Jurors send a note
A note has been received from the jury and legal teams are discussing in the courtroom.
Yesterday, jurors sent a note raising an issue with one panel member following instructions, and another asking for clarification on "distribution".
The judge answered the second point today, with a note clarifying it did not have to involve a sale.
Stay with us for an update on the latest note.

'It's going to be all right': Diddy reassures mother in courtroom
We should have sketches from the courtroom soon, but before then we can tell you that Sean "Diddy" Combs is wearing a very similar outfit to yesterday - light trousers and a light sweater.
While the jury deliberates, the parties do not sit in court, but they convened in the courtroom briefly first thing.
Combs turned and waved to his family, and put his hands in prayer. He also blew kisses to his mother, Janice.
On his way out, Combs leaned over to tell her: "Just relax, it's going to be all right, Mom."
He also told her he liked her outfit.

Arrivals at court earlier today
As usual, Sean "Diddy" Combs's mother, Janice, is in court to support him today.
She is a familiar face at the court in Manhattan after attending the trial every day for almost two months now.
Combs's publicist Holly Baird is also in court, along with his legal team.

From raids on home to charges: How did the case unfold?
In March last year, federal agents raided properties owned by Sean "Diddy" Combs in Los Angeles, California, and Miami, Florida, and the charges against him were announced six months later.
But before that, it was the rapper's ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura, known as R&B singer Cassie, who made headline-generating allegations against him .
She filed a lawsuit against Combs in November 2023, alleging sexual abuse, trafficking and violence over the course of 10 years. The civil case was settled the following day - but claims from others, denied by Combs, followed shortly afterwards.
Cassie was one of the alleged victims in this criminal case, and testified at the beginning of the trial.
Track how the case unfolded in this timeline of the allegations and the trial.

Today is the second day of deliberations for the jury in the Sean "Diddy" Combs trial.
After retiring to consider the case yesterday, jurors have spent about five-and-a-half hours in discussions so far.
Here is a reminder of the charges, which Combs has pleaded not guilty to and strenuously denied.
Count 1 - racketeering
Count 2 - sex-trafficking of Cassie Ventura
Count 3 - transporting individuals including but not limited to Cassie Ventura to engage in prostitution
Count 4 - sex-trafficking of Jane*
Count 5 - transporting individuals including but not limited to Jane to engage in prostitution
Jane*, a former girlfriend of Combs's, is not her real name. She testified using a pseudonym.
Jurors must return verdicts of not guilty or guilty for each charge, and analyse the evidence separately for each count.
They are due to start again at about 2pm UK time.
We will bring you updates from the court as soon as we get them.

Court adjourned - jurors sent home for the day
The jury has sent two notes, with the first a question about one of the points made in their instructions on the law and the charges.
The other says they will finish for the day and return for deliberations tomorrow.
After calling jurors back into the courtroom, Judge Arun Subramanian tells them the court will respond to their first request tomorrow.
He tells them to be back before 9am and not to discuss the case with each other or anyone else until then.
"Continue to keep an open mind," he says. "With that I wish you a very pleasant evening."
We'll be back with updates tomorrow.
21:56:20
Jurors send another note
Jurors in the trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs have sent a second note to the judge.
Their first was sent about an hour into deliberations today, saying there were concerns over one juror's ability to follow instructions.
We are awaiting details on what this second note says.
20:38:56
Sketches from the courtroom
There have been no cameras in court throughout this trial - because the trial is being held in a federal court.
So court sketchers have been there to paint a picture of the atmosphere each day.
Artist Jane Rosenberg sketched these images of Sean "Diddy" Combs in the courtroom earlier today.
In the first, he confers with his legal team, while in the second he passes a note to one attorney, Marc Agnifilo.
The final picture shows Judge Arun Subramanian.

Jimmy Swaggart: Pioneer televangelist dies aged 90

Jimmy Swaggart - a pioneer of televangelism in the US - has died aged 90. Last month, the American Pentecostal preacher suffered a cardiac arrest at his home in Louisiana and was taken to a local hospital. His death was announced on Tuesday on his public Facebook page, though no cause of death was given. At one point, Mr Swaggart was the most famous TV evangelist in the US - preaching the word of God to millions of followers at home and abroad. But his vast audience dwindled when he was caught on camera with a prostitute in 1988. Mr Swaggart was serving as a co-pastor of the Family Worship Centre in Baton Rouge when he died. He was born in 1935 - and "after a dramatic salvation experience at the age of eight, felt the call of God on his life." According to his website: "He spent hours reading the Bible, praying, and, after a certain revival meeting, decided to ask God for the talent to play the piano." Mr Swaggart's first album, Some Golden Daybreak, was released in 1958. Since then, 17 million recordings have been sold. The Grammy-nominated pastor took up evangelistic work full-time in 1954 and was ordained by the Assemblies of God in 1961. He preached the gospel on TV for longer than any other American evangelist, according to his ministry's website. The Campmeeting Hour, Mr Swaggart's first radio programme, aired in 1969 - and within five years, the show was broadcasting on 700 radio stations in the US. His career in TV started in 1973 with the 30-minute weekly programme, The Jimmy Swaggart Evangelistic Association Presents Jimmy Swaggart, also known as the Jimmy Swaggart telecast. In 2010, Mr Swaggart launched the SonLife Broadcasting Network (SBN), a 24-hour Christian channel. Prostitute scandals He was defrocked by the Assemblies of God in 1988 after pictures surfaced of him with a prostitute. The pictures were handed in by rival TV evangelist Marvin Gorman, who was also defrocked after Mr Swaggart accused him of "immoral dalliances" in 1986. Following the scandal, Mr Swaggart delivered his famous "I have sinned" speech in front of a congregation of 7,000 in Baton Rouge, where he sobbed and asked for his wife's forgiveness, while falling short of detailing what his sin was. Mr Swaggart carried on as an independent Pentecostal preacher - but in 1991, he was found by police in California in the company of another prostitute after being stopped for a traffic violation.

