
CCTV photos released following sexual assault of teen in Lethbridge mall bathroom
Lethbridge police have released photos of two men they're hoping to identify following the sexual assault of a 14-year-old boy in a shopping mall bathroom.
Police say the incident was reported on Friday, June 27, and happened at the Park Place Mall in the 500 block of First Avenue South.
Video footage showed the suspect with another man, both of whom got into the same vehicle and drove off shortly after the assault.
Police say the suspect is 60 to 70 years old and approximately 6' tall, with a slim build. He was wearing a black coat and black hat.
The other man was 60 to 70 years old and approximately 6' tall with a medium build. He was wearing a black and white hat and teal shirt.
Both men entered what is believed to be a 2010-17 white GMC Terrain SUV with a British Columbia licence plate.

Anyone who recognizes the two men or the vehicle is asked to call Lethbridge police at 403-328-4444.
Anonymous tips can also be submitted through Crime Stoppers.
On Monday afternoon, Park Place Mall issued a statement:
'We are aware of a serious incident that is currently under investigation by the authorities. Our thoughts go out to the individual and his family during this difficult time,' the statement read.
'Out of respect for everyone involved and to avoid interfering with the ongoing investigation, we will not be providing further comment.
'We are fully co-operating with investigators and remain committed to ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all.'

Toronto paramedics say one person is dead following a fire in North York on July 3, 2025. One person is dead after a fire broke out in North York, paramedics say. Toronto Fire Services said the outdoor fire started behind a building near Eglinton and Victoria Park avenues and has since been extinguished.
