But only 349 lucky drivers will get a chance to get their hands on the Bentley Blower Jnr.
After driving 650 miles over three days on the Channel Island of Jersey, the new Blower has proven its on-road driving potential.
The car was signed off for production where skilled engineers will put together the fully electric 48-volt powertrain while the craftspeople at Hedley Studios will hand-beat the panels of the Bentley Blower Jr.'s exterior.
Mike Sayer, Head of Product Communications and the Bentley Heritage Collection for Bentley Motors, adds: 'From the moment that we first took the original 1929 Bentley Blower Team Car #2 to Hedley Studios, we knew this project was going to deliver something truly special.
'Years later, and with thousands of road miles under the wheels of the development prototypes – appropriately called EXPs as the first Bentleys were – we're ready to put the car into production.'
The new motor is an 85 per cent scale of the original car which was first manufactured in 1929.
The Blower Jr is fully electrically powered and slightly smaller than its predecessor - with the car measuring 3.7 metres long and 1.5 metres wide.
But it is handcrafted to the same standards as any Bentley and is embellished with exquisite details all inspired by the original car.
The Blower Jr can reach a top speed of 45 mph in the UK and an anticipated range of about 65 miles, with tandem seating for two adults.
An actual chassis specification is connected to the painted steel frame.
A smooth ride is provided by leaf springs and reduced, period-appropriate friction dampers, while stopping power is supplied by Brembo disc brakes up front and drums down back.
The batteries and driving electronics are kept under a concealed undertray, and the electric motor is positioned across the back axle.

Ben Hedley, CEO and Founder of Hedley Studios, said: 'Heading into production of the Bentley Blower Jnr marks a seminal moment for our brand, as we bring to life our very first road-legal piece of automotive art.
'Our team of engineers and craftspeople have worked tirelessly to design and craft the Bentley Blower Jnr, and in close collaboration with clients around the world, they have begun the design process of some wonderfully unique examples of the Bentley Blower Jnr.
'We're anticipating that the first customer deliveries will commence in just a matter of months, and we're just as excited as our clients are to see them behind the wheel and out on the road.'
The lucky few who will purchase the Bentley Blower Jr will be able to customise it to their preference with Hedley Studios' team making their fantasies into reality.

Jaguar And Range Rover EVs May Arrive Even Later Than Expected
Range Rover Electric Delayed Again Back in 2020, JLR announced that it would reveal a Range Rover EV in September of that year. This was to be based on the MLA platform, but in the same year, the automaker delayed the reveal until November. Most recently, it said that the Range Rover Electric would arrive sometime toward the end of 2025 on the modified MLA-Flex architecture, but according to The Guardian, plans for a launch this year have been shelved, too. The news outlet reports that JLR has written to Range Rover Electric customers informing them that deliveries of the EV will only start sometime next year (assuming no further delays, of course). Jaguar's Controversial New EVs Also Delayed The report goes on to say that the production version of the Type 00 concept revealed by Jaguar last year has also been delayed by 'several months,' with Jaguar's second new EV (expected to be an SUV) naturally also being put on the back burner. Range Rover still has several combustion-powered vehicles to sell, but Jaguar has effectively wiped the slate clean, intending not to sell anything that isn't electric, so why the delay? According to The Guardian, JLR is giving itself 'time for more testing and for demand to pick up.' Compatriot carmaker Bentley has also delayed its first EV (until 2027), as have Lamborghini and Ferrari. The Italians cite weak demand for EVs, and it seems the Brits have the same problem. But demand isn't the only hurdle to overcome. Other Factors Make Profit Paramount Source: SH Proshots/Autoblog With U.S. trade policy continually shifting under the weight of existing and potential future tariffs, not to mention changing environmental policies, selling a luxury EV that originates outside of America is even more difficult than one manufactured here, and when these EVs will all cost over $100,000 anyway, the number of interested buyers shrinks even further. As we touched on at the outset, JLR's move into the electric space has been anything but smooth, and those numerous delays will have cost the company a lot of money. JLR surely wants to recoup some of that money with sales, but introducing an imperfect EV to an unreceptive market would be even more costly at this stage. Still, this is just a pause, and although the electric Velar is reportedly delayed beyond April 2026, plans for it, the full-size Range Rover EV, and others, including a Defender EV in 2027, have not been scrapped. Why Everyone Was Talking About The Bentayga Speed At Goodwood

