Zahida Allen has welcomed her first child.
The former Geordie Shore star, 31, who appeared on the third and fourth seasons of the show, shared the happy news to Instagram on Friday.
Uploading a series of adorable snaps, she revealed: 'ZYRA 06.05.2025 7lbs.
'Welcome to the world my baby girl, you are my everything. You have gave my life a new meaning of purpose, love and strength.
'You have made me feel love that I've never experienced and now we are on a beautiful journey together.

'I so enjoyed the first month with you in our new born baby bubble, keeping everything private and adjusting to our new life, you are the most special thing in my life.
'We faced so many challenges and obstacles, but together we overcame everything that was thrown our way and we beat the odds, now we are life partners my mini Z.
'I promise to care for you, guide you, protect you and give you eternal love. I love you my Zyra.'
Just last month the TV personality announced she was pregnant with her first child in a surprise Instagram post.
At the time she said she was just days away from giving birth to a baby girl after keeping her pregnancy a secret.
Cradling her baby bump, she wrote: 'A special announcement.. Mini Z coming very soon - May 2025'.
Zahida looked stunning in a gallery of pink-themed snaps as she showed off her bump while holding up the baby scan but did not reveal who the babies father is.
In a lengthy statement, she continued: 'For a while, I didn't know how to put this into words, but I am choosing to finally share this news publicly with you, as I finally feel it's the right time.
'I found out about my pregnancy very late, I never thought I would be one of them people who didn't have any symptoms and my body didn't change either for a long time, so I had no clue.
'I had other health issues with my stomach and kidneys and upon getting countless appointments and investigation, there was little baby Z loving her little life in the womb.'
She continued: 'This news completely changed my life, but for the better.
'I chose to keep this news private and only share with family and best friends, until I felt ready. I hope everyone understands and respects why I made this decision.
'We have had some beautiful memories together with the bump, I'm deeply thankful to these important people in my life who have let me feel nothing but love and take many stresses and worries away. I feel lucky to have such amazing and pure love and support around me.
'I will never forget this period of time in my life and those who supported me, I am eternally grateful.'
Zahida also emotionally opened up about the loss of her father and said she has been 'grieving him all over again' and she feels 'heavily connected' to him again.
She shared: 'I imagined my dad would be here to meet his grandchild, so I grieved him all over again because it was my dad's dream to become a grandad.
'Some of his final words to me were "I am leaving all my prayers and blessings to you and your baby girl".
'I feel this was the baby my dad was speaking about, and I feel him and her are heavily connected through ways I can't even explain.'
Zahida then revealed that all of the cravings she has had during her pregnancy have been what she fed her dad at the end of his life.
She continued: 'The cravings I have had were all the things I was feeding my dad at the end of his life and how beautiful now I get to have those things for the beginning of new life - my baby.
'But this is not a sad post, it's a happy one. I am a hugely family orientated person, no matter how far in the world I've gone, my core is my family.
'So my baby is the biggest blessing of my life, I have felt so lucky to be carrying her all this time, feeling her grow and feeling her little kicks become big ones.
'Despite how uncomfortable it feels when she digs her foot between my ribs, this journey has been fascinating and magical and have loved being pregnant and snuggling my belly at night knowing my baby is in there.'
Zahida went on to say the baby is 'the biggest blessing' of her life and she can't wait to start her next chapter.
She concluded: 'For me, my life isn't ending, it's just beginning again and I am so excited to welcome my little miracle into the world and begin this next chapter of my life, becoming a mama.
'To all parents and those who are doing it alone, or are going to be doing it alone, you are so strong and I have SO MUCH respect and admiration for you. You should be incredibly proud of yourself.
Zahida added a touching message to her 'little mini me', gushing over how 'lucky' she feels to carry her and to be her mum.
She said: 'And to my little mini me, I feel so lucky to carry you ever day, feeling your movements and connecting with you. Words cannot explain how much happiness you've brought into my life and you aren't even here yet.
