
Eve Air Mobility announces up to $15.8m. FINEP grant
SAO PAULO, BRAZIL – Eve Air Mobility announced that it has been selected in a public call by FINEP, Brazil's Funding Authority for Studies and Projects, to receive a grant of up to $15.8 million1. The total project investment amount is up to $33.8 million2, combining the FINEP grant with Eve's required company contribution. This is the first grant (non-repayable funding) awarded to Eve, reinforcing the company's leadership in developing innovative solutions for sustainable urban air mobility.
The grant, awarded under FINEP's public selection for 'Technologies for More Sustainable Aviation', is aligned with the strategic focus areas defined by the call, such as autonomous flight systems, advanced energy storage, hybrid-electric and hydrogen propulsion, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) testing, noise reduction, efficient aircraft configurations, new materials, and advanced air traffic management systems for advanced air mobility (AAM). Eve's project will prioritize the areas most relevant to its innovation roadmap.

Embraer expects demand for 10,500 sub-150-seat jets and turboprops within the next 20 years for the market in general. Value of new orders is US$680 billion. SAO JOSE DOS CAMPOS, BRAZIL – Embraer has published Market Outlook 2025, its annual 20-year forecast for commercial aircraft deliveries in the sub-150-seat category. The report was released in advance of the Paris Air Show next week. Market Outlook 2025 estimates 10,500 orders for new jets and turboprops through 2044. It also presents analyses of global influences and trends in seven world regions that impact the demand for new aircraft. Because of its growing prominence in commercial aviation, statistics for China are detailed separately in this year's Market Outlook for the first time. The document also analyzes demand for cargo aircraft, including a forecast for passenger-to-freighter conversions. The overall forecast for the number of new sub-150-seat aircraft remains almost unchanged from Embraer's previous estimate. Arjan Meijer, Embraer President and CEO of Commercial Aviation, attributes the consistency of the estimate to the longevity of social, supply chain, and geopolitical trends Embraer identified during the pandemic. Embraer to offer Gogo Galileo connectivity for Phenom 300 Jets
Embraer partners with Gogo to offer high-speed Galileo HDX connectivity for Phenom 300 jets, enabling in-flight 4K streaming and video conferencing. SAO PAULO – Embraer will offer the Gogo Galileo HDX connectivity solution for its Phenom 300 aftermarket customers through a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) generated in partnership with Gogo. The installation of the compact half-duplex antenna and one Line Replaceable Unit will allow Embraer business jet owners to enjoy in-flight connectivity with performance that mirrors the best ground-based solutions. Passengers using Gogo's in-flight connectivity can expect performance at the same level they have at home or in the office, with 4K streaming, high-quality video conferencing, online gaming, and large file transfers. Leveraging the Eutelsat OneWeb Low-Earth-Orbit (LEO) satellite network, the Gogo Galileo HDX system offers a unique, reliable, and speedy connectivity solution.
