The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have officially released the RRB JE Result 2025 for the 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT 2) held for nine regions. Candidates, who appeared for the examination on April 22, 2025, can now check their individual scorecards and merit list status by logging in to the respective regional RRB websites using their registration number and date of birth.
The result has been announced for candidates from the following nine regions: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Jammu-Srinagar, Kolkata, Malda, Mumbai, Ranchi, Secunderabad, and Thiruvananthapuram. Shortlisted candidates from these regions will now proceed to the document verification round, which is the next and final stage in the recruitment process for Junior Engineer and associated technical posts.
Recruitment details and exam background
The RRB JE recruitment 2025, advertised under CEN No.
03/2024, was held to fill 7,951 vacancies across multiple roles, including Junior Engineer (JE), Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant (CMA), Depot Material Superintendent (DMS), Chemical Supervisor (Research), and Metallurgical Supervisor (Research). The recruitment process began with online registrations from July 30, 2024, to August 29, 2024.
The CBT 1 was conducted from December 16 to December 18, 2024, followed by CBT 2 for shortlisted candidates.
While results for nine RRBs have been released, the CBT 2 results for the remaining 12 regions — including Ajmer, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Gorakhpur, Guwahati, Bilaspur, Muzaffarpur, Patna, Prayagraj, Chennai, and Siliguri — are still under process and will be declared in due course.

Step 1: Visit the official website of your respective RRB region.
Step 2: Locate and click on the link titled 'RRB JE CBT 2 Result 2025.'
Step 3: Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth to log in.
Step 4: View your result, scorecard, and shortlisting status for document verification.
Step 5: Download and save the result for future reference.
Shortlisted candidates must prepare for document verification, which includes checking eligibility, educational qualifications, and other required documents as per the recruitment guidelines. Only candidates declared medically fit and found eligible in document verification will be offered an appointment.
This facility to view individual results will remain available on the official websites for only 15 days from the result release date. Candidates are advised to check updates solely through the official RRB websites and not rely on third-party sources.
