NBA star files for new restraining order against stunning mother of his two children

Daily Mail4 days ago

NBA star Dillon Brooks has filed for a new restraining order against the mother of his two children and alleged that she threatened to 'cut off' his fingers.
Phoenix Suns star Brooks filed the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against Heather Andrews in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon.
In the file seen by Daily Mail, Brooks alleged that Andrews - who is the mother to their two children aged five and two - had hacked into his social media accounts, destroyed his belongings and threatened to jeopardize his basketball career.
The file shows that Brooks already had a restraining order against Andrews in place, which began in November 2024 and runs until the end of this month.
Brooks claimed that he initially met Andrews back in a Las Vegas nightclub in 2018. He alleged that, after a brief period of dating, she became pregnant.
He claims in the court paper that he was not informed directly about the pregnancy but, rather, found out via a social media post of a sonogram from Andrews.
He asserts in the court paper that the harassment began shortly after she fell pregnant and that Andrews would send 'upwards of 100 messages' if he was not attentive on his phone.
Brooks also claimed that Andrews would text him from 'burner phone numbers' in order to get his attention.
After this period, Brooks claims that Andrews visited him in Toronto, apologized for her behavior and 'acted like a completely different person'.
He later alleged that the change in attitude was just a 'rouse to get pregnant yet again' and part of the manipulation which he claims to have suffered in the court paper.
Shortly after that, Andrews fell pregnant with Brooks' child again and, in his file, he claimed that quickly she became 'more aggressive and threatening' again.
Text message screenshots included in the file, which Brooks alleged were sent by Andrews, read: 'I'll habe [sic] someone cut each one of your f***ing little fingers off one by one.
'So you can never play basketball LOL... And actually now I understand why people are racist.'
Brooks also reportedly alleged that Andrews had made threats regarding his mother. He claimed she wrote: 'I'll send someone after your mom to [sic] b***h.'
In a string of other horrific screenshots in the file, Brooks claimed that Andrews wrote: 'I really would consider not moving in that f***ing house because you're going to be at risk living there. I'll f*** that condo up too I'd change the locks if I were you'.
He also alleged that Andrews 'vandalized' his house in Memphis after discovering that Brooks was dating another woman. He attached pictures of apparent vandalism inside the home. 'You Suck B***h' was written across one of the walls.
Another text message screenshot included in the file, allegedly from Andrews, read: 'Got into your city national bank acct [sic] too lol. Want to see a real scam?
'I'll transfer money out your account into mine and say you did it'.
In one of the most recent episodes of alleged harassment, Brooks alleged in the court document that Andrews had gained access to a co-parenting app and sent a 'criminal threat' message to herself.
The alleged forged message read: 'Yo you're out your mind messaging me. I told you Mirna and I have a relationship. I don't give f*** about Mila and Luna or woulda been message you about this stuff.
'If you keep emailing or text it's going to be problems. I'll send someone to your crib to do something there will be no mom left. Mirna not scared she got the right people to come and f*** you up'.
The name Mirna refers to an Instagram model - Mirna Habib - who Brooks has reportedly been dating in recent months.
The NBA star also shared images of alleged vandalism from Andrews on his property
Another screenshot allegedly showed Andrews threatening to take money from his bank account
The file includes an alleged letter from the co-parenting app, OurFamilyWizard, which claimed 'an unauthorized individual(s) gained access' to his account.
Brooks also claims in the court paper that Andrews had 'gained unauthorized access to my Apple iCloud account' and had boasted about her 'hacking' abilities.
It's reported that, less than a year ago, Andrews obtained her own TRO against Brooks after alleging he had threatened her.

