TV reality star embraces natural grey hair in new makeover - can you guess who it is?
Usually seen with much darker hair, she admitted that after battling against it with dyes she has now decided to 'work with it.'
She first appeared on screens in 2023 when she tied-the-knot with a stranger on Married At First Sight.
Sharing an update to Instagram this week, she showed off her new look and explained: '24 hours getting used to my new hair eeek!! swipe all the way to the end for the before.
'This is my reality I have sooo many greys so I'm really trying to work with it & not against it.
'We decided to go for the chop to get rid of the warmth & go more ashy then leaving my greys to blend.'
She concluded: 'It's taking me a while to get used to because I've never been this short or cool toned before but I love my little grey bits at the front sparkling through! xoxo'
It's MAFS star Shona Manderson!
Shona originally tied the knot with Brad Skelly on the reality TV show before moving on with 2024 cast member Matt Pilmoor.
Earlier this year, she became 'engaged' to her boyfriend Matt after just 16 months of dating.
He had originally married Adrienne Naylor on the E4 show, but when their respective romances both ended it led to a surprise union.
And as both the 2023 and 2024 cast came together for a special reunion episode in February, Matt surprised Shona with a special promise ring.
Taking to Instagram to show off the sparkly diamond ring, Shona joked she was 'semi-engaged'.
She gushed: 'I said yes!!! I'm semi engaged to @mattpilmoor hehe love my promise ring such a cute way to end our journey on MAFS. '
Sharing an update to Instagram this week, she showed off her new look and explained: '24 hours getting used to my new hair eeek!! swipe all the way to the end for the before'
Shona added: 'Matty wanted to do something cute for me his speech was sooo special & emotional but obviously you couldn't see it all so I've left it @here for you guys.'
She added: 'Never stop believing in love!! Love you all xxxx'.
Shona also shared a snap of Matt's speech in full, which began: 'Where do I begin, 1 year and 4 months ago we met for the first tie within a whirlwind of a journey, infact where we met is where we are standing right now, on a crazy show called Married at First Sight.'
Explaining his reasons for the semi proposal he continued: 'Shona, I want to show how committed I am with this ring, and to promise you an amazing future with lots of fun, travelling and making memories.
'We never had a wedding during the experiment so please take this as a vow that one day in the near future you will be my wife, and the gorgeous mother of my children.
'You genuinely are my world and I cannot wait for our next chapter. Shona, I love you'.
Back in December 2023 the couple revealed they 'definitely wanted to get married' and have children together as they opened up about their relationship after just two months of dating.
Speaking in an interview with OK! Magazine, Matt and Shona said they would like to get married in the UK so their family can attend and have an 'amazing honeymoon in Bali'.
Matt said: 'We definitely want to get married. Getting married abroad would be lovely but logically we would do it in the UK for family coming. We do need money so there will be no ring anytime soon!
Shona added: 'But I would love to propose at some point. Let's see how the next year goes in terms of finances but it's definitely on the cards!'
'Yeah we've spoken about getting married. Matt has said he will wear a kilt because my family are Scottish. We've spoken about engagement rings, we just need the money first.'
The couple went on to say that they are also on the 'same page with kids' and are hoping to have two.
Shona continued: 'I want two kids. I'm 32 next year so I definitely want babies in the next few years. It's mental but when you know, you know, and it just works. And it can move at a healthy pace. I don't even feel scared about anything.'
T he couple confirmed their relationship in November 2023 after going on separate journeys on Married At First Sight.

The Sun revealed how Hollyoaks Later is returning as part of the soap's 30th anniversary. A one-off episode will air in autumn as part of the month-long celebrations. Here is a look at some of the spin-off's most shocking moments from over the years. Parachute death 9 Sarah Barnes died in horrific, dramatic circumstances Credit: Channel 4 Viewers were left gobsmacked by Sarah Barnes' death in 2009 - which occurred in dramatic circumstances. Sarah (Loui Batley), along with her girlfriend Lydia (Lydia Kelly) and past flame Zoe (Zoe Carpenter), all went skydiving. But Lydia's jealousy took over, as she used a knife to sabotage one of the parachutes. Although she intended Zoe to use it, the three got mixed up leaving Lydia with no idea as to who had the faulty parachute. Rather than intervene, the three took to the skies - and Sarah ultimately plunged thousands of feet to her death. Although Mick survived the fall, Brendan's rival Simon Walker (Neil Newbon) intervened to finish the job. Unaware of this - and wanting to avoid any responsibility for the crime - Brendan got to work on dismembering Mick's corpse.
