Skincare deal saves shoppers £181 on three luxury products
Many beauty enthusiasts dream of having a luxurious skincare routine, but the price tag can be off-putting. With that in mind, I've tracked down a great deal on a beauty box reduced to £99 from £280, saving shoppers a massive £181.
The Avant Gift Box is a curated trio of the brand's most-loved formulas: the Supreme Hyaluronic Acid Anti-oxidising DUO Moisturiser (50ml), Deluxe Hyaluronic Acid Vivifying Face & Eye Night Cream (50ml), and the Moisture Surge Overnight Treatment (50ml). Bought individually, the three products cost nearly three times the bundle price, essentially giving shoppers two full-size products for free.
User reviews back them up, too. One person said: "This is now my favourite skin care range. I'm very pleased with my latest. There are lots of lovely day and night moisturisers. I would highly recommend it. It is a bit expensive, but you need very little to give your skin a good drink."
Moving on to the products themselves, the DUO Moisturiser is infused with hyaluronic acid to deeply hydrate and plump the skin, leaving it looking radiant and refreshed. The Night Cream also features hyaluronic acid and targets a range of concerns, including enlarged pores, fine lines, and dullness, while you sleep.
The final product in the trio, the Overnight Treatment, is a deeply moisturising mask designed to (you guessed it) lock in moisture and help skin recover overnight.
Of course, there are many more beauty boxes to try. Boots has a wealth of bundles to enjoy, including the Fresh Faced Favourites Skincare Edit Set (£29.99), which features brands such as BYOMA, Pixi, and The Inkey List.
I'm also a big fan of LookFantastic's offerings. The beauty superstore's Summer Heroes Edit (£45) is worth over £150, with treats from ESPA, Sol de Janeiro and Color Wow.
As mentioned, though, Avant Skincare has received some great reviews. One fan said: "Fantastic. I noticed a big difference in my skin. I definitely recommend it."
Another described it as: "The ultimate gift for anyone who wants to pamper their skin with high-quality products." And a third person piped up: "100% must - the perfect collection. Feels phenomenal, no reaction, and smells beautiful."
However, the products inside may not be suitable for everyone. This user said: "I have sensitive skin and I would appreciate if there was an option for unscented products."
Saying that, this buyer piped up: "If you're looking for a bit more of a luxurious gift, I highly recommend this gift box. It's beautifully presented too."

I'm 52 but look DECADES younger – I avoid too much makeup, ‘trashy' ripped jeans & a crucial mistake my mum always made

