Ronit Roy Thinks His Son Agastya Is Too ‘Bhola' For This World

Ronit Roy talked about his children's aspirations in life and that he wants the best for them. Ronit Roy needs no introduction. Whether it is television shows or Bollywood, the actor has undoubtedly carved a niche for himself in the entertainment industry with hit shows and movies. But besides his professional works, he is a doting father to his children, Aador and Agastya. His social media posts often show the lovely bond they share. Now, as the two have grown up, one question echoes through the minds of many — will the two follow in their father's footsteps and enter showbiz? Speaking candidly about his children's future in Bollywood, the actor has finally addressed how he plans to support them in their journey to adulthood. In a podcast with Hindi Rush, he talked about his children's aspirations in life and that he wants the best for them. He said, 'I'm going to be very straightforward about this. An actor's son naturally wants to become an actor. My daughter Aador is currently studying at USC, and that's why she is less in the public eye, and Agasthya is here. I've never told them what they should do with their career or life. I keep telling them that I've only two projects in my life, and that's them." He further elaborated, saying that even though parents want the best for their child, they can't control everything. 'As a father, there's not much you can do or control. I haven't written their destiny, and all a father can do is support their children in their journey and nurture them throughout. Agasthya is a solid kid, and he's very determined about the targets he sets for himself," the actor stated. He went on to say that Agasytha tends to take everything at face value, just like him. Ronit added, 'I'm not saying this because he is my son, but he is too bhola (innocent) for this world. He is like me in certain ways and tends to take things at face value. He doesn't doubt people or their intentions. We both like films and martial arts, and I want him to have a strong mentality like a fighter while keeping his innocence intact." The actor concluded by saying, 'Once his son has achieved that mentality, he is free to study, learn from, and assist people in the industry. He should know what he is getting into and can experience it firsthand." Ronit Roy and Neelam Singh fell in love at first sight. The two dated each other for three and a half years and finally decided to get married in December 2003. The couple are now proud parents to their children, Aador and Agastya. On the work front, Ronit was most recently making waves with his role as King Someshwar in Chakravarti Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan. As a ruler torn between his duties and fatherhood, the show brought emotional weight to the story with Ronit's character. But due to a turn of events, his character has bid farewell to the show. Sun, sand & self-love: Debchandrima's Thailand diaries are a visual treat

Debchandrima is turning up the heat with sun-soaked photos from her Thailand escape. Sharing pictures on Instagram over the past week, she teased a travel diary filled with pristine beaches, tropical backdrops, and her trademark wanderlust energy. Sharing pictures from Phi Phi Island, Debchandrima wrote, "Travel isn't therapy for me — it's where I remember who I truly am. I used to chase peaks and heights, but now… I find myself falling in love with the stillness of the sea. The girl who once ran toward mountains now sits quietly by the shore, watching waves speak the language of her soul. Maybe growing up is just learning to breathe slower… love deeper… and find peace in places that don't ask for anything but presence. " View this post on Instagram A post shared by Debchandrima❣️ (@debchandrima_official) One of her posts had a heartfelt caption like "Just an Indian girl, adding color to Thailand," while another post said, "There's something about green that quiets every storm inside. The rustle of leaves, the way light filters through trees, the silence that feels like a soft hug—out here, time slows down, and the soul remembers how to breathe. This is where peace lives." Taking to the comments section, one of her fans wrote, "Watching you, I'm learning that you should live every moment of your life according to your own heart. Take love," while others dropped heart emojis. From waterfalls to islands, Debchandrima indeed made the most of her Thailand vacation.
