New York Post05-07-2025
This dentist sure has a dirty mouth.
Elmo Randolph, 68, turned himself into police in the upscale Bergen County borough of Closter on Thursday after being caught scribbling a swastika on a parked car.
Randolph, of Orange, was charged with fourth-degree bias intimidation, according to the Daily Voice, which shared video footage of the alleged crime.

In the footage, captured by one of the car's many cameras, a baseball cap-donning Randolph is seen in his car on June 15, parked next to a Tesla Cybertruck outside Gary's Liquors in the Closter Plaza.
He then opens his car door, leans out, and, with his fingers, scrawls a swastika onto the side of the dirty vehicle, the video shows.
The Cybertruck's owner reported the vandalism on June 16, and shared the car's surveillance footage with cops, the outlet reported.
Randolph was identified from the video, and turned himself in after learning the Closter Detective Bureau was looking for him.
In 2001, he was one of the plaintiffs in an American Civil Liberties Union lawsuit filed against the New Jersey State Police.
Randolph is a dentist who lives in Orange.

Randolph claimed he'd been stopped by police approximately 100 times, but never received a ticket.
He also alleged that he was subjected to searches of his car and interrogations about his profession, as well as how and where he obtained his luxury car.
Randolph received $75,000 from the state thanks to a 2002 settlement.
Randolph could not be reached for comment Saturday.

$2.97M in marijuana seized from luggage at ATL, man arrested

A traveler was arrested after law enforcement seized nearly $3 million in narcotics from him at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Vance Ray Randolph was traveling to Sao Paulo, Brazil, when officers 'seized a large amount of THC extracted products /marijuana' from his luggage on June 28, according to a July 12 Facebook post from the Atlanta Police Department. The seizure was conducted in partnership with Customs and Border Protection. The search yielded 12.35 pounds of THC wax; 34.39 pounds of hashish; 4.6 pounds of marijuana and 1.21 pounds of pasty marijuana. 'The seized narcotics have an estimated street value of $2.97 million,' police said in the post. 'Mr. Randolph is facing narcotics violation charges and was transported to the Clayton County Jail.' Clayton County Jail records show the 22-year-old was charged with trafficking marijuana and released on June 30. Court records did not list an attorney for Randolph. The incident is not the only one of its kind in recent years. Police reportedly found 56 pounds of marijuana in a traveler's luggage at Memphis International Airport last year, before she could board a United Airlines flight.

Masked, gun-toting duo pistol-whip, rip $75K in jewelry off victim at his luxury $2M New Rochelle pad: cops

Two masked gunmen burst into a nearly $2 million New Rochelle pad in the dead of night Saturday and pistol-whipped a man before snatching $75,000 worth of bling from his body, cops said. The ordeal unfolded around 1:25 a.m. as the 25-year-old victim was returning to his 3,000-square-foot mansion on Kewanee Road, the New Rochelle Police Department said in a news release. The male suspects, both armed with semi-automatic handguns, pistol-whipped the man before grabbing the jewels and fleeing, the release said. One neighbor described him as a 'young kid' that's lived in the house for about a year – and recalled waking up to the sound of 'male voices' overnight. Dakota Santiago/FreedomNewsTV He couldn't see what was happening in the darkness, nor through the thick trees that line the typically serene, suburban neighborhood which borders Scarsdale. 'Not that it's unusual to hear screaming at night, but I wasn't freaked out by it. This is a quiet neighborhood – I feel very safe,' the neighbor continued. Cops were still canvassing the area. Detectives classified the incident – which they called targeted and isolated – as a home invasion robbery, but declined to say where in the 11-room home it occurred. 'I'm definitely going to lock my door,' said Lonnie Jones, a 24-year-old neighbor who works in marketing. 'This is a surprise to me – big time,' echoed another resident who's lived in the area since 2016. 'It's not something I'd expect in this neighborhood.'

HATE CAB: NYC taxi driver caught on video spewing antisemitic slurs

A NYC taxi driver was caught on camera hurling vile antisemitic slurs at a Jewish passenger in lower Manhattan — and now the city is moving to permanently strip him of his license, The Post has learned. 'You guys look for trouble, yes, you are a f–king Jew!' the enraged driver shouts in the disturbing video, which was posted Tuesday by the Anti-Jew Hate Organization on their Jew Hate Database Instagram account. The clip, which has racked up more than 5,500 likes, shows the driver exploding at the customer in what the post claims was a targeted outburst in Tribeca after the cabbie ignored directions and hiked up the fare. Advertisement Video of the irate cabbie has been viewed more than 5,500 times. @, jewhatedb / Instagram 'You realize you just lost your license, right?' the passenger calmly replies. The driver, still fuming, shoots back: 'No, you are going to lose your own license.' Advertisement 'This wasn't about a wrong turn — it was targeted Jew hatred,' the account wrote in the caption, urging viewers to report the driver. 'Jewish New Yorkers deserve safety and dignity on every ride.' City officials said they've already taken action. 'Hate has no place on our roads and is totally unacceptable,' Taxi & Limousine Commission Commissioner David Do told The Post. 'As soon as we learned about this disturbing incident, we worked to identify the driver. Our Prosecution Unit will be seeking to permanently revoke his TLC license.' The TLC said it immediately reached out to the original poster of the video and worked with them on the investigation. They said they take reports of driver misconduct seriously, and all instances should be reported to 311 or 911 immediately. Advertisement The victim has not been identified. @, jewhatedb / Instagram A 311 complaint is required to open an investigation, they added. The Jewish victim has not been identified. The Jew Hate Database account did not respond to a request for comment. The outburst was widely condemned in the comments, with one rabbi commenting, 'He's about to be famous in a very bad way,' and another user demanding, 'Take his license.' Advertisement The NYC Taxi Instagram account also commented on the post, saying, 'Thank you for bringing our attention to this. Please check your DMs. We sent a message to get more information so we can investigate.' This is just the latest ugly incident in a string of antisemitic assaults in the Big Apple. In April, a Brooklyn woman was arrested for allegedly scrawling a swastika and the word 'Nazi' on a brick and leaving it on the bumper of a Tesla Cybertruck parked outside a yeshiva in Kensington. That same month, NYPD data revealed that more than half of all hate crimes recorded citywide in March were antisemitic — with 31 of the 57 confirmed incidents targeting Jews.