Nerys Middleton, 52, says people often assume she's in her early 30s – and believes it's partly down to her long locks and youthful outlook on life. 'People tell me they think I'm in my 30s because of the way I am,' the fashion influencer, from North Wales, told What's The Jam. 'I hang around with people in their 30s, so they talk about what 30‑year‑olds talk about, like Love Island. 'I say to my older friends, 'Have you watched Love Island?' and they're like, 'God no, I wouldn't watch that.' read more on beauty PRICE TO PAY Katie's weight-reveal is sick - posts like this triggered my eating disorder 'It's just little things like that. 'People also tell me I'm too old to have long hair, but when you look at people like Cindy Crawford, they all still have long hair, haven't they? 'As long as it's healthy and you look after it, there's no reason it can't be longer over 50. 'Cutting it short is an old‑fashioned thing my mum did.' Nerys says she spends about £400 a month on vitamins, skincare and beauty treatments – and sees it as part of maintaining her health and confidence. The mum ensures she uses retinol and vitamin C treatments alongside CO2 laser facials and hydrofacials every few months. I'm 50 next year & don't have a single wrinkle thanks to a product from Boots or TikTok shop - I've never had Botox She's also been getting Botox in her forehead since she was 29, wears SPF 50 every single day and doesn't drink or smoke. But Nerys says keeping a younger mindset is the most important part of maintaining her youthful looks. She said: 'Mostly it's my mindset. I think if you think old, you become old. 'If you start thinking, 'Oh God, my back's aching, my legs are aching,' you start dressing old, you start acting old. 'I think it helps if you have younger friends. 'Most of my friends I met through work are younger than me and we get on because I have a young mindset. 'My older friends are all married and settled – a bit fuddy-duddy. 'I spend a lot of time with young friends. We go on holidays, we go clubbing in Budapest. 'I wouldn't go away with people my own age; they don't like going out and partying. 'I think it's not just about looks, it's how you act. Because I've got younger friends, we talk about younger things and I spend a lot of time with them. Three hair mistakes that are making you look older THERE are some hair mistakes to avoid if you don't want to make yourself look older than you actually are: One dimensional hair colour - it's a good idea to visit a hairdresser to get your colour done. Using a box dye can leave you with one block colour, so steer clear. it's a good idea to visit a hairdresser to get your colour done. Using a box dye can leave you with one block colour, so steer clear. Hair that's too dark around the hairline - "Add softer, lighter tones and shades around the sides of the face to bring lift and life to your eyes; too dark a colour will do the opposite and feel very gaunt and dreary," Jack Howard, UK colour spokesperson for L'Oreal, said. Sticking to the hair colour of your youth - While you might have looked good with jet black hair in your 20s, the same may not be said now you're in your 50s. The general rule is that your hair colour should lighten with age, just as your skin tone does. 'My older friends talk about what they're crocheting.' Nerys says she also religiously stays out of the sun, doesn't drink alcohol and steers clear of junk food – all in order to feel and look her best. Style-wise, she avoids florals, ripped jeans or anything that feels like she's 'trying too hard'. The mum said: 'It stems down to clothes and things like that. 'Try and keep make-up to a minimum and see what trends are out there; see what other women are wearing. 'But don't follow like a sheep – try and think of trends yourself. 'I stay away from anything floral unless you have a really young face. 'Stay away from ripped jeans and ethnic shorts because they make you look like you're trying too hard. 'It's the balance in between. You can either look frumpy or look trashy. 'I'm trying to tell people about this balance that's in the middle that can make you look classy, sophisticated and young. 'It annoys me when people say, 'You don't look 52' and I think, no, I shouldn't – I work hard to look the way I do. You have to.'

Boots fans who spend £35 get £70 worth of free No7 with Beauty Vault
The much loved No7 Summer Beauty Vault is back for yet another year. It saves shoppers nearly £70 and is predicted to sell out even faster this year For those looking to elevate their summer skincare and makeup routine without breaking the bank, Boots has just launched a hotly-anticipated edit that saves shoppers almost £70 on popular products. The No7 Summer Beauty Vault launched to early access waitlist shoppers yesterday, and is now available to the general public - but is expected to sell out fast. Priced at £35, it's worth £104 and contains a combination of cult classics and innovative new products. The vault delivers an impressive mix of No7's most-loved skincare and makeup heroes, featuring eight items, of which five are full sized. Last year, the Beauty Vault sold out in 12 days. And with even more beauty fans signing up to the waitlist this year, it's expected to sell out even faster. The contents are designed with summer in mind, with full sized picks ranging from a vibrant gel-finish nail polish that promises streak-free coverage and cream-to-powder blush infused with squalene for a blurred effect, to an SPF 50 and brightening cleanser. Additional goodies include a mini Future Renew Night Cream to tackle visible damage overnight, and the Laboratories Firming Booster Serum to visibly lift and tone in a week. Rounding out the vault are the Age Defying Lipstick in Rose Mist and a handy sample of the fan-favourite Future Renew Night Cream. Elsewhere, Glossybox has released its highly anticipated Summer Bag Limited Edition, too. Packed with 10 premium, viral and essential beauty must-haves, it's worth over £142, but shoppers can buy it for £45. With standout brands including Sol de Janeiro, Morphe, ICONIC London, and Medik8. As part of the set, each item works out at £4.50. If that wasn't enough inspiration, ASOS is offering their Luxury Travel Essentials Beauty Box for £40. Coming in a handy travel pouch, the edit boasts £135 worth of products, saving £95 on the RRP. Inside, shoppers will find eight products from a range of top brands, including Elemis, Laneige, Sol de Janeiro and Elizabeth Arden. While the No7 Vault offers undeniable value, saving £69 versus buying individually, the only drawback is that it may not fully suit everyone's skin type, particularly if you have highly sensitive skin. If you're prone to irritation, it might be wise to patch-test first or introduce products gradually.
