onto Springdale Road and then onto Manchester Road, police said. The vehicle was later located and seized outside the West Yorkshire area having been abandoned. The 19 and 18-year-old were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder while the other two males were arrested on suspicion of firearms offences. Previously, Detective Chief inspector James Entwistle who is leading the enquiry, said: 'I want to thank residents who have contacted us with information so far. "We have had a strong response from communities who we know absolutely don't want to see exceptionally serious offending near their homes.
