Hodeida districts revive Wilaiya Day

Saba Yemen15-06-2025
Hodeida - Saba:
Bajil District in Hodeida Governorate witnessed a festive festival for the people of the Eastern Districts Square, commemorating the Day of the Wilaiya of Imam Ali (peace be upon him). The festival was held under the slogan "Whoever I am his guardian, then this Ali is his guardian."
The festival, which was attended by members of the House of Representatives and the Shura Council, and the Governor's Deputy for Eastern District Affairs, Amer Muthanna, featured speeches that reviewed the significance of the Day of Guardianship and the importance of preparing the nation to restore its glories, starting from this pivotal moment that laid the foundations for the post-death phase of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).
The speeches explained that the Day of Guardianship is one of the most important occasions during which everyone must return to the path of Imam Ali and adhere to his guardianship. They noted that the nation must begin to change its paths and reality by embodying divine directives to emerge from the diaspora.
They pointed to the importance of instilling the values of loyalty in accordance with correct Quranic concepts, as a culmination of the great message conveyed by the Noble Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) when he raised the hand of Imam Ali and said, "Whoever I am his guardian, then this Ali is his guardian."
They praised the virtuous example set by Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in his life and his closeness to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), and his continued carrying of the banner of truth after the death of the Greatest Prophet, in support of Islam and Muslims and in opposition to the forces of falsehood.
The speeches emphasized that the project of guardianship is the impregnable dam that preserves the nation's faith identity and protects it from falling into the quagmires of dependency and deviation. She noted that peoples are only defeated when they lose their loyalty to the axis of guidance and turn away from the beacons of guidance.
They stated that the commemoration of Ghadir gains this momentum because it opens the nation's awareness to the necessity of having a clear faith-based reference that connects the past to the present and builds the future on the foundations of loyalty to Allah, His Messenger, and the beacons of guidance, far removed from dependency on the West and the forces of tyranny. The speeches addressed the principles and values embodied by Imam Ali and their valuable impact on generations, strengthening their intellectual fortification.
They explained that the Day of Ghadir is the day of separation between right and wrong, the day on which the nation distinguished itself from all other nations by its approach to loyalty. They called for drawing inspiration from the lessons of righteous leadership from Imam Ali, peace be upon him.
The festival, which was attended by directors of directorates, local and executive leaders, and social figures, included expressive chants and poems.

Islamic Jihad: desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque by criminal Ben Gvir, settler gangs is systematic escalation

Gaza - Saba: The Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine considered the dangerous desecration of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque this Sunday morning, led by the so-called Minister of National Security in the Zionist entity, the criminal Itamar Ben Gvir, along with more than 2,000 settler gangs, a systematic escalation of Zionist attacks on the mosque. The movement confirmed, in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that the criminal Ben Gvir and the settler gangs stormed the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and performed Talmudic prayers in the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, under heavy protection from enemy forces. This is a systematic escalation of the ongoing Zionist attacks on the Al-Aqsa Mosque and a continuation of the plan aimed at imposing complete Zionist control over Jerusalem, its holy sites, and the entire West Bank. She said: "These systematic attacks and provocations by settler gangs are an insult to the feelings of Muslims around the world. Through these attacks, the Zionist enemy deliberately seeks to extend its dominance over the nation's holy sites, foremost among them the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, the first of the two Qiblas (direction of prayer) and the third holiest site in Islam. It seeks to divide and Judaize it, paving the way for its destruction." She added: "While we hold the Zionist enemy government and its partners in the US administration fully responsible for the consequences of these violations, we condemn the Arab silence and the Arab and Islamic nation's stand-by as a spectator to these crimes and massacres committed against Palestine, its people, and its holy sites, without their regimes and peoples taking any action." The Islamic Jihad Movement called on the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nations to "stand united to confront this Israeli bullying and thuggery, fully covered and supported by the US administration, because the danger of this racist, expansionist entity will not remain limited to Palestine, but will extend to the nation, its holy sites, and its history. Those who are complacent will not be safe from the Zionist danger, its ambitions, and its crimes if they abandon their religious, moral, and humanitarian duty toward Palestine, its cause, and its people." Oman's Grand Mufti calls for protection of aid to Gaza & end to looting