'I love you unconditionally and I cannot wait to finally meet you. All my love Zahida'.
Alongside the announcement, Zahida showed off her baby bump in a white bralette and pink striped pyjamas.
She posed holding up her ultrasound while surrounded by pink baby clothing and teddies.
In another snap the TV personality posed in a pink-figure hugging dress while snapping a mirror selfie and cradling her blossoming bump.
Fellow Geordie Shore alum and her famous pals rushed to the comments to congratulate the stunner on her happy news.
Marnie Simpson penned: 'Congratulations beauty.'
Love Island star Georgia Harrison, who also recently revealed her pregnancy joy, wrote: 'Omg congratulations baby girl xxxx.'
Nathan Henry wrote: 'Awwww congratulations lovely I'm so excited for you and this journey'.
Charlotte Dawson said: 'So excited gorgeous girl congrats'.
Zahida appeared on the third and fourth series of Geordie Shore OGs as a guest cast member. She later reunited with her cast mates on Geordie Shore: The Reunion Series.
In 2017, the stunner starred in the sixth series of Ex On The Beach with now ex-boyfriend Sean Pratt.

Channel 4 insist they are 'proud' to show Bonnie Blue documentary

Bonnie Blue at the launch of her Channel 4 documentary (Image: Edward Ed Gleave) Channel 4 has defended the decision to make a documentary about online porn star Bonnie Blue - insisting it is 'proud' of the film and that is wants to 'stimulate debate". Viewers tuning in to watch 1000 Men and Me: The Bonnie Blue Story this week will receive an on air warning about the content before the documentary airs at 10pm. It features multiple scenes of graphic sex not normally seen on TV. Tia Billinger uses the stage name Bonnie Blue and invites men to have sex with her which she films and makes money from online. She is also known for angering and abusing other women online, including by suggesting she likes to sleep with married men. In January she caused social media outrage by announcing she'd slept with 1,057 men in 12 hours. Channel 4 insist they are 'proud' to show Bonnie Blue documentary (Image: Instagram/bonnie_blue_xo) The Channel 4 documentary's crew and director rarely question her about the abuse she gives to other women and her financial claims of earning millions each month also go unquestioned or unproven on screen. She also uses other younger girls to make one film and they say they are not being paid, despite the fact Tia would make thousands from the film. Aside from Tia expressing some fears about walking in public alone, the tone is largely celebratory. Asked about their decision to broadcast the documentary, Channel 4 told the Mirror: 'Tia Billinger, via her stage name Bonnie Blue, has gained worldwide attention and millions of pounds in the last year. 1000 Men and Me: The Bonnie Blue Story is an observational documentary in which director Victoria Silver follows Tia over the course of six months. The film questions Tia's methods and the divisive style of her social media and hears from colleagues and collaborators in order to understand her polarising business model. "Part of Channel 4's remit is to reflect modern Britain and stimulate debate amongst viewers, and a film such as this, exploring changing attitudes to sex, success, porn, and feminism in an ever-evolving online world is an important addition to those conversations. 'Channel 4 has a track record of programmes that examine the porn industry from a variety of perspectives. In the last two years we have broadcast programmes such as Sex Actually with Alice Levine that looked at a range of sexual experiences, while OnlyFans Got Me Fired: Untold and Confessions of a Cam Girl showed the personal cost of porn for content creators.' They also insisted the sections of the documentary showing Bonnie having sex multiple times across the documentary was necessary. They added: 'Careful consideration has been given to the content and the way in which it is included. The explicit content in the documentary is editorially justified and provides essential context; making pornographic content is Bonnie's job, and this film is about her work and the response to it. Crucially, the content is presented in a non-gratuitous manner and viewers will be alerted of the sexual content in a programme warning at the start to ensure they understand from the outset the nature of the programme.' Journalists were shown the film at a screening at Channel 4 last week attended by Tia, where even she expressed surprise at how many sex scenes 'were in there'. Introducing the film, Commissioning Editor Tim Hancock said before the screening: 'I believe it is Channel 4's job to tell stories like this, trying to get behind the truth of the headlines. We film real stories in real time. We are very proud to do films like this.' Asked why there was so much porn in the documentary and if she was braced for complaints, director Victoria Silver said: 'I had to explain to her(Tia) if I was making a film about a musician or some kind of other performer their work would be in there. I think it is important to see what she does.' * 1000 Men and Me: The Bonnie Blue Story is on Channel 4 on Tuesday night at 10pm.