EXCLUSIVE Pete Davidson reveals shocking family illness while debuting new appearance on stage

Pete Davidson has revealed a family tragedy as he took the stage over the weekend, with the comedian opening up about his complicated feelings around his grandfather's health. The 31-year-old comedian performed at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, on Friday with Jon Stewart and John Mulaney as part of the North to Shore Festival. Pete stepped out on stage with a different look as he revealed his growing facial hair - a beard and mustache, Daily Mail can exclusively reveal. He's normally clean shaven and sporting a hoodie. But, for the show, he wore a navy blue T-shirt, a crewneck sweatshirt, skinny jeans, and a New York Yankees baseball cap. The Saturday Night Live alum shared childhood stories during his set, avoiding talk about his past and current A-list dating life. He's now dating model Elsie Hewitt, who was supporting him backstage during his set. Instead, he spoke about his 'dying' grandfather - his mom Amy Davidson's dad. Pete revealed his growing facial hair - a beard and mustache. His outfit consisted of a navy blue T-shirt on top of a crewneck sweatshirt, skinny jeans and a New York Yankees baseball cap 'He got the lung cancer and I'm not that close with him. I'm close with my dad's dad. I don't like my mom's dad,' he explained to the crowd. The Bupkis star then made the shock allegation: 'He used to beat the s**t out of me and I don't like him very much.' Pete continued his stand up by describing his 81-year-old grandfather: 'He's old school, he's very Irish. You know those old Irish Jews that are so Irish, they're like pink, right? 'His veneers are somehow brown. He's just an old school dude, and he's dying.' Unlike her mom's dad, Pete's other grandfather, from his late father's side, Stephen Davidson, has a close relationship with the actor and the 85-year-old was even featured in his film, The King of Staten Island, back in 2020. He continued: 'I want to be there for my mom. She's sad about it.' He then revealed his hopes for his grandpa's future: 'I'm low key, thrilled. I'm like, die slow motherf**er.' Pete explained that his grandfather has emphysema, a chronic lung disease that makes it difficult to breathe, and told the audience that he hopes his grandpa 'f**king rots.' He added that it's a 'tough' situation because he wants 'to be there' for his mom, but, deep down, he's 'so stoked' about his grandfather's impending death. 'I don't want to be rude to my mom. I think I have the best mom in the world. I'm very, very lucky. So I've been trying to remember a good time that me and my grandpa had so I could hold onto it,' he said. The SNL alum went on to share a childhood story with the crowd to touch base on a 'few positive experiences' he's had with his grandfather growing up, including an inside joke they shared about their enjoyment over a popular online entertainer, 'cake fart girl.' He ended his story reiterating that his grandfather is 'going to die soon.' A source close to Pete told Daily Mail, 'Pete loves his family and like most family dynamics, his is just as complicated. 'He normally opens up about his upbringing during his standup and like all comedians, he pushes boundaries. This joke, specifically, was made in jest.' Pete suffered a well-known tragedy in the past when his father, Scott Davidson, died during the horrific September 11th attacks as he was working as a FDNY firefighter. Pete recently told People that he had a 'really sh**ty childhood' and the 'worst thing that ever could have happened' to him was when he was seven years old and his father died. He said, 'At the end of the day, it's like your family matters and your two or three friends that you have matter. 'Everybody else can go f**k themselves,' he added, 'And you don't have to put all this pressure on yourself.' Pete's change to his appearance comes after he revealed he had removed his sleeves of tattoos - a long process which he has undertaken over the last few years. As of April, he revealed he's made significant progress after spending over $200,000 on the procedure, with most of his head, neck, and arms largely cleared of tattoos. According to the comedian, he decided to remove the ink because his tattoos reminded him of a 'sad person' and a bad time in his life. 'I used to be a drug addict, and I was a sad person, and I felt ugly and that I needed to be covered up,' he previously confessed to Variety. 'And I don't think there's anything wrong with tattoos, but mine, when I look at them, I remember a sad person that was very unsure. 'So I'm just removing them and starting fresh because that's what I think works best for me and for my brain. When I look in the mirror, I don't want the reminder of "Oh yeah, you were a f**king drug addict. Like, that's why you have SpongeBob smoking a joint on your back." They should have meaning.' In July 2024, he checked into a wellness facility to seek mental health treatment. While not much was revealed at the time, he admitted to still using marijuana, after quitting both cocaine and ketamine use, shortly before he entered treatment. He appears to be doing well after starting a new relationship with Elsie, a 29-year-old model who has shared rare photos of the two of them together on social media. The pair made their red carpet debut in New York City last month at the 13th Annual Blossom Ball, where Elsie was open about her fight with endometriosis. The outspoken 'endo warrior' told Daily Mail that she was feeling much better after undergoing treatment for the condition that causes severe pain in the pelvis area. 'I feel so much better it's actually insane,' she said before gushing about how Pete takes 'very good' care of her. 'He has all the heating pads, all the water bottles ready to go, feeds me. It's very sweet.' She added that she and Pete are 'very happy' together and that she felt 'really lucky that he came out and wanted to support.' She added, 'I know this is important to him; it's super important to me, so I feel very lucky.' The couple is now living together, according to TMZ. A source revealed that the lovebirds are balancing time between Davidson's home in upstate New York and a Brooklyn brownstone they're renting.