View post: Mitsubishi's New 3-Row SUV Looks Perfect for Families: So Why Won't It Come Here? Bentley brought its A-game to this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed, both on the hill and on display. The blue Bentayga Speed that ran up the hill on Sunday morning became the fastest internal combustion SUV ever to complete the climb, setting a time of 55.8 seconds in damp conditions. It held that title for a while before Aston Martin swooped in and stole the crown. Still, it was a proper mic-drop moment from Bentley. Meanwhile, a white Bentayga Speed was parked nearby, proudly showing off all the details that make this updated SUV feel faster, meaner, and more focused than ever. 0:05 / 0:09 2025 Audi S3: 4 reasons to love it, 2 reasons to think twice Watch More A Sophisticated, Mighty SUV Source: Adam Lynton/Autoblog Source: Adam Lynton/Autoblog Source: Adam Lynton/Autoblog Source: Adam Lynton/Autoblog Powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8, the latest Bentayga Speed produces 641 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque. That's enough to launch it from zero to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds and push it to a top speed of 193 mph. And if you get the optional titanium Akrapovic Exhaust, it'll sound great doing so. During its Goodwood run, the hi-po SUV reached 130 mph on the short, twisty hill, showing just how much performance Bentley has squeezed out of this platform. But the record-breaking run wasn't just about straight-line speed. A stiffer chassis, enhanced suspension setup, and improved torque vectoring all contributed to the Bentayga's impressive road manners. Source: Adam Lynton/Autoblog While one Bentayga was chasing records, the other was charming guests invited into Bentley's stunning two-story show stand with its bold design. The white Bentayga Speed featured all the hallmarks of the updated model, including dark-tinted trim, a contrasting black roof, and Speed badging. It also wore optional 23-inch wheels, revealing massive carbon ceramic brakes underneath. What stood out, though, were the bright green accents. They lined the lower bodywork, popped from behind the wheels, and continued inside the cabin. Green stitching traced the quilted leather seats, door panels, steering wheel, gear shifter, and even the center console. It added just the right amount of over-the-topness to an already luxurious space. Performance You Can Actually Use Source: Adam Lynton/Autoblog Source: Adam Lynton/Autoblog Source: Adam Lynton/Autoblog Source: Adam Lynton/Autoblog The real magic of the new Bentayga Speed is how well it blends comfort, control, and the practicality of an SUV. Sport mode sharpens the steering and firms up the suspension, while all-wheel steering helps it stay agile in tight spaces and stable at high speeds. It also features launch control, a first for the Bentayga, along with an ESC setting that lets you slide the SUV sideways when you want to. In essence, all of this means it's the ultimate daily driver SUV… as long as you can stomach paying nearly $300,000. Together, these features show that Bentley still knows how to build a true luxury vehicle capable of outrunning nearly everything on the road. About the Author Marnus Moolman View Profile

Going off-grid with the £190k 'Bentley of caravans'
The information I'm sent before I collect the Bruder EXP-7 (I feel a little strange calling it a caravan, but we'll come back to that) contains some surprises. There's no bedding or kitchenware inside, I'm told, but there is a washer-dryer. Now, I went caravanning when I was a kid, and I can still remember the noise of the pump when we had to pedal a lever repeatedly to draw water to the tap. People with water containers that were round barrels so they could be rolled rather than carried across the campsite were positively flash gits. But now I'm going to try a caravan with a washing machine? Swoon. I'm sure things have moved on a bit in the conventional caravan world, but even by today's standards the Bruder EXP-7 is a bit special. It's from an Australian company founded by two brothers – hence the Bruder logo with kangaroos as umlauts – who grew up camping and being driven around the outback, and who kind of haven't stopped. They would go to places that would quickly leave a conventional caravan looking like it had been used in one of those novelty banger races, so what they make, it says here, are described as 'luxury off-road expedition trailers'. Sometimes companies over-egg a description, but maybe not this lot, I think, as I have a nose around the EXP-7 outside Bentley's Crewe factory. There's no official tie-in with Bentley, by the way. The people there just thought the Bruder was quite the thing, and I think they're keen to remind people that the Bentayga is a properly accomplished tow car and off-roader. There is a perception sometimes that luxury is about five-star hotels and restaurants you can't get into. I'm not sure that's the only case: luxury, for me, is naffing off from all of that, being in a wide open space, on your own terms, in your own time, where the office can't find you and you can't get social media fomo because there's no phone reception.
