She also shared how it came just hours after a row with fiancé
Molly said: 'Last night feels like a really weird bad dream and I need to tell you guys about it because I need to share.
'I was actually going to go on my Instagram stories and like share but I thought, 'Oh no this is out of my comfort zone for Instagram.''
The former PrettyLittleThing creative director explained that after arriving back in the UK, she had very little movement for two days - first due to the long-haul flight, then sitting through a seven-hour
hair
appointment.

That, paired with dehydration and stress from travelling with her daughter Bambi, two, led to severe pain in her left leg.
She said: "Basically yesterday I thought I had a blood clot and half of today I thought I had a blood clot in my leg.
"Obviously flying home from Dubai I was on the plane for like nearly eight hours… I didn't drink like hardly any water. You know when you're in mum mode and you're just not really thinking like you're trying to tame your child.'
After feeling excruciating pain in the back of her knee that moved into her calf and foot, Molly began to panic.

She turned to ChatGPT to check her symptoms, which only made her more anxious.
Molly then phoned 111 and was told by a doctor to go straight to A&E.
Molly-Mae fans 'horrified' after spotting weird kitchen detail in latest episode of documentary - did you see it?
She continued: 'I was in so much pain, like it was in the back of my knee, so so strong. Like it didn't feel like a dead leg, it was like a sharp stabbing pain… Then it's moving down into my calf, into my ankle, into my foot, like my whole calf is just in so much pain.'
The reality star described the hospital as 'absolutely packed' and 'such a sad environment', saying she waited four hours before being told it would be another hour for a blood test - and then three more hours to get results.
Despite advice from staff to stay, Molly decided to leave, worried about getting home in time to look after Bambi.
She said: 'I need to leave. Like I can't stay here any longer… We had like nothing with us
this morning
.'
Molly admitted that when she woke up the
next
day, the pain had mostly subsided, and she tried to carry on as normal - until she was hit with a wave of dizziness, nausea, and shortness of breath later that afternoon.
She described: 'I had this awful awful like dizzy spell where the room was spinning. I thought I was going to vomit… I had this really really funny time where I was like I couldn't breathe properly… almost like a bit of a panic attack but like it was just horrible.'
Molly went back to hospital and underwent a full round of tests. Thankfully, everything came back clear.
She added: 'They said that I'm completely fine, like all my vitals… my heart rate, blood test, everything was absolutely fine. Like there was nothing that showed them any sort of concern or anything about a blood clot.'
Reflecting on the experience, Molly stressed the importance of taking blood clot symptoms seriously, even in young and seemingly healthy people.
She said: 'I just thought like it needs to be taken so much more seriously because like it can happen to anyone at any age… Maybe I had one, maybe I didn't. Sometimes I read that blood clots can disperse by themselves and it's not always going to be sinister.'
The influencer ended the video with a message for her fans, saying: 'Things like that can just happen out of nowhere. And I was convinced that I definitely had one. But the doctors like checked me over fully and they think I'm absolutely fine.'
In images published Thursday, Molly and Tommy were
The couple were spotted having a barney at Manchester Airport, with Molly looking miserable and Tommy also appearing downcast.
A source told The Sun at the time: "Molly and Tommy had the most perfect holiday but yet again as soon as they landed back in the UK, it was back to reality.
'Last time they arrived home Tommy was slammed for not helping Molly with the bags and she was desperate for that not to happen again.
'Molly is really keen for people to see everything is great between them after so many concerns - especially from her sister Zoe.
'But Tommy couldn't care less and could be heard telling her 'who gives a f***' as they argued about who would take the bags.
'Tommy was really hurrying her along and she was getting very stressed - people in the airport were really surprised to see them bickering so openly.'
But another source insisted that Molly and Tommy were simply exhausted from their flight and wanted to get home as quickly as possible.
They said: "The pair were tired after a long haul flight and weren't expecting to see so many photographers there.
"They weren't arguing, they were just trying to leave the airport safely with their little girl."
The Sun
During the trip, Molly shared a raft of snaps of her and the couple's daughter Bambi but appeared to keep Tommy out of sight for many of her uploads.
She captured scenes showing her and her two-year-old enjoying a cuddle outside an ice cream parlour before they struck a look-a-like pose on the beach.

Toni and Cach reveal surprising plans for £50k Love Island prize which sets them apart from other Islanders
Your average twenty-something would splurge £50k on holidays, cars and clothes - but not Love Island's newest champions, Toni Laites and Cach Mercer. The lovebirds, both 24, instead have far more humdrum things in mind for their loot. 6 Toni Laites and Cach Mercer have revealed what they will be doing with their Love Island winnings Credit: Shutterstock Editorial 6 The winning pair celebrate with Maya Jama, but won't be splurging their winnings on a shopping spree Credit: Shutterstock Editorial 6 Maya announcing the pair winners of the latest Love Island season Credit: Shutterstock Editorial Toni, who is a Las Vegas cabana waitress, said: 'I need to pay off my student loans. I want to invest it. I don't want to go on some crazy shopping spree.' Cach, a dancer from London, agreed: 'Cost of living crisis, I'll save it!' It comes despite making history, with American Toni being the ITV2 show's first ever international bombshell to win. She entered on the first night of this summer's series and coupled up with Cach a month later, during Casa Amor. Toni said: 'I feel like I'm representing a whole nation! I didn't expect to make it past week one. 'Hopefully now we will just find time to enjoy one another's company and not let everything else take over.' Cach added: 'It feels amazing to win. I was 100 per cent authentically myself and luckily the public liked it, so I'm buzzing. 'I appreciate every moment on the show, it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and I wouldn't have done it any other way.' Toni will be remembered as one of the series 'Big Three' - a name coined by fans for her trio of friends, with Shakira Khan and Yasmin Pettet who came second and third respectively. Toni added: 'Friends I will have for life. That was a big takeaway. The girls were my rock for the eight weeks.' Cach and Toni WIN Love Island and bag £50k as raunchiest ever series ends She'll be spending more time with Cach than the girlies, though, as I can reveal ITV are set to offer the couple a spin-off show which follows their transatlantic relationship as they navigate love outside the villa. 6 Toni is the show's first ever international bombshell to win Credit: Shutterstock Editorial A source said: 'Even without the win, Cach and Toni's story should make great TV just due to their exciting lives. It will also be a chance to include Shakira and Yasmin when they visit Toni and catch up on the outside.' Shakira, 22, had a rocky journey in the villa but came runner-up with bad boy Harry Cookesley, 30. She said: 'The best romance of the series for me is Toni and Yas. Absolute weapons. I love those girls to bits. 'They will be bridesmaids at my wedding and godmothers of my children. I couldn't have done a day without them.' No mention of Harry, there, though… probably for the best.
