Sadie Robertson from Duck Dynasty reveals she was robbed and her car vandalized when with her kids

Duck Dynasty star Sadie Robertson Huff revealed on Thursday that she and her husband Christian Huff were robbed. The crime happened during a recent family trip. 'It's so sad too because we had our car seats and strollers and diaper bag in [a car that was robbed],' Sadie, 28, told WHOA That's Good Podcast. 'Of course, they didn't steal any of that, which I'm thankful for, but I'm like, that's so low. You know you're stealing from a family with kids.' The pregnant Duck Dynasty star was scheduled to speak at the Forward religious conference in Atlanta. Once in Atlanta, they stopped to get something to eat and that is when the robbery occurred. 'We go in [to the restaurant] and we're just like, "OK, let's just take a breath. This has been, like, a stressful couple of hours,"' she recalled after they almost missed their flight and their daughter suffered a nosebleed. But then things got worse: 'Obviously, that didn't really go as planned.' When they left the restaurant they noticed their car windows were 'completely busted in' and their backpacks were stolen. '[Our backpacks] had a lot of important things in there, including all of our family's passports … they stole [Christian's] actual [driver's] license, all of Christian's credit cards, they stole his Bible that he's had forever … I mean, it was sad,' she admitted. It was unsettling to her that the robbers noticed car seats in the car and still went ahead and stole from the young family. 'I just hate to think about them seeing [daughters] Honey and Haven's little faces on that passport,' she shared. 'It just makes me so mad!' Christian added, 'We also prayed that the fear of God would fall upon them.' Roberts hoped that the robbers 'would be vomiting' over the guilt they must feel. 'I prayed [this] would lead them to repentance and they would open Christian's Bible and start reading it and feel the fear of the Lord,' she stated. 'I don't know if any of that happened.' Having shattered windows also meant they had to drive that way all the way to Atlanta. 'The girls were scared,' Sadie said. 'Honey was very scared because she was like, "Bad guys broke our windows and took Daddy's stuff?" She was so worried about Daddy's stuff. … It was so sad. We just had to talk to her a lot about why someone would do that.' That led to Robertson having to explain to her daughter that some people are not kind. '[It was] also an opportunity to show her our faith and what we believe about God and for us to be steady,' she noted. 'I think, if it wouldn't have been for the kids, I would have been a lot more scared.' Robertson is expecting her third baby with Christian. They already have daughter Honey, born in May 2021, and Haven, born in May 2023. 'Our hearts are so full,' Robertson wrote via Instagram at the time. 'Another little love joining the Huff family.' Her grandfather Phil died in May at age 79. Sadie rose to fame on her family's reality show Duck Dynasty, which aired from 2012 to 2017. The show centered on patriarch Phil Robertson, his wife, Marsha 'Miss Kay,' and their family as they oversaw Phil's multi-million dollar duck call empire. Sadie is the daughter of show stars, Willie and Korie Robertson. The show will now be returning to small screens, with A&E recently announcing Duck Dynasty: The Revival, a two-season, 20-episode order set to premiere this summer. The new chapters will spotlight Willie and Korie Robertson, now surrounded by their growing family of adult children and grandchildren, as the next generation focuses on the family's Duck Commander business. Fans of the beloved series, which once ruled cable TV as its biggest unscripted hit, can look forward to the return of Uncle Si and Miss Kay Robertson, alongside Willie and Korie's kids—John Luke, Sadie, Will Jr., Bella, and Rebecca.

True scale of Stephen Colbert's liberal bias exposed...with famous anti-Trump guest on his show more than 20 times

