Irish bombshell Megan going on Love Island and she's got a type

Love Island has officially revealed the sizzling line-up for its 2025 summer series - and it includes a stunning Irish contestant, the son of a famous footballer and a rising actress.
The much-anticipated new season kicks off on Monday, June 9, as a brand-new batch of singletons prepare to enter the iconic villa in search of love (and drama, of course).
This year marks the show's 10th anniversary, and it's seen no shortage of real romances over the years. From season two winners Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey - now married with two kids - to Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt, who tied the knot in 2021 and have three daughters, Love Island has produced more than a few lasting love stories.
Returning to host the new series is the ever-glamorous Maya Jama, who promises bigger twists, more drama and non-stop entertainment. In a tongue-in-cheek promo clip, she teased: "To the hottie this may concern, as per the last 11 series we're staying loyal to the entertainment and levelling up the twists. The stakeholders are aligned, the Islanders will be laying it on Factor 50, and we're on track to hit our KPI on drama. It's time to crack on and deliver serious results. Let's circle back soon. Warmest wishes."
The full line-up has just dropped - and one contestant already getting attention is Irish girl Megan.
24-year-old Megan from Dublin is a musical theatre performer and energy broker, who is hoping to find her very own Timothée Chalamet in the villa.
Explaining what she's looking for the 24-year-old Irish beauty said: "Someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously and has a sense of humour. If they're not bad looking, that's always a plus. I love a boy that's a bit pasty. I don't mind scrawny, or a bit of a 'dad bod'. I'm 5ft1 so any height really."
Megan has already been stopped in the streets for a viral TikTok she made when her and her pals dressed up as the sitcom characters from Derry Girls, and the has also preformed in a couple pantos.
Sophie is a 29-year-old motivational speaker and author hailing from Manchester.
Before her current career, Sophie worked as a firebreather until a horrific accident left her with severe burns. She's been open about her recovery journey, sharing her experiences with followers on social media.
When it comes to her ideal partner, Sophie is after "someone who is fun, spontaneous, who has a lot of jokes and who is attentive."
Next in line is Dejon, a 26-year-old personal trainer and semi-pro footballer from London.
His brush with fame comes courtesy of his ex-footballer father, Gifton Noel-Williams, leading to encounters with celebs including football superstar David Beckham, who he describes as "really nice."
In the villa, Dejon is on the hunt for "someone who is beautiful on the inside and out, looks after themselves and is healthy."
Meg is a 25-year-old payroll specialist from Southampton.
She jests that if her love life were a business, it would be bankrupt, but here's hoping she'll strike gold in the villa.
Meg is on the hunt for "someone who is tall, with a nice tan, nice eyes and a nice smile. He needs to have a good fashion sense and a really good, funny personality that I can get on with."
22-year-old Tommy is on the lookout for an "ambitious" partner with a "big personality".
The Hertfordshire-based landscape gardener outlined his ideal woman, saying: "A girl who is very ambitious, with a big personality, caring, but also someone that doesn't take themselves too seriously. I don't know if that's asking for too much, but I want a bit of everything. I haven't got a specific type in terms of looks, though."
Alima is a 23-year-old wealth management client services executive living in Glasgow and she's on the hunt for her very own "Disney prince."
"A tall man with a handsome face. You know when you just look at a guy and they have that Disney prince look to them? That's it," she said of her ideal partner.
"I always ask guys on a night out to guess which country I'm originally from. If they get it right, they can get my number. But they never guess correctly so it works really well if you don't want to give a guy your number. I'm originally from Guinea Bissau. If they're close and I really fancy them, I'll give them my number anyway."
Private hire taxi driver Ben has a list of qualities he looks for in a partner, namely "someone sexy, good looking, good chat, good vibes, nice teeth and good eye contact."
The 23-year-old from Gloucester added: "Oh, and also a cute smile, I just look at you and know I can be around you all day, every day."
29-year-old cabin crew member Helena is on the lookout for "somebody funny or Northern".
"I feel like Northern people have much more banter than Southerners. If you look through my previous dating history, you'll see I clearly go for personality. You can pretty much laugh me into bed," the Londoner admitted.
Water operative Kyle, 23, has a much more scaled back list of criteria for his perfect partner compared to his other islanders.
"Someone that's fun, confident and just themselves," he said, describing his perfect match.
Construction project manager Blu is on the lookout for someone "who is family oriented". The 26-year-old added that they must have "a lot of love to give and a lot of love to receive."
Blu is a fluent Spanish speaker and is confident going into the villa.
"I've got the charm to smooth things over with a girl. The fact I speak fluent Spanish comes in handy when it comes to flirting."
Burnley-based marketer Shakira says she's looking to find her future husband in the villa.
The 22-year-old described her perfect man as "charming, witty, with big arms, a good smile and just really funny."
She continued: "It's a busy love life but I've not found 'the husband'. I'm looking for 'the one'. I'm looking for the ring."
Semi-professional footballer, gold trader and model Harry has an interesting side-hustle: he's the body double for Declan Rice.
"So when he does a shoot, any body close ups will actually be me. You'll never see my face, but you'll see my shoulder or chest, that kind of thing," he explained.
The Guildford-based islander described his perfect type as: "The girl next door that makes me laugh and can hold eye contact with me. I don't think I'd go for the most obvious girl, I like a real sweet girl."

