Tottenham overhaul their medical department AGAIN in another summer of change - as Thomas Frank's side make two key appointments

Tottenham Hotspur are continuing to overhaul their staff – with the club's medical department the latest to undergo major surgery.
In April, Mail Sport reported that Ange Postecoglou was likely to leave at the end of the season, regardless of whether the club won the Europa League, as part of a major, cross-departmental summer restructure.
And, with the Australian subsequently replaced by Brentford 's Thomas Frank, Spurs continue to ring the changes.
Following a horrendous season with injuries, Adam Brett and Nick Davies have now departed.
While Mail Sport understands that Davies, head of sports science, is set to rejoin David Moyes at Everton having worked with him at West Ham United, director of performance services Brett appears to have shouldered the blame for a campaign blighted by the lack of availability of a series of key players.
Two new starters have arrived from Brentford, in the shape of Nick Stubbings and Tom Perryman.
However, it is understood that they are not like-for-like replacements. Stubbings will be the medical lead and Perryman the head of strength of conditioning. Replacements for Brett and Davies will be sought.
Last month, Joe Newton, Justin Cochrane and Chris Haslam followed Frank from the Gtech Community Stadium to join the coaching staff.
Upstairs, the highly-regarded ex-Arsenal official Vinai Venkatesham has stepped in as Tottenham's new chief executive while long-serving executive Donna-Maria Cullen stepped down.
Chief football officer Scott Munn also departed after two years with the club. The Australian led a previous review that ended with the exit of long-serving head of medicine Geoff Scott last year – a move which appeared to backfire spectacularly.