The family of five braced for the chilly weather as they bundled up in puffer jackets and scarves for the outing Max, 16, also opted for a cosy, comfortable fit with black Adidas trackies and a matching Ralph Lauren puffer jacket. His sibling Henri Thynne recently made headlines after he pleaded guilty to a series of domestic violence offences against his ex-girlfriend in June. The brother admitted to charges including common assault, stalking and two counts of strangulation in the Brisbane District Court, where a judge described him as a 'menace'. Max, Tammy and her three kids enjoyed a well-deserved break from life in Australia as they explored the quaint Queenstown neighbourhood, chatting, laughing and taking in their surroundings. The social media star was ever the doting mum as she walked hand-in-hand with her youngest daughter Posy and led the family to the sights. Tammy has been actively documenting her trip to New Zealand on social media after news broke of her split from husband Matt. The pair are headed for divorce after just seven months of marriage, and the social media star jetted off to the South Island to rest and recuperate in the wake of the announcement. Despite her heartache, Tammy has very much been in mum mode as she enjoys the idyllic getaway with her children. On Saturday, she posted a series of images and clips showing herself and her three children living it up in Queenstown. The family were getting into the festive spirit early, celebrating a whimsical Christmas in July. Tammy, rugged up in a fleecy jumper, with her midriff exposed, posed happily with her brood in front of a wintry scene dotted with festive candy canes and large, illuminated Christmas presents. Another photo showed the influencer posing in front of the same scene, hugging her three children tight. There was also time for some sweet shopping too, with another shot showing her youngsters staring in wonderment through a local Queenstown candy shop window. It wouldn't be a winter escape without some skiing, and Tammy also shared a short clip of her flaunting her style on the slopes. 'Christmas in July because who doesn't love a lil winter Christmas magic?' Tammy captioned the sweet snaps. 'When I tell you my soul NEEDED thissss. Forever my favourite holiday. 'A reminder of warmth, family, the magic of slowing down & the joy that lives in the littlest moments. The cosiest first night in NZ w my babies!!' Tammy announced her shock split from Matt a week ago in an emotional video. Despite their short-lived marriage, both parties have asked for privacy as they adjust to life post-breakup.

Sniper starts fire then kills two firefighters in 'total ambush'

A sniper started a fire and then killed two firefighters he had lured to the scene in Idaho, a local sheriff has said. A third firefighter underwent surgery after being wounded, Bob Norris, the sheriff of Kootenai County, said. "We do believe that the suspect started the fire," Mr Norris told a news conference. "This was a total ambush. These firefighters did not have a chance." Officers said they were "taking sniper fire" near the city of Coeur d'Alene on Sunday afternoon, with crews responding to a fire at Canfield Mountain. Mr Norris said the gunman had used high-powered sporting rifles to fire rapidly at first responders. The ambush continued for several hours. The shooter was described as being in an area with "heavy brush" and "well prepared and blending in" with his surroundings. Initially it was unclear how many perpetrators were involved. More than 300 officers from city, county, state and federal levels responded. Two helicopters were deployed with snipers onboard. Sheriff Norris said he instructed his deputies to fire back. Speaking while the attack was ongoing, Mr Norris said: "I'm hoping that somebody has a clear shot and is able to neutralise, because they're not at this point in time showing any evidence of wanting to surrender." First responders could be heard making urgent calls for help on their radios: "Everybody's shot up here... send law enforcement now," one dispatch said. Later, the sheriff's office said members of a "SWAT team located a deceased male on Canfield Mountain", adding that a "firearm was found nearby". It is unclear whether the gunman was hit and killed or if he killed himself. Mr Norris said officers were working to identify the suspect, while a motive is not yet known. Officers were likely to find more guns at the scene on Monday once the fire was extinguished, he said, but did not provide more details on weapons already recovered. Governor Brad Little said "multiple" firefighters were attacked. "This is a heinous direct assault on our brave firefighters," he said on X. "I ask all Idahoans to pray for them and their families as we wait to learn more." The president of the International Association of Firefighters, Edward Kelly, said on social media that firefighters were "ambushed in a heinous act of violence", adding: "Two of our brothers were killed by a sniper, and a third brother remains in surgery." The FBI sent technical teams and tactical support to the scene, deputy director Dan Bongino said. The Idaho House Republican Leadership said in a statement: "We are horrified by the murder of two firefighters in Coeur d'Alene, and shocked by such a vicious attack on our first responders. We are praying for them, the injured, their families and their colleagues."
