The foldable treadmill that helped me hit 10,000 steps a day is $30 off at Amazon right now ahead of Prime Day
With Prime Day on the horizon, my eyes are peeled for the best deals on the site and I spotted my favorite foldable walking pad for $30 off. The WalkingPad Z1 is currently available at Amazon U.S for $329. Some of the best walking pads on the market can rech prices of $1,200 so this is an absolute steal.
The WalkingPad Z1 under-desk foldable treadmill is a total game changer. Not only is it an affordable option in the coveted WalkingPad range, but it's actually one of my favorites. It is perfect for anyone looking to get a few extra steps in while working from home and comes with a companion app to help track fitness metrics during your workout.
I would totally recommend the WalkingPad Z1 to anyone like me who works from home from time to time and feels a bit lazy being at at their desk all day. Without my morning plod the office I get a little bogged down, like I haven't had a chance to wake up my body.
Since using the WalkingPad, it has been so easy to hit my 10,000 steps a day, even when I work from home. And while I was walking and typing, I found I had more motivation and energy to tackle any task that came at me for the rest of the day.
We all know that moving your body releases endorphins, the feel good hormone, but my mood was noticeably lifted when I included a walk in my working day. My walks last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and I find the perfect balance for me is to do one in the morning and one after lunch.
The foldable design of the treadmill means it is super easy to store, but watch out if you need to carry it up or down stairs because it is pretty heavy. I enlisted some help to get it upstairs and it was still tough with two of us.
There are wheels on the front of the treadmill so you can tilt is and wheel it wherever you want which was actually really easy to do, so its ideal if you want to keep it in one room or on the same floor.
Reaching fitness goals is an absolute breeze with the WalkingPad Z1 and a great way to implement an extra bit of cardio into your day. So head over to Amazon to catch this awesome deal.

This luxe Sunday Riley cleanser feels like a spa day: Shop it on sale
New York Post may be compensated and/or receive an affiliate commission if you click or buy through our links. Featured pricing is subject to change. If your nightly skincare routine feels more like a chore and less like a vibe, it might be time to shake things up — and the Sunday Riley Aquamarine Melt Hydrating Gel-Balm Cleanser is exactly what your face (and your soul) ordered. Think of it as a little luxury retreat for your skin, disguised as a cleanser. And, guess what? It's currently on sale on Amazon for nearly 20% off, which is the universe telling you it's time to treat yourself. Let's get real: most of us are dragging by the time we wash our faces at night. But this cleanser? It makes washing your face feel like the reward at the end of a long, chaotic day. It starts off as a cool, glossy blue gel (it's so pretty) and melts into a silky balm the moment it touches your skin. Add a little water, and boom: it transforms into an oil that actually melts off your makeup, SPF, grime and the general stress of existing in 2025. Advertisement Sephora It's basically skincare sorcery. But behind the glow-up moment is a powerhouse of ingredients that know what they're doing. Malachite (yes, the actual crystal) gives it that hypnotic blue hue and helps detox your skin. Of course, a derivative of my favorite ingredient — hyaluronic acid — adds bounce and plumpness. You know that 'I just had a facial' softness? This cleanser gives you that on a random Tuesday. It's safe to say it's one of the best Amazon beauty products you can grab right now. And, the best part? It's gentle, but not in a 'barely works' kind of way. In a clinical study, 100% of users said it left their skin feeling hydrated and never tight or stripped. That's basically skincare's version of a standing ovation. If your skin tends to be dry, sensitive or moody (same), this cleanser is like that one friend who just gets you. Also, can we talk about how fun it is to use? Not only is it one of the best cleansers I reviewed, but the texture is dreamy, the color is mesmerizing and it smells faintly clean and calming without being overpowering. It's one of those products I look forward to using — and have already run out of. So, this deal is speaking to me right now. Now let's do the math…because adulting. At the sale price, it's around $8 per ounce, which is kind of wild for a cleanser that moonlights as both your makeup remover and your hydration hero. It's definitely not your average drugstore face wash, but it's not going to drain your paycheck either. And, because it's so rich and a little goes a long way, one tube lasts forever. This is the kind of product that quietly becomes your ride-or-die. Better yet, it's vegan, cruelty free and made without any of the usual sketchy stuff (looking at you, sulfates and parabens). If you've been eyeing it but weren't ready to commit to the full $48, this Amazon deal is your sign. These sales don't usually last long, and Sunday Riley products tend to go back to full price real quick, especially when the TikTok crowd catches on. Grab it now, and thank yourself every time you cleanse without feeling like you're rubbing your face with dish soap. Whether you're a skincare junkie or just someone who wants to feel like they have their life together (at least a little), this cleanser is the perfect mix of function and indulgence. It works, it feels amazing and it makes self-care something you actually want to do, not just something you say you'll do and then forget about. Over 67,000 cases of popular deodorant sold at Walmart, Dollar Tree, and on Amazon recalled