The true scale of Stephen Colbert's liberal bias has been exposed in the number of times he hosted fellow progressives on his show, including one guest who appeared more than 20 times. Notorious Donald Trump critic Anderson Cooper appeared 21 times on 'The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,' which was suddenly axed by CBS last week. The show, which he took over from David Letterman in 2015, will now end in May 2026, network executives and Paramount, its new parent company, announced. Colbert, 61, had previously hit out at Paramount Global for settling a defamation lawsuit with Donald Trump for $16 million, calling the decision a 'big fat bribe' during his opening monologue on his show. And now the curtains have been drawn back on just how many left-wing journalists, hosts and Trump-hating liberals have joined Colbert inside New York's Ed Sullivan Theater. At least 200 episodes of 'The Late Show' featured popular left-wing media stars, including Cooper, Rachel Maddow, Jake Tapper, Niccole Wallace, Joy Reid and George Stephanopoulos, among others, Fox News Digital tallied. Not only has Cooper been on Colbert's show nearly two dozen times from 2016 to 2025, but the journalist threw his support behind him on Monday during a cameo with other famed talk show hosts replicating the viral Coldplay concert moment. In the clip, a cartoon sketch of Trump was seen hugging a Paramount symbol, seemingly getting embarrassed when cameras panned to him just as former Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and HR chief Kristin Cabot did. While Cooper appeared on the show numerous times, he is not the only one who has done so. Jake Tapper, who was recently been pushed into the spotlight over his new book revealing former President Joe Biden's 'decline,' joined Colbert 12 times on his show. MSNBC's Rachel Maddow appeared eight times, along with 'The View' co-host Whoopi Goldberg. Colbert also had several of his CBS colleagues join him on stage, including Gayle King with 14 appearances, John Dickerson with 19, Norah O'Donnell with six and Margaret Brennan with three. The talk show host also had on Jon Favreau, Jon Lovett and Tommy Vietor, the former Obama staffers who started the 'Pod Saves America' political podcast. They joined him 11 times. Joy Reid, whose MSNBC show was canceled in February, appeared in four episodes of his show. MSNBC analysts John Heilemann and Alex Wagner were both on the show at least 10 times, some of which were occurred as they hosted the political docuseries 'The Circus.' The series aired on Showtime, the sister network of Paramount. Although he appeared to keep his CBS co-workers close, Colbert did not shy away from inviting rival liberal media stars from coming on his show. ABC's George Stephanopoulos, who put the network in the hot seat after saying the Trump was found 'liable for rape', made it on two episodes. The network agreed to pay Trump $16 million after the president sued over Stephanopoulos's remark. Trump was not found liable of rape in the case involving writer E. Jean Carroll. He was find liable of sexual abuse. NBC's Savannah Guthrie joined once along with Craig Melvin, the new Today Show anchor. 'Morning Joe' co-hosts and couple Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, who are known for their critiques of Trump, made four joint appearances. MSNBC political commentator Nicolle Wallace made three appearances. Her colleagues, Lawrence O'Donnell, Jen Psaki and CNN International's Christiane Amanpour did the same. Don Lemon, Chris Cuomo, Kaitlan Collins, Jim Acosta, and Van Jones are just a few other CNN and MSNBC stars who have joined him over his talk show career. Steven Zeitchik, senior editor of technology and politics at The Hollywood Reporter, argued in a new piece that Colbert's defiant stance against the Trump administration will sway the voting body at the Television Academy. Zeitchik speculated that the increased attention and Colbert's willingness to stand up to Trump could result in The Late Show finally snagging an 'sympathy' Emmy win. Colbert won an Emmy for his work on The Colbert Report, a satirical show that ran on Comedy Central from 2005 to 2014. After he replaced David Letterman on The Late Show, the program was nominated for the most Outstanding Talk Series at the Emmys from 2017 to 2022. Every year during that period, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver won the award. Oliver is arguably the most liberal of the late-night bunch and often spotlights politics on his show.

Hulk Hogan's heartbreaking estrangement from daughter Brooke as pair didn't speak for 8 years before his death

