Bratz and Jean-Paul Gaultier launch limited-edition collector doll
Bratz has teamed up with fashion house Jean-Paul Gaultier to launch a limited-edition designer doll collaboration.
Launching July 2, the Bratz x Jean Paul Gaultier limited-edition collector doll blends Bratz's signature style with Jean-Paul Gaultier's fashion legacy.
Sasha, the doll featured in the collaboration, debuts in two haute couture-inspired looks. Her first ensemble reimagines one of Gaultier's archival designs—a sculptural pink velvet bustier dress paired with a metallic 'Gaultier' chain belt and black patent cleated heels. Her second look, drawn from Gaultier's ready-to-wear collection, channels punk-meets-nautical chic with a marinière crop top, pleated tartan mini skirt with buckle details, and a white sailor hat.
'This exclusive collaboration celebrates two icons of nonconformity, creating a collector's piece where Bratz meets the world of Jean Paul Gaultier,' said the house of Jean-Paul Gaultier. 'Spectacular, avant- garde and outrageously iconic, Bratz x Jean Paul Gaultier is designed for true 'enfants terribles' only.'
The collectible also includes accessories such as a mini Bratz x Gaultier fashion magazine and signature Gaultier fragrance bottle, all packaged in a custom-designed box featuring a branded safety pin handle and a surprise fold-out display.
'Bratz has always celebrated radical self-expression through fashion,' added Jasmin Larian-Hekmat, Bratz creative director. 'Partnering with an icon like Jean Paul Gaultier, who has consistently challenged norms and redefined style for decades, is a testament to Bratz's enduring place in the fashion sphere. This is Bratz at its boldest and most unforgettable.'
The Bratz x Jean0-Paul Gaultier collector doll will be available for $150, sold exclusively online via Bratz and Jean-Paul Gaultier, respectively. A limited run of 100 ultra-exclusive collector's edition dolls, numbered and housed in metallic packaging, will also be available for $250, only via Bratz.

A fake wedding at Disneyland, but a real pedophile fantasy
In the amateur video, the pink hues of a June dawn bathe the Sleeping Beauty Castle, the symbol of Disneyland Paris in Marne-la-Vallée, outside Paris. The longest day of the year, June 21, had just begun. It was 5 am. An assistant, dressed up and wearing a "Margot and Jack" bracelet, bustled around white, padded chairs. Flowers lined the aisle leading to the altar. A string quartet in gowns played. There was even a cake replica of the iconic Disney castle. The kitschy décor of this American-style wedding was shattered by the appearance of the would-be "groom," a 39-year-old "professionally made up to look completely different from himself," according to a statement from Jean-Baptiste Bladier, the prosecutor investigating the case, and by the 9-year-old girl, a Ukrainian national who had arrived in France two days earlier, and with whom the man was simulating a wedding. Surprised by what he saw, a 55-year-old Latvian man, paid €12,000 to play a role in the ceremony, alerted Disneyland Paris security, who in turn notified police at the Chessy station. Officers arrived on the scene and discovered a scene that the psychologist and researcher Nicolas Estano, of the Resource Center for Professionals Working with Sex Offenders at Ville Evrard Hospital, compared to a "pedophile fantasy."