Kerry Katona says she's 'failing' as a single mum - 'I've never done enough'

Kerry Katona has admitted she feels like she's constantly 'failing' as a single mum of five (Image: kerrykatona7/Instagram) Kerry Katona has opened up about her struggles as a mum, admitting that she constantly feels as though she's 'failing' to raise her brood. The former singer is a mum to Molly, 23, and Lilly-Sue, 22, who she shares with first husband Brian McFadden, Heidi, 18, and Max, 17, whose father is her ex Mark Croft and youngest daughter, DJ, ten, who she welcomed with late spouse George Kay. Writing in her weekly New! Magazine column, Kerry sent her support to Fearne Cotton, who recently opened up about feeling 'overwhelmed' as a single mum since splitting from her husband Jesse Wood. Comparing her own experience with parenthood, Kerry wrote: "I saw Fearne Cotton open up recently about how she feels 'overwhelmed' as a single mum at times. "Truth is, us mums all feel like that sometimes. Being a single mum is the hardest thing I've done in my life, and you can feel like you're failing every day." Kerry, who is a mum to four daughters and one son, says it's the 'hardest job she's ever done' (Image: INSTAGRAM) Kerry continued: "You never feel like you've done enough, especially with multiple children who have different needs. But, if your kids have a roof over their heads and food to eat, they're absolutely fine. We need to go easier on ourselves. Fearne is doing a fantastic job and needs to remember that." The comments come after Fearne admitted she felt she was "dropping a lot of balls" as a single mum while recently appearing on Women's Health magazine's new podcast, Just As Well. "I had nothing the kids liked for breakfast on Monday, nothing. I had cereal, but no milk. I had butter, but no bread. I tried to make pancakes, I had no maple syrup. It is like an absolute s**t show," Fearne began. She continued, "So I'm just dropping lots of balls constantly and never feeling like I'm doing anything particularly well. But enjoying most of it. I would say enjoying most of it." Fearne added that parenthood also has her "crying in her car" at times. Fearne Cotton split from her husband Jesse Wood in December (Image:) Fearne split from her husband of ten years in December, sharing the news in a statement to X which read: "It is with a heavy heart that | let you all know that Jesse and I are ending our marriage. Our priority has been, and will always be, our children. We please ask that you respect the privacy of our family at this time". During their time together, the couple - who married in 2014 - welcomed two children - Rex and Honey - and said their priority will always remain on the pair, as well as Jesse's two older kids, Arthur and Lola. The stars of the much-loved Wittering Whitehalls podcast on how a hearing check has changed their relationship

Michael and Hilary Whitehall have been married for 39 years and – as anyone who has listened to their podcast, The Wittering Whitehalls, knows – they love to disagree. As the parents of stand-up comedian Jack Whitehall, the former talent agent (Michael) and actor (Hilary) have found new later-in-life careers as podcasters, loved both for their amusing insights and for their gentle bickering. Which is probably why they didn't notice at first that Michael's hearing was causing some frustrations. 'I genuinely do think that our arguing has got worse in recent years,' admits Hilary. 'And yes, I would argue that some of it is perhaps to do with hearing loss, because it's quite a tricky subject to navigate.' Mishaps and misunderstandings It wasn't until Michael, 85, went to Specsavers for a hearing check that he was told that he had good hearing for his age but was struggling with consonant sounds. 'We have misunderstandings on an hourly basis,' laughs Hilary. 'Just now I said: 'I'm going to brush my hair' and Michael said: 'Do you have time to wash your hair?'. 'We live in a house which has got six flights of stairs, so there is a lot of shouting up and down the stairs. 'And then there's lots of me losing my temper and stomping up the stairs... because he hasn't caught what I said!' Michael complained actors were mumbling through every film... then he realised maybe it wasn't the standard of modern acting that was the problem. It was the same at the theatre. 