A popular deodorant brand has issued a recall due to a difference in the established manufacturing procedure. Last week, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and A.P. Deauville issued a voluntary recall for over 67,000 cases of Power Stick deodorant due to 'cGMP deviations,' which is a difference in the Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations the FDA oversees. The recall was first prompted last Thursday (July 10) and applies to more than 20,000 cases of the brand's 'power fresh'-scented Power Stick for Her Roll-On Antiperspirant Deodorant, over 22,400 cases of its 'spring fresh'-scented Power Stick Invisible Protection Roll-On Antiperspirant Deodorant, and more than 23,400 cases of the brand's Power Stick Original Nourishing Invisible Protection Roll-On Antiperspirant Deodorant. The deodorant was available for purchase at Walmart, where customers could purchase a pack of three for $21, and at Dollar Tree, where a pack of 24 deodorants was available for $30. Customers were also able to purchase the deodorant from Amazon. The Independent has reached out to A.P. Deauville for comment. The recall was first prompted July 10 (A.P. Deauville) The affected lot numbers for the Power Stick for Her Roll-On Antiperspirant Deodorant were: 032026B011 032226B031 051626C241 061526C882 071226D371 071226D381 082526E341 082826E402 The lot numbers for the affected Power Stick Invisible Protection Roll-On Antiperspirant included: 031726A991 041226B561 062026C901 062026C911 071026D351 071026D361 071326D391 111626G231 For the Power Stick Original Nourishing Invisible Protection Roll-On Antiperspirant Deodorant, the recalled lot numbers included: 101225D781 032926B281 032826B221 041126B531 062226D011 070626D301 070626D333 111026G051 111326G091 111626G221 A.P. Deauville also produces other personal care products such as shampoos, conditioners, lotions, body washes, and facial wipes. None of those products have been affected by the recall. A deodorant recall has affected a popular brand The last two years have seen an alarming and unexplained rise in recalls. In 2024, approximately 300 food recalls were issued, with those recalls being linked to nearly 1,400 illnesses, a Public Interest Research Group report revealed. Out of the 1,400 illnesses, 487 people became sick enough to require hospitalization, and 19 people died. While those numbers are still low when weighed against the entire U.S. population, they are also double the number of hospitalizations and deaths from foodborne illnesses in 2023. The most recent food recall was Danone U.S.'s recall of all of its YoCrunch products currently available on the market on Friday, after customers reported plastic pieces in the dome toppers, which hold various sweet treats such as Oreos or M&M's. Sharp-edged plastic pieces could be a choking hazard or pose other risks. The recall does not apply to the yogurt itself, but only to the yogurt topping container. Many lot numbers and expiration dates are involved in the recall, spanning from July 7 through September 4. The full list of affected products can be found here. Solve the daily Crossword

TikTok thinks a weighted vest will change your body. Here's what the science says
If a regular hot girl walk is no longer cutting it, why not add a weighted vest to the mix? While not exactly new, weighted vests are making a strong comeback, especially on TikTok and Instagram, where wellness and fitness creators are touting the benefits of adding a 12-pound vest to your daily strolls. 'It's my weighted vest era,' menopause expert Dr. Mary Claire Haver posted to Instagram. 'Walk as much as you can in a weighted vest and you will be unrecognizable,' one TikTok creator wrote. 'This is my clubbing,' another creator posted. 'The strobe lights are the stars I see while walking 3 miles in 90 degrees with a 30lb weighted vest on.' From the $30 Zelus vest dominating your For You Page (often linked through influencers' Amazon storefronts) to a sleek 20-pound version from Equinox priced at $375, the concept is simple: Adding weight to your walks, runs, or workouts may help boost endurance and stamina. Now fitness and wellness creators are also promoting it as a weight-loss hack, with some claiming they've shed up to 30 pounds just by incorporating daily walks with the vest. But what does the science say? In one frequently cited study, participants wore weighted vests equal to 11% of their body weight for eight hours per day over three weeks and lost an average of 3.5 pounds. Another study had participants wear vests for 10 hours per day and found no significant weight-loss benefits—though many did report sore backs.
