Thrills and chills: See the water rides at Dollywood's Splash Country in Pigeon Forge
All these water activities and more are at Dollywood's Splash Country. The award-winning water park is celebrating its 25th season, which also features live music bashes and new food items.
Splash Country has slides, rides, pools and splash pads for all ages. Downbound Float Trip lazy river and a variety of canopies and waterside retreats are available, too, if you want to leave the thrill water rides to the more adventurous folks.
Daily operation for the summer continues through Aug. 10. And then weekend operation begins through Sept. 21, the final day of the water park's season.
Water park hours are 10 a.m-7 p.m. through Aug. 3. Hours then shift to 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Aug. 4 through Sept. 21.
Splash Country tickets start at $54.95 for one-day admission.
A meal and drink can be included in the ticket price for an additional $5, and a meal, drink and snack can be included for an additional $10. Multiday passes and Dollywood/Splash Country combo deals are available, too.

'There were several cars in the area also that the AirPods were pinging to in that area also. After further investigation, a silver (redacted), which had traveled into zone 5 was moving at the same time as the tracking on the AirPods.' The death was announced to the public through a collaborative post on Instagram by Gibson's account with their wife, Megan Falley, and their friend, Stef Willen. "Andrea Gibson died in their home surrounded by their wife, Meg, four ex-girlfriends, their mother and father, dozens of friends and their three beloved dogs," an excerpt read. "Andrea would want you to know that they got their wish. In the end, their heart was covered in stretch marks." Tributes were written in the comment section and throughout social media from friends, fans, poets and queer artists. Many said that Gibson's words had changed their lives and helped them learn to love themselves. Plus, people who were battling cancer and other terminal illnesses said Gibson made them less afraid of death by reminding them that we never really leave the ones we love. One of the queer artists who paid tribute to the late poet includes Oscar winner and actress Ariana DeBose.