HULK Hogan had been estranged from his daughter, Brooke, for eight years at the time of his tragic death. Hulk, who was born Terry Gene Bollea, died at age 71. 7 7 The WWE legend reportedly suffered from cardiac arrest in his Clearwater, Florida home on Thursday morning. Just months before the icon's sad death, his daughter, Brooke, 37, revealed she no longer speaks to her father and mother, Linda. On March 26, Linda said in an emotional Instagram story that Brooke cut ties with her eight years ago. She explained the estrangement was caused by her ex-husband Hulk. But Brooke hit back at her mother's comments, as she revealed more behind the long-standing family feud. She said in a series of screen grabs, "I try very hard to ignore issues surrounding my family, in hopes I might have peace in my life. Sadly, I've intentionally made myself smaller in my professional career in music and TV; simply to dodge the public negativity surrounding my family that has continuously and relentlessly overshadowed anything I do. "There was a recent video posted by my Mother that was concerning enough for people to send to me, that has made me feel the need to address the tip of a very large iceberg that is my immediate family. What little I am addressing does not even scratch the surface of what I've dealt with my entire life. "I have completely separate reasons for going no contact with each of my parents. No contact with my Mom has nothing to do with my Dad, and no contact with my Father has nothing to do with my Mother. Hulk Hogan dead at 71 after 'suffering cardiac arrest at Florida home' She went on to explain that experiences in her childhood "robbed" her of "self esteem" and "confidence." "It took me many years to figure out the things that were seemingly done 'for me' really benefited someone else in a greater capacity." She claimed to have received texts from family members with "unbelievably hurtful words" that "cannot be forgiven." Brooke alleged she had been asked to defend poor behavior in public, only to find out she was "misinformed" and "lied to." "I've watched others benefit financially off my suffering and embarrassment caused by their selfish behavior," she claimed. Brooke went on to allege she was "expected to" and "did forgive blows" to her "career and personal life." She continued to claim, "My family is very skilled at war. I so badly wanted to see good in them, protect, help, and start anew—just to be disrespected again and again. I longed for a normal family, but it never came to fruition. "I've repeatedly held my hand out to help them, only to have them pull me into the darkness with them. I've set boundaries that were not respected, and at this point, I can truly do no more. "Each individual, on their own, has given me more than enough reasons over the years to make this extremely hard and painful decision to end contact. "As much as I not only understand and have empathy for their own struggles, I absolutely LOVE them with every fiber of my being—which deep down I think they know. My heart hurts every day, and not a day passes it does not affect me. Inside of me, there is a little girl who desperately wants and needs her Mom and Dad. "No one wants this, to feel so much pain and not have parents. But their behavior became more painful than their absence. "I hope one day they realize, appreciate, and respect why I've chosen to remain as quiet as possible. Not exposing specific names, and details of certain experiences to still try to protect them." Brooke shares twins Oliver and Molly, who she welcomed in January, with her husband Steve Olesky. At the time of publication, she had not commented on her father's death. 7 7 7 MESSY DIVORCE The family starred on VH1's Hogan Knows Best for four seasons from 2005 to 2007. The series followed Hulk, Linda, Brooke and Nick, as the show documented their lives and family dynamics. Hulk and Linda split in 2007 after 26 years of marriage and two children together. Their divorce was contentious, as she cited "infidelity" for their split. She accused him of cheating with one of Brooke's close friends, which the pal admitted in an interview with The National Enquirer. Hulk denied the affair. The couple fought over their assets and share over his company. The divorce was settled in 2009 and Linda was awarded over 70 percent of their liquid assets and 40 percent ownership of his companies. She also received a $3 million property settlement from her ex-husband. SAD DEATH Hulk died after police and emergency medical personnel were called to his home in Clearwater, Florida, at 9:51 am on Thursday. Clearwater Police told The U.S. Sun that first responders responded to Hogan's home after receiving a call about a cardiac arrest. Hogan was transported to Morton Plant Hospital, according to a police report, and was pronounced dead at the hospital. Hulk's had been suffering from health issues in the weeks leading up to his death, including rumors that he was on his "deathbed" and in a coma. However, Hogan's wife, Sky, denied the reports, stating his heart was "strong" and he was recovering from a neck procedure. Jimmy Hart, Hogan's former longtime manager, updated fans on The Hulkster's health, saying in an X post that he was "doing phenomenal." "Hulk is doing great, doing phenomenal! Last night at karaoke with Nick was absolutely fantastic, baby!!!" Hart wrote. The WWE confirmed Hogan's death in a statement, "WWE is saddened to learn WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has passed away. "One of pop culture's most recognizable figures, Hogan helped WWE achieve global recognition in the 1980s. "WWE extends its condolences to Hogan's family, friends, and fans." Police statement on Hulk Hogan's death Clearwater Fire Department and Clearwater Police Department personnel responded to a medical call at 9:51 a.m. today in the 1000 block of Eldorado Avenue on Clearwater Beach. The nature of the call was for a cardiac arrest. A 71-year-old resident, Terry Bollea, also known as Hulk Hogan, was treated by Clearwater Fire & Rescue crews before being taken by Sunstar to Morton Plant Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. A media briefing will be at 1:30 p.m. at Clearwater Police Department headquarters, 645 Pierce St. Some parking is available east of the building; additional parking is in the old fire station parking lot just west of police headquarters. The briefing is being held at the police department in an attempt to protect the privacy of the family. Any media compelled to respond to the scene should park in the rear of the Carlouel Yacht Club, 1091 Eldorado Ave. The staging area is located at Eldorado and Bay Esplanade. GOODBYE BROTHER Hulk was a wrestling icon in the 1980s while part of Vince McMahon 's WWE, then the World Wrestling Federation. Hulk's ring walk captivated millions of wrestling fans, sending crowds roaring every time his iconic Real American theme song blared throughout the arena. The arena exploded when he would tear his bright yellow shirt off - his signature pre-match act that was replicated by his Hulkamania fanbase for decades. Hulk also dabbled in entertainment, as he appeared on reality TV, TV commercials, and movies, including Rocky III starring Sylvester Stallone. 7
