Amanda Holden serves her riskiest look yet as she shows collagen drink results
Amanda Holden doesn't exactly shy away from a risky look, but we do think her latest 'tenniscore' ensemble might take the biscuit for her most revealing outfit yet. Posing for new social media snaps in head-to-toe tennis gear – and timed perfectly for Wimbledon week – the 54 year old gets cheeky by exposing her bum for the camera in a pose seemingly inspired by the 1970s Athena 'Tennis Girl' poster.
However, what we wanted to know was just how she manages to keep her enviable derriere so...pert. We didn't have to look far for the answer, since Amanda's bum-flashing post was to promote her go-to anti-ageing supplement, Revive Collagen's Enhanced Plus - Hydrolysed Marine Collagen Drink.
Though the supplement promises big 'lifting' claims, we don't think they necessarily had Amanda's bum in mind when they were writing up its effects. But, considering the collagen-infused gel, which needs to be consumed daily for best results, works to boost general skin elasticity, it's fair to assume Amanda is seeing full-body effects from taking it.
You can pick up a 14-day subscription to the Marine Collagen Drink for £35.69 or invest in a monthly subscription, which works out at £2.31 per day – less than the cost of your morning latte. So, if you've been looking for a kick to start your collagen journey, let Amanda's bum serve as your inspiration.
If you're sceptical about whether or not ingestible collagen can have any long-term positive effects on your skin, there's now plenty of research to suggest that it does. Though, it shouldn't be lauded as a 'miracle' solution to wrinkles.
Clinical facialist Kate Kerr explains: 'Collagen works from the inside out, supporting skin hydration, elasticity and texture, while providing the building blocks your skin needs to regenerate effectively. What makes collagen such a powerful companion skincare and clinic treatment is its ability to 'switch on' fibroblasts—the skin's own collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid factories. When your skin is well-supported internally, it's primed to respond more efficiently to treatments, often leading to stronger results and faster recovery.
"I often describe collagen as a behind-the-scenes booster: not a replacement for skincare or professional treatments, but a potent enhancer that elevates everything else you're doing. Clients frequently notice additional benefits too, like stronger nails and glossier hair, which makes it a brilliant all-rounder.'
It's thought the best kind of collagen to take is hydrolysed collagen peptides (bovine or marine). These are broken down into small units that your body can absorb more easily. It's true that not all collagen supplements are created equal, and some won't give you any visible effects. Avoid supplements with vague ingredient lists like 'collagen complex' or 'beauty matrix', and those with only trace amounts (500 mg or less), as this is too low to have an effect.
If you're looking for an alternative to Amanda's go-to Revive Collagen drink, we also love Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Powder, now £22.49 for a tub, which can easily be added to drinks and smoothies.

Britain's Got Talent judge quits panel as huge star 'in talks' to take over iconic gig
A Britain's Got Talent judge has reportedly sensationally quit the iconic ITV talent show. Bruno Tonioli has reportedly decided to step away from the show after just two series on the judging panel. It has been reported that newcomer KSI is the star who is in talks to become Bruno's permanent replacement. Rumours had circulated that the Italian TV personality may find it impossible to film the next series of the show with his commitment to filming Dancing with the Stars in America - with both reportedly taking place this autumn. However, Bruno has now officially quit the ITV show, according to insiders. Bruno, 69, joined the judging panel in 2023 following David Walliams ' departure. He quickly became a fan favourite as he joined Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, and Alesha Dixon on the iconic panel. Despite Simon's efforts to keep him on the show, Bruno's ongoing commitments to Dancing With The Stars has reportedly now made it impossible for him to continue on the show. A show insider confirmed the news to The Sun, as they stated: 'Bruno has officially quit Britain's Got Talent and they are hoping that KSI will replace him. "He absolutely loved being on the panel with Simon, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden but Bruno just can't juggle his schedule with filming. There is no bad blood and Bruno is leaving with a smile on his face.' Earlier this week, rumours had circulated about Bruno quitting the show as a source said: "The filming schedule in 2024 meant that Bruno could get away with not being present for filming one week of auditions. "But it would be virtually impossible for him to miss two weeks, because in the final edit, that equates to half the episodes in the new three-month run of BGT, which will air from February of 2026." They added that there is "absolutely no ill feeling about the situation" and that it is purely down to difficult schedules. The Mirror understands that conversations around this year's BGT line-up are still underway. Rapper and internet personality KSI is currently tipped to replace Bruno if he leaves, with the rapper having filled in for the ex Strictly star on a number of occasions in the last series. He proved to be a massive hit with viewers when he joined the panel for BGT's Blackpool auditions and went on to appear at the live semi-finals. Meanwhile, comedian Alan Carr is also reportedly in the running, having previously revealed that he was originally in talks to take over from David Walliams. Back in 2023, the long-standing friend of Amanda Holden revealed that the show had told him that he would be joining BGT before later confirming that Bruno had landed the role. "I don't really know what went on. It was that awful thing of people saying I was devastated. I was on the set of my sitcom, which I wrote and I'm producing, so I was not devastated about not being on BGT," he said. He added that he later saw Simon Cowell at a party held by Amanda Holden and joked about missing out on the judging role, to which Simon replied: "That's showbizness." The Mirror has approached a Britain's Got Talent spokesperson for comment on this story.

Tennis star tells fans to slide into Instagram DMs if they want to date her
Tennis star Leylah Fernandez has told fans to directly message her on Instagram if they wish to take the 22-year-old Canadian player on a date. Fernandez, currently ranked world No.36, says she is 'not a big fan of dating apps' and has encouraged her followers to slide into her DMs. The 2021 US Open finalist has landed three trophies on the WTA Tour to date, winning the Monterrey Open twice as well as the Hong Kong Open. Fernandez has earned a total of $6,550,409 in prize money and also reached the final of the Eastbourne International in the UK last year. Her career-high ranking so far is world No.13 and she played a huge role in Canada's first-ever Billie Jean King Cup triumph in 2023. The singleton is seeking a romantic partner – and has offered fans the chance to take her out on a date in her home town of Montreal when the Canadian Open gets underway from July 28 to August 4. Speaking in a video on her Instagram page, Fernandez said: 'Hey guys. You know what I really wanna do that I haven't done is going on a date. 'I'm not a big fan of dating apps so I'm actually going to do things my own way. 'I'm going to go on one date for one hour in Montreal. So if you want to be my date, DM me, let me know about yourself and see you there. See ya!' In her Instagram caption, Fernandez wrote: 'This will be fun, right? This isn't a joke. Fernandez is currently getting ready for the fourth Grand Slam tournament of the year – the US Open – which gets underway in New York next month. She was a runner-up at Flushing Meadows four years ago, missing out on the title to British star Emma Raducanu. Speaking in her on-court interview after her victory against world No.4 Pegula, Fernandez said: 'In the beginning of the third set, I didn't [make] many adjustments. More Trending 'When I went to wipe off some sweat, my coach was telling me to stay positive, to think of something positive, to switch the mentality. It helped.' Meanwhile, Raducanu is also in action at the Washington Open and conjured up an impressive win over Japan's Naomi Osaka on Thursday. Raducanu defeated the four-time Grand Slam champion 6-4 6-2 to set up a quarter-final showdown with Greek star Maria Sakkari.