'I'd say: 'The trouble with that actor is they don't train them any more, he just mumbles and mumbles'. 'But I'm not going to say that any more of course!' Finding what's needed Those small issues with hearing caused their fair share of amusing anecdotes, as well as a few everyday irritations. 'What really annoys Michael about me is that I come into a room and immediately turn the sound on the television down,' says Hilary. 'And then he comes in and immediately turns it up, so we're constantly battling with each other over the remote control. 'And of course there is an element (we've been married almost 40 years) of 'Is it selective hearing?',' laughs Hilary. 'Is my voice just a noise or is he actually not hearing me?' How a hearing check helped Neither could believe how easy the hearing check was, and they were immediately put at ease by the hearing expert. 'She was so reassuring, the whole thing was painless,' says Hilary. 'The hearing expert at Specsavers said, actually your [Michael's] hearing is pretty good for your age, a little bit of upper range hearing loss, but what you're missing is the consonants. 'You're hearing an approximation of what is being said and it's very interesting to have that pointed out to you by an expert, because that made me more understanding.' For Michael, the solution was as straightforward as the hearing check. He got two hearing devices, one for each ear. They were small and discreet and even matched to his hair colour. Now, Michael can simply pop them in and use them when he feels the need. 'The last time I saw what was then known as a hearing aid was with my grandfather. He had a whole apparatus with wires and a crackling box on the front, which he kept hitting all the time while saying, 'Michael, speak up!'. 'I imagined there had been an improvement, but hadn't realised it had improved quite to the extent it has – where you can hardly see them.' Hilary adds: 'At a wedding we went to recently nobody knew that he had them in; they are beautifully designed and very discreet.' Spreading the word The couple are now working with Specsavers to help encourage others to take action. Hilary explains: 'Michael always says that we're all happy to go and have a dental check, a sight check, but the one thing we don't do is have a hearing check, because there is a stigma about hearing loss. 'But I would say to anybody: go for a hearing check: they're very quick, very efficient and very accurate.' Couples say 'What?' more often than 'I love you' In romantic relationships, research for Specsavers found saying 'What?' is more common than 'I love you' for couples aged 55+*. Almost half (46 per cent) of Britons had bickered with a partner due to not hearing properly; 36 per cent said it happened weekly. And 15 per cent were misunderstood by their partner at least once a day. Hearing loss can impact how we experience and enjoy life, and our relationships with loved ones. It's what Michael and Hilary found, with small misunderstandings and irritations as a result of Michael's hearing loss. But Specsavers makes it easy to keep track of your hearing health, with free hearing checks in store, expert advice and a wide range of hearing devices to suit individual needs and lifestyles. How to book your check Simply book online at and choose your local store, or call them direct. Your hearing expert will ask some easy health-related questions, use a small camera to examine the health of your ear and will then play sounds at different pitches through headphones to check your hearing. Based on your results, the Specsavers hearing experts can then make recommendations and they'll help you find the best solution for you. Symptoms to look out for Changes to hearing can happen gradually, so hearing experts recommend booking a check if you're struggling to listen to conversations or the television, if speaking on the phone is difficult, or if you feel like you have to ask people to repeat conversations in groups can be challenging, and concentrating on listening can leave you feeling stressed or tired. There is no need to be embarrassed. Earlier intervention can actually mean you have a better chance of managing and improving your hearing. And with today's hearing devices connected to phones and even linked to appliances at home, they can be easier and more discreet to manage than ever before.