Muscat – Saba: The Grand Mufti of the Sultanate of Oman, Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al-Khalili, issued a humanitarian appeal on Saturday to international and Islamic organizations to safeguard the aid reaching the Gaza Strip and prevent it from falling into the hands of looters. In a post on the social media platform 'X,' Sheikh Al-Khalili stated: "We appeal to the organizations working to deliver food and medicine to besieged Gaza to take all necessary precautions to prevent this aid from being hijacked by pirates." He warned that these looters "lie in wait to exploit the dire needs of Gaza's people, selling the aid at exorbitant prices that residents cannot afford — benefiting themselves instead of those in desperate need." He continued: 'We urge the international community to intervene decisively to protect the people of Gaza and ensure aid reaches them. We also call on all parties to sever the hands of those pirates who seek to steal this assistance unjustly.' Concluding his statement, the Grand Mufti said: "We especially address Muslims with this appeal — this is a responsibility placed upon their shoulders. They are accountable before God for the suffering and starvation of Gaza's people. They must not turn away from this duty. We also call upon all people of conscience around the world — they are worthy of responding to this cause." Whatsapp Telegram Email Print

Revolution Leader exposes networks of complicity... A speech that holds regimes accountable & mobilizes the people

Sana'a – Saba: Report: Jameel Al-Qashm The speech of the Revolution Leader, His Eminence Sayyed Abdulmalik Badreddin Al-Houthi, came at a pivotal moment—reshaping public consciousness regarding the suffering of the Palestinian people in Gaza and precisely exposing Arab complicity in supporting the Zionist entity. Laden with political, religious, and cultural messages, the speech affirmed that the stance against aggression is inseparable from the Ummah's position between the camp of betrayal and the path of jihad. The speech presented a profound Quranic analysis, linking the treachery of internal actors with the crimes of external forces, and compelling the people to rise without delay. It laid out a strategic vision that keeps resistance at the core of action while dismantling all justifications that contradict dignity and belonging. Sayyed Al-Houthi began with a precise diagnosis of the current phase, where betrayal manifests through economic, military, and political channels. He exposed how some Arab regimes align with the Zionist project, masking their subservience to Washington and Tel Aviv as political pragmatism. The Revolution Leader highlighted bitter realities behind the scenes of Arab-Israeli relations—from fueling warplanes and securing trade routes to hosting Zionist delegations under the guise of "normalization." These regimes, he declared, have become direct tools in supporting the machinery of killing and genocide. Transitioning to a call for mass mobilization, Sayyed Al-Houthi emphasized that the initiative remains in the hands of the people. He rejected the notion that their silence is inevitable, attributing it instead to decades of media deception and indoctrination. The speech sharply criticized mosques, educational institutions, and media platforms for being weaponized as tools of pacification rather than mobilization. Their silence amid massacres, he argued, exposes a disgraceful detachment from the Ummah's causes. Al-Azhar Al-Sharif faced direct critique for its rapid retreat after an initial statement—a moment that revealed the moral bankruptcy of some venerable religious institutions. This critique, however, was framed as a call for reform, not condemnation. With Quranic verses as his foundation, the Leader warned of divine retribution for inaction, reminding listeners that divine punishment awaits the negligent—in this life before the hereafter. He redefined jihad as a holistic duty: political, cultural, and media resistance against the Zionist project, which seeks to dismantle the Ummah's identity and plunder its resources. Celebrating Gaza's steadfastness, Sayyed Al-Houthi declared it an open lesson in patience, resistance, and honor—a living rebuke to all who have abandoned it. He condemned attempts to silence resistance voices and distort the image of mujahideen as among the most dangerous forms of collusion. The speech exposed the deep entanglement between political complicity and economic support, detailing how trade, oil, and transit routes directly fund the enemy. A carefully managed network of interests, he revealed, binds some regimes to the Zionist entity, transforming their inaction into a full-fledged project of occupation support. In closing, the Leader issued an open call to the Resistance Axis, urging unity and mass alignment with fronts of steadfastness. He reaffirmed Yemen's unwavering support for Palestine—politically and on the ground—as part of the Arab and Islamic battle for honor. The speech left no room for neutrality, demanding every party choose: stand with the oppressed or be counted among the betrayers. In its entirety, the speech stands as a manifesto of clarity—a Quranic and moral compass for the era. It realigns the struggle with its religious and historical dimensions, holding each actor accountable for their choices with unflinching boldness and balance.
