Yuvika Chaudhury and Prince Narula welcomed their baby girl, Ekleen, in October 2024. After stepping into motherhood, Yuvika decided to take time off from her professional life and spend the first six months fully focused on her daughter. After being away from the spotlight for months, the actress is slowly getting back to work. In addition to Yuvika's daily photoshoots and editing vlogs, she is becoming more active on social media.
During a recent interview with Times of India TV, the actress opened up about her journey in the industry and how she is balancing motherhood alongside her work. Talking about whether the industry is a difficult place, Yuvika said, 'Yes, nothing comes easy. I believe every field has its challenges, but in our industry, it's especially tough. Reaching a place where people recognise you isn't simple. It takes everything—your time, patience, and hard work—and even then, a big part depends on destiny." She further explained that she considers herself fortunate to have made a name for herself and revealed that the entertainment industry requires a mix of dedication, timing, luck, and perseverance. 'It is not meant for everyone, and that's the harsh truth," the actress stated.
When asked about how busy her life has become after welcoming her daughter, Yuvika shared that her entire day goes by juggling motherhood and her work simultaneously. 'It's definitely challenging, but finding balance is the key," Yuvika stated while explaining that people cannot just focus on one role; they have to manage multiple roles at the same time. 'I believe women are truly blessed with the ability to do that. God has given us the strength to handle it all, and I'm simply doing my best to live up to that," the actress added.
Yuvika further revealed the things she misses most about being on sets. For her it is reading long scripts, being on set, and soaking in that unique atmosphere that makes her miss shoot days. Additionally, she revealed she is currently shooting but working from home.
Yuvika and Prince met on the sets of Bigg Boss 9 and started dating. The couple got engaged in 2018 after the prince proposed to her on Valentine's Day of the same year. Later in October, they tied the knot, and they welcomed their first child in October 2024.
