Furthermore, the daily soap actresses Anjuum Fakiih and Aishwarya Khare who have worked with the channel in the past are earning around ₹8–10 lakhs weekly.
"Anita and Krishna were given moo maangi paycheck. The other cast members are below 5 lakhs," a source close to the production shares.
Anita Hassanandani—famous for shows like Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and Naagin—embraced the project as a way to 'reconnect with Indian roots,' marking a bold shift from her glamorous TV persona.
Aishwarya Khare, previously seen in Bhagya Lakshmi, echoed the emotional draw, calling it an opportunity to be 'raw and real' beyond her scripted image. Anjuum has played a part in Kundali Bhagya while Krishna Shroff made her TV debut with Khatron Ke Khiladi.
The series, hosted by Rannvijay Singha, thrusts 11 urban celebs into village life for about 60 days—no gadgets, no glam, just raw rural survival challenges. The rest of the confirmed lineup includes Dolly Javed, Sumukhi Suresh, twin duo Surabhi Mehra & Samriddhi Mehra, Reha Sukheja, Rameet Sandhu, and others.
While specific figures for the remaining stars haven't been officially disclosed, industry insiders suggest pay scales taper somewhat below the top tier—likely in the lower single‑digit lakhs per week—because top celebrities typically command the highest remuneration, with others earning less based on fame and screen time.

Raftaar's Haldi Video Is Here After 6 Months. Fans Say ‘Worth The Wait'
Last Updated: Raftaar and his wife were seen enjoying themselves to the fullest with their family and friends. Rapper Raftaar, born Dilin Nair, tied the knot with fashion stylist and actress Manraj Jawanda earlier this year on January 31 in the presence of their close friends and family members. Their wedding ceremony beautifully honoured both their cultural backgrounds. Sikh customs and Kerala's tranquil wedding style were combined such that it gave off a full 2 States wedding vibe. Now, six months into their marriage, the rapper gave his fans a glimpse into his fun haldi ceremony, a pre-wedding ritual in Indian weddings. Taking to his Instagram account on July 30, he shared the wholesome video packed with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. The video opened with the rapper, fully covered in haldi (turmeric paste), grinning at the camera and telling, 'I really wanna have a bath though. But this is love, and I really love it!" Then, the background score starts playing. The song Ban Titli from Nawazuddin Siddiqui's film Manto perfectly sets the mood, and Raftaar's wife, wearing a white sharara set paired with a yellow dupatta, is seen dancing around, just like a butterfly mentioned in the track. Some close-up shots also captured candid moments of the then-bride-to-be, showing her makeup and her mehendi. The Haldi Ceremony BTS At one point, Raftaar and Manraj were seen making an entry, smiling ear-to-ear. In the clip, his wife mentioned, 'He goes out of his comfort zone for me." To which, the rapper cheekily quipped, 'Like this, right now," pointing out the shoot they were doing. He also hilariously added, 'Bhai uski kamar bohot upar hai, mera khaandaan uncha hone wala hai (Bro, her waist his really high, my family is going to get taller)," leaving her in splits. The fun did not end there. The two were seen dancing their hearts out with their near and dear ones, as well as enjoying the ceremony to the fullest. In the video, Raftaar was also seen showering love seemingly on Manraj's grandmother by embracing her in a warm hug. Towards the end of the clip, their family and friends showered flower petals on them and covered the couple with haldi while some even tried to tear Raftaar's kurta. A few more dance moves, a heartwarming family moment, and a sweet kiss wrapped up the fun-filled haldi video of Raftaar and Manraj. In the caption of the post, the rapper wrote, 'Ashirwaad banaye rakhna. Love from NAIRs and JAWANDAs." View this post on Instagram A post shared by RAFTAAЯ (@raftaarmusic) Internet Reacts To Raftaar And Manraj's Wholesome Haldi Video Many of Raftaar's industry friends and colleagues, along with his fans, showered love on the video.
