Victim shot at after car accident on Beale St.
On February 16 at 3:15 a.m., officers responded to a shooting at Second and Beale Street.
Police spoke to the victim, who advised that two vehicles were involved in an accident while he was at his vehicle.

Reports say both vehicles fired shots at the victim and struck his vehicle several times. Both suspects fled the scene.
The suspect vehicles were described as a dark-colored Dodge SUV, or possibly a Durango, and a light-colored sedan.

Police are offering £20,000 for any information into the fatal stabbing of a 20-year-old man in an east London park, a year after his death. 'Imran's family and friends continue to live with the trauma,' she said. 'One year has passed since this senseless killing, and the Met remains committed to bringing those who killed Imran to justice. 'If you were in the vicinity of Plashet Park on the day of the stabbing or know anything that could help us, we need you to contact us.' Police have released a photo of the victim, with independent charity Crimestoppers offering a reward of up to £20,000 for information. Man accused of setting dog on fire in New York City after dragging it down street
The New York City Police Department Animal Cruelty Squad is searching for a man who allegedly set a dog on fire after he dragged it down a street. The man allegedly ignited the dog in a neighborhood in Queens after pouring an accelerant on it, the NYPD said Saturday. Witnesses reported seeing the man dragging the motionless dog behind him at around 4:45 a.m. Thursday near 128th Street and 116th Avenue, police said. He fled the scene on foot after the animal was set on fire, according to investigators. Police released pictures of the man they are looking for. They said he is wanted in connection with an arson. The man was last seen wearing a maroon sweatshirt with a Polo logo in tan lettering across the chest, gray pants and a light brown MCM backpack, officials said. Police said the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals was notified about the investigation. CBS News New York has reached out to the ASPCA for comment.
