Verstappen silences Red Bull exit rumours ahead of Hungarian GP
Verstappen said it was time to 'stop all the rumours'.
'I've never really said anything about it because I was just focused on talking to the team about how we can improve our performance,' the Dutchman explained at the Hungaroring circuit ahead of this weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix.
'And that's why I had nothing really to add, but I think it's time to basically stop all the rumours.

Four-time world champion Verstappen's future became a subject of speculation after rival driver George Russell revealed his Mercedes team were talking to the Dutchman's management about his future plans.
It emerged that there was a performance clause in Verstappen's contract that offered him a chance to leave Red Bull if he was not in the top three at the end of July.
But that clause has now elapsed and he will stay with Red Bull next year, the first season following a sweeping change of technical regulations.
Verstappen is contracted to Red Bull until the end of 2028 and a similar scrutiny of his contract is expected next year once it becomes clear which teams have adapted and progressed best under the new regulations.
Verstappen has fallen 81 points behind series leader Oscar Piastri of McLaren into third place in the drivers' championship this year.

Horner's departure will have pleased Verstappen's father Jos, who turned against the man who had led Red Bull from their launch in 2024 following last year's accusation by a woman colleague of 'inappropriate behaviour'.
The Englishman was twice cleared over the claims by the Formula One team's parent company, Red Bull GmbH.
At the Belgian Grand Prix last weekend Max Verstappen insisted Horner's shock departure had no impact on his future plans.
He said the well-publicised discord between his father and Horner was never a problem.
'People can have a difference of opinion and I expect that to happen because if everyone agrees, there is a problem.' On Thursday when asked about his future after next year he replied: 'If you ask me that question next year, then yes, we'll have that speculation, but I never speak about it because I am more interested in working on performance - and that's why I never really talk about what is in my contract.' Despite McLaren and their two drivers Piastri and Lando Norris dominating this season, he said he still retained hopes of gaining some success before the end of the year.
'I know that the cars will be different next year, but there are still things that you can take out of this year on the engineering side of things and also implement for next year.
'So, you cannot just say 'Okay, we're not winning the championship this year, so we just write it off completely'.
'No-one really knows where they will be at next year.'

Photos show a blue tint on the front and rear light clusters, which could mean the car retains the discreet blue flashing light system used to clear traffic during emergencies or official movements. These include side steps, mud flaps, a load-space mat, rear grab handles to assist with entry and exit, and a dog guard. However, photographs of the registration plate BJ06 ZGM show the vehicle actively served Queen Elizabeth at various events. According to the auction house these photographs provide enough evidence to confirm the SUV's authenticity. 'This 2006 Range Rover L322 was delivered new on 25th April 2006 for the exclusive use of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II,' the listing states. 'As with all vehicles of this nature, it is almost impossible to clarify early ownership with various authorities. 'Queen Elizabeth II can be seen in attendance and departing the vehicle at the 2007 Royal Windsor Horse Show, verifying the provenance to be both genuine and distinguished.' Queen Elizabeth II was known for her passion for cars, particularly those made in Britain. Her extensive collection included everything from Range Rovers and Land Rovers to Bentleys and Rolls-Royces. Jorge Costa, Portuguese legend and captain of Porto in 2004 Champions League win, dies aged 53
Jorge Costa, who captained Porto to the 2004 Champions League title, has died from a cardiac arrest, the club has said. He was 53. Costa, a central defender who made 50 international appearances for Portugal, was Porto's director of football at the time of his death. The club said in its announcement that Costa embodied Porto's values of "dedication, leadership, passion, and an unwavering spirit of conquest." Portuguese media reported that Costa sustained cardiac arrest at the club's training centre and was transported to São João Hospital. Costa's finest achievement in his playing career was as captain of Jose Mourinho's Porto team that was a surprise winner of the Champions League in 2004. A year earlier, he lifted the second-tier UEFA Cup. Costa also helped Porto win eight Portuguese league titles. Portuguese Prime Minister Luis Montenegro offered his condolences and praised Costa's "dedication and commitment" to both Porto and the national team. An emotional Mourinho paid tribute to Costa during a press conference for his Turkish club, Fenerbahçe. "He's part of my history," Mourinho said. "You have captains. Ralf Schumacher at centre of Aston Martin's Formula 1 boycott
Aston Martin have boycotted Sky Sports Germany following recent criticism. The Formula 1 team had a good result at the Hungarian Grand Prixover the weekend with Fernando Alonso finishing fifth and Lance Stroll two places behind his teammate. But before the race Sky Sports were denied access to the team, The Sun reports. Ralf Schumacher attempted to speak to someone at Aston Martin but was rebuffed. 'I know they're not giving us any more interviews because they don't like us that much at the moment,' he said. His colleague Peter Hardenacke added: 'We were a bit too critical of the people at Aston Martin.' Schumacher has been critical of the car this season and he called for Stroll to apologise for his antics at the British Grand Prix. After struggling at Silverstone Stroll said over his radio: 'This is the worst piece of s*** I've ever driven.' According to German outlet Bild, Aston Martin also declined the interview as they believe Sky shows little interest in the team at other media events, such as press conferences. They are now understood to be setting an example of Sky as interest grows in the team, due to more positive results from both Stroll and Fernando Alonso in recent weeks. Aston Martin had a slow start to the season but have picked up points in recent weeks. Alonso and Stroll have 26 points each and place 11th and 12th respectively in the standings, with Aston Martin sixth in the Constructors standings. Ten races remain on the 2025 F1 calendar with the grid currently enjoying its summer break before returning for the Dutch Grand Prix on August 31. With major regulation changes set to come into play for next season, Aston Martin have been building for the future after poaching technical guru Adrian Newey from Red Bull. Newey has designed 14 championship-winning F1 cars during his time at Williams, McLaren and Red Bull. Aston Martin owner Lawrence Stroll will be hoping to make it 15 in the coming years.