My Forever Tooth Fairy gift set Tooth Fairy tradition What could be more magical than losing a tooth, placing it under your pillow, and waking to find that it's been replaced with a coin by the Tooth Fairy? Irish mother Emma Duffy has the answer. She has created My Forever Tooth Fairy to amplify the magic of this age-old childhood tradition. It's a gift set that includes an illustrated picture book that tells the story of the Forever Tooth Fairies. The book also teaches children a song to help them brush their teeth. The gift set contains a Forever Tooth Fairy doll. These dolls have soft, posable bodies, so they can be used for both imaginative play and comforting snuggles. There is a magic tooth tote and tracker. The tote is a little velvet pouch in which milk teeth can be placed, before being popped under a child's pillow. The tracker allows children to record each time they lose a baby tooth and what happens when the Tooth Fairy visits. Finally, a display case has a light-up swing for the doll and storage for the book, tooth tote, and tracker. Love Island star caught snubbing finalist and ‘ignoring' her during live final – but did you spot it?

AN ex Love Islander appeared to brutally snub one of the show's finalists during the show's live episode. During the final, all of the former Islanders made one last comeback to the villa to watch the champion be crowned. 4 Love Island fans noticed that one ex Islander appeared to snub Yasmin Credit: Eroteme 4 Helena could be seen chatting away as she failed to listen to Yasmin's interview In a surprising result, fan-favourites Yasmin and Jamie found themselves finishing in third place being beaten by Shakira and Harry in second place and eventual winners, Toni and Cach. However, one former Islander appeared to totally dismiss Yasmin and Jamie as they could be seen chatting away throughout the couple's interview with host Maya Jama. Helena appeared distracted as she 'ignored' what Yasmin had to say and instead caught up with fourth place star Angel in full view of the cameras. Each time the shot focused on Maya, Helena could be seen speaking to her co-star as she failed to listen in to what Yasmin had to say. Noticing their antics online, one fan questioned: "What is Helena and Angel talking about." Before someone else echoed: "All I could see behind Maya was angel and Helena chatting away the whole time during yaz and Jamie's interview." It added further fuel to the fire about the long-standing girls divide this year. Helena had failed to see eye-to-eye with Yasmin, Shakira or Toni during her time in the villa as two rival girl groups quickly emerged. Along with Meg and Megan, Helena had clashes with the other three villa girls throughout but it seemed they had the last laugh when they made up the top three spots. After weeks of coupling up, dumpings, texts and triangles, the series came to a close with a battle between Toni & Cach, Shakira Khan & Harry Cooksley, Angel Swift & Ty Isherwood and Yasmin Pettet & Jamie Rhodes. Watch Love Island's Harrison roll his eyes and fake clap after ex Toni makes savage dig about him in live final However, it was the show's first American bombshell Toni and dancer Cach who got the most votes from fans after their rollercoaster journey on the show. Thrilled fans praised the result, with one saying: "I actually feel like I've won the World Cup. This is actually everything to me! "Seeing Megan and Dejon dumped, Angel fourth place, Yas, Shakira and Toni top 3, Toni and Cach win. Suddenly life is feeling real again." Someone else added: "Toni got the last laugh. A win and a nice man to take home. Bet Harrison is gutted. Karma is a b***h." Another added: "Toni being American and winning, iconic!!! And thank you Cach for being so amazing and loving. Well deserved." 4 Every time the camera cut to Maya she could be seen in deep conversation